My second vehicle from them a month into it the heater core goes out, ok they fixed it. While the car was being worked on I ask that fluids be checked while it’s there. Because it had ran hot due to the heater core going out to chill. Got the car back then I noticed a wire hanging from the passenger front brake area it was the abs wire. I told them about it. A little while later I start noticing stuff that looked like melted peanut butter under the car, I told them about it. I finally get time to the car in. Now I’m being charged for the abs wire that I told them about weeks earlier and other ish that was already wrong with car like the the harmonic balance but what about fact it needed a coolant flush way before I got it. In getting a car from a lot you would think that a fluid check would include a checking of motor oil/transmission/power steering. Not them they checked I think she said motor oil and windshield washer fluid. I’m saying this because my transmission was dry and it was slipping while making left turns. A fluid check that consist of checking of the water for your windshield but not the transmission fluid is a MU phukin joke. It seems they out source to cheapest price quoted. I’m being charged $800 & sum dollars. And it still under warranty. They say oh it’s a used car when it’s in they favor. As I’m asking why am I having so many to any problems with this car. Although it used isn’t there a point inspection that’s to be done. Had the car back a week now. Had I not had to pay out my paocket this would’ve been a 5 star ⭐️ good comment type rating/review/feedback

After being turned away from at least 3 dealerships/car lots I was referred to JB Byrider by Mr. David Bean at Crain. My credit score sucked & I had terrible car lease history, however when I spoke to Mr. Angelo I instantly became less worried. From the moment I spoke with him he made me feel like more than a $, he & Brooke both came together & made a way for me & I am more than thankful. The benefits leasing with this company are endless. The 36 month/36000 mile warranty, the free oil changes every three months & more than anything the opportunity to fix my credit. I got the car style I wanted w/ the monthly payments I wanted. They’ll work with you! They’re affordable & the car I purchased (from what I can tell) is a good, reliable car! I’m pleased with my experience here & I encourage any person whose needing a second, third or hell even a fourth chance to give JB Byryder a call. It’s worth it. ☺️

Do not buy a vehicle from JD Byrider. You will pay outrageous prices for a vehicle that is worth about 10% of your total payoff with a "limited warranty" that really amounts to nothing. The staff is friendly, I will give them that, and they are doing a job to make a living. My beef isn't with them. Also, I walked in of my own free will and asked them to sell me a car. I had recently been through a nasty split with a partner, lost my job, lost my house, was three months behind on another vehicle and unable to come up with the money to have it registered, and I was job hunting so I had to have a vehicle. I had looked for cars to borrow, cars I could afford to buy outright, everything I could think of and was out of options. I was desperate and admittedly should have made better decisions, but this is the type of situation the company thrives on. I left with a 12 year old vehicle worth $1,500, and I will have paid almost $16,000 for it by the time I pay it off. This shouldn't be legal, but it is, and it takes a poor moral compass to do this to someone. They could have marked it up to $6,000, had plenty of room for a profit, improved my credit which was their main selling point, and everyone would have been happy. They told me the car had been detailed, but when I got it home, I noticed clumps of something disgusting growing mold all over the back seat floorboard. There's no way anyone cleaned back there. Also, I had one instance when I needed a few extra days to make the payment due to a shift in my employment and pay schedule. I called to ask if I could make the payment on a certain date and was told they don't don't do that. I asked if we could rearrange the payment schedule to avoid this in the future. They said they don't do that. They did say to bring the car to the location to see what they could do, which doesn't make sense because what could they do with me at the office that they couldn't do with me on the phone? When I said I couldn't make it that day because I work out of town until 5, his sarcastic response was, "Oh, yeah I work until 7, I'd give anything to be able to leave at 5 and be home by 6." First, I wasn't complaining. I was telling him I couldn't make it that day because of my schedule. Second, there's no reason to respond that way. I was trying to work out my payment. I don't care how desperate you are for a vehicle, figure something out that does not include any business dealings with JD Byrider. You will be throwing your money away. In a nutshell, I am not necessarily bashing the company. As far as I can tell, everything they do is perfectly legal. I am warning those of you in a desperate situation like I was in to find some other way to make it work. Don't make my mistake. Do not buy your vehicle from JD Byrider.

