The staff, minus Tiffany, are wonderful. Archie the general manager is a nice man. Unfortunately, we purchased an Isuzu trooper from them in December and before our first payment was due it's engine blew up. We tried to get the car fixed, but all they wanted us to do was buy another car. We found out it was because it would be very expensive to fix the isuzu and the Debt Cancelation Agreement would be triggered. We asked for them to honor their agreement, but they said they would only if we bought another car with them, which is not in the agreement. In the meantime we were trying to get them to at least FIX the isuzu. So we had to pay $110 a week for a car that didn't even run from January 11th until February 21st when it was finally fixed. (BUT they refused to try fix it until we filed a lawsuit against them) There are other issues in there, like Tiffany screaming at us, but in general, suffice to say we are suing them for the debt cancelation agreement to be honored plus other associated expenses. Carmart told us it was very unusual for a car to blow up like ours did. Reading these reviews here, you will find it isn't as unusual as they led us to believe. We have tried multiple times to discuss this with Carmart. They refuse to budge, refuse to give us an invoice for the services rendered or anything. The only thing they have done is replace the engine after we started a lawsuit against them. We dutifully pay our payments to avoid an adverse report on our credit profiles, but I don't even feel safe driving the car that they returned to me. It runs, but it sounds like it's falling apart now.