I will give 2 stars since the car lasted about a year in a half. & my disclaimer is that not ALL employees there are unprofessional. I took a lunch break yesterday at work & my car stopped out of nowhere. I contacted them about it & they did not care that I have been a loyal paying customer for almost two years. I asked did they have any loaner cars since I am STILL under warranty & it was a VERY DRY no. I won't ever do business with them from this day forward & would not send anyone near this place of business. Be ware of these false reviews they are probably handing out gift cards for reviews! Very unprofessional.

Don't go here you will pay for a Lemon only to be hassled for payments and given a hard time getting existing issues fixed! Sorry management unfriendly staff!! First time purchase for my daughter did not feel she even had a chance to see all the vehicles available. Felt like they pushed the car she didn't want on us then once we found the car she liked off hand I can tell it needed work. Tires were bad underneath hood there was obvious leaks on engine it does not seem like they fix or inspect any of their cars before they leave the lot. The staff are not very nice when they can't get a payment they harrass and hassle you until they get what they want. They are not understanding about certain issues that come up no grace period apparently the same day payment is due is your grace period which makes no sense! And yet they want to know your personal business but yet not willing to help out with anything even if it almost cost my life! They give you a hard time about any issues with the car even if its an existing issue. They don't care about no one genuinely they just want your money they over charge for their cars its not worth it!!

Good place that works with customers to help them out. My credit is almost as low as it gets and they were still able to get me in a vehicle at a reasonable price. I talked with Jason Guthrie and he answered all my question and even talked about the history of the vehicle. Was very knowledgeable. In-house service was good, everything moved along at a steady pace. Everyone was polite, but as far as mechanical quality I had to ask for fluids to be topped off, check engine light came on within a hour of having vehicle. There is a broken motor mount, rotors need to be resurfaced vibration when stopping from highway speeds. Besides this if corrected everything has been good.

I honestly walked in with expectations of calling an Uber, or being tuned down. KEITH not only got me in a vehicle way beyond my expectations but not once did he try to sell me a bill of goods. I have now dealt with 2 different jd byrider’s company’s and have received the same service at both. The first one I dealt with still wanted payments on a car that was totaled in an accident. And now this one I went and took my car back 3 weeks after I got it because there was something wrong with the transmission. Well I get it there they have it for 2-3 days and they call me and tell me that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. So I took it home and drove it. It was still messing up as well but I knew that they wouldn’t find anything wrong with it bc there’s no lights on the dash that have come on. So the diagnostic machine won’t pick anything up. Well just yesterday on my way home my transmission went completely out I was literally sitting in the middle of the road and couldn’t move anywhere so I call them and they tell me that I have to pay outta pocket to get the car to them instead of them using there resources to come get it. Plus I have a friend that has a coworker that used to work there and told them that they get trashy cars and clean them up to where they run fine for a little while and then break down months after getting it. Just bc it’s under warranty. So no I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

In all honesty we picked up our car yesterday around 1:30pm from them and at that time and all the way up til this morning I would have sent anyone I knew looking for a car to them. But then we heard a squeak ever once in a while, while the car is idling. Thought no big deal. We just got it so I took the car back this morning but boy was I wrong. They will not fix a car that hasn't been off there lot over night and it's not like its something big but they wanted another $45 deductible for the warranty to cover it. And the owner agreed that what ever we are hearing was there b4 we got it but she says its on us cuz we already signed the papers and didn't say anything about it then. O and they only let you test drive there cars from the lot between Sherwood and North Little Rock to Sherwood up to North Little Rock and back and they told us we couldn't get on the freeway. So had no idea how it really ran at normal driving speed so really not long enough test drive to see what maybe wrong. Either way I highly recommend not getting a car from them if the owner her self won't help fix something small on a car that literally had not been off the lot for less than 24hrs. Knowing we spent all the money we had to get us in a car. They got there money so they had no time to help the little guy. The blue collar worker that just put in everything he has into getting a car from them can't get something fixed that the owner agreed was there b4 we took the car. Yesterday when we got a car I would have said go get you a nice car from good people. But now I would say if you work hard for your money don't throw it away here cuz if you drive it long enough to see if it has problems they will want more of your hard own money to put in there pocket even if they agree that the car had the problem b4 you got it from them. Not like you didn't give them all the money you had yesterday but let's dip off in his pocket for another $45. So they can go back to there nice house with your money in there bank now and poss on you if you worked hard for that money and expected them to understand that. I don't even want to put 1 star up for this place. They don't care about there hard working customers anymore than that they don't deserve any stars.

While there I noticed a lady saying someone stole her tags off her vehicle in front of the dealership. Wow! Now that is crazy!!! They are not very friendly they only want your money their cars are over priced for the mileage and work needed. If you are gonna spend over 1500 for deposit only to have the car over priced with over 100k miles please keep your money go somewhere else. They are not very compassionate and no grace period seems unfair when the car has existing issues that WERE never fixed almost getting us hit. Same issue more than once and Still have issues yet they will not stop calling for payment. For us to pay more than we had to only to be told there is nothing they can do since money was missed due to car issues couldn't drive for work bc of the same issue. That is absurd if they were just a bit more understanding and actually listened to their customers they may just be manageable. As far as now we are not happy one bit and wish we would have went somewhere else.

I will never again nor will I ever recommend buying from this company! I will be trading my car in asap with a dealership. My payment is due on every other Wed. If by friday afternoon by mistake a payment had not been made they call and say you are being out on a repo list.I have never heard of anything like this in my life. I have had my car even repossessed from them when I wasn't late...this is very unprofessional. One staff member attempts to help me and I am thankful for her (LaTesia). My car always has something wrong with it and dosent even blue book what I still owe on it.

Stay far away from this place the sell junk cars rude sales people and fail to let you know you pay the taxes in the car and Keith is the rudest sales person the car my husband bought through them had to go in the shop the same week we had it because the check engine light came on as soon as we drove off the lot the guy in the repair dept was nice and fixed it we hope then had to take it right back in because something else went wrong I know times are hard but go somewhere else I wish we would have went somewhere else but stay away from Keith if you have to go there!! My son found the vehicle he wanted, the down payment was 700.00.The finance manager Brooke (which is very unprofessional and rude).Since John didn't have the 700.00 down, Brooke agree to let John gave her 200.00 down and the remaining 500.00 the next day.John wasn't able to come up with the money. So he return the vehicle, as promise.The finance manager said she would not credit his 200.00. so now we are filing a complaint with Arkansas Attorney General, and the bank.

I sincerely regret ever starting to do business with them. Unterryo "Chicago" is so pushy to the point that I feel very uncomfortable. I told him many times that I would contact him when I was ready. I don't have the money to pay for everything right now. I get multiple emails and phone calls throughout the week and he has even sent text messages from his phone. They only care about the sale.

i feel like i pay too much for my car considering the fact i already have to have some stuff fixed on it and i've had it for two months. everyone was very friendly while i was there, but i do not like the lady who takes the payments. she is very very rude and speaks to me like i'm 5 years old everytime i call. i have spoke with upper management about this and they won't do anything about it. also, they have taken money out of my account without my authorization, which is illegal. i plan to get this car paid off ASAP so i can be done dealing with this company for good.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and didn't have to wait long to speak to Angelo. He was professional and courteous. Brooke, in the back, was patience and forthcoming with answers to any questions I had. Instead of putting me in any car on the lot, they waited for one within my budget to arrive, called me, let me test drive the car upon my arrival to see if i liked it. My husband is a truck driver and only home every 3 weeks. We spoke with Loretta several times in sales and explained our situation. We were told it was not a problem that I alone could come in and do all the paperwork for him. When I got there, I was treated like an inconvenience because a meeting was being held during business hours and then told that my husband had to be there. Every question was met with I don't know and never with a let me check on that for you. I had money in hand, all necessary paperwork and my husband on the phone for everything else. If you want an honest and knowledgeable sales person, go somewhere else.

Horrible ethics bought a car only to find out later when I try to trade it in the marked the vehicle up several thousand dollars over fair market value then charging me 16% on a loan two other dealerships have told me I’m $7000 upside down. I even ask JD what about trading it in with them for something newer less than a year after getting it they want me to pay the loan down 7k before they are willing just confirmed the others were right I got severely over charged for the vehicle

When my son bought a car from there, it didn’t start again after test drive,and unfortunately after he signed papers, they resolved the issue only to have him break down and leave him stranded less than 2 weeks later!!! I would never recommend this place again!!! This place is a joke!!! The day u buy a car and u can’t leave with it?? Take ur money elsewhere where u won’t be dissatisfied!!!! Brooke is the greatest person to work with, and is very understanding. Even though she has a high volume of customers to deal with, she will find time to work with you one on one and solve any issue. She goes above and beyond to help her customers to try and accommodate their needs as best she can. It's refreshing to have someone as helpful and understanding as she is working at JD Byrider. This company has made so many clerical and administrative errors in the two years we have been buying from them that it's not even funny. We have been charged incorrectly several times and when we went to deal with their mistakes we were treated dismissively. The lack of professionalism was appalling. After 2 years of faithfully making our payments when we needed to be late on a payment they were inflexible. One day late and we were told to drop off vehicle or they would pick it up. Aggressive and verging on hostile tactics. We will never do business with JD Byrider again and can't wait for the resolution of our contract so we can be done with this incompetent, unfriendly company.

Really good people who strive to help, great service department that is very cheap, but do good work. Cars are in good shape, best I can tell. The only reason for the 3 stars is because of their pricing...They are kind of like the rent a center of car dealers. You go to buy a new TV that's worth 300 bucks, but end up spending about 1500...Same principal with these guys. If pricing was more realistic, they'd get 5 stars! Low down payment, low monthly payments, easy financing.

They have harrassed me on numerous occasions while I was at work, coercing me to leave my employment, while on company time, just to cash a check I haven't received yet and give them my payment. They are not as friendly as they say they are after you've purchased your vehicle. About a month after my purchase it developed a bad exhaust leak and right after the purchase, the next day, I realized it had a bad oil and power steering leak. l was rear ended in traffic and needed a new bumper, so JD Byrider kept my truck for a month and a half, just for a bumper. And I just found out that they forgot or lost the security number on the back of my credit card, and when they couldn't reach me, they put a call order on my vehicle to take it back. Long story short, do not do business with this company. Build a vehicle one piece at a time before you purchase a lemon from this business for over twice what it's worth.

They told me they couldn't verify my reference and job and I call all my references and they said they didn't even call them. They expect you to come up with 12 reference like most people talk to a lot of people that will put there name out there. Very disappointed in the time I wasted with this company. They also a card that was promise to me from under me and when I couldn't give them what they wanted in the time they wanted they didn't want to do business with me. I wasted nearly three weeks with this company.

Staff here wasn't very helpful. I had to go inside to find someone to answer questions. Usually they come to you. When I did talk to someone and expressed interest in buying a car soon, they gave me some brief info and their card and sent me on my way. The sales person seemed more interested in making sure I had their card to get credit for any future sale than they did in actually selling me a car.

I am a customer with JD Byrider dealership, but my current vehicle is the first and possibly the last that I buy from this company. As a disabled veteran, I only have a set amount of money allotted to me every month to pay my bills and take care of all other expenses. This month someone at JD Byrider made the mistake of authorizing a double car payment to be drawn from my account. Due to this mistake, an overdraft fee has been incurred on my bank account and will not be reimbursed to me, even though this overpayment was not my fault. The only way that I was able to get reimbursed for the second payment was for JD Byrider to cut me a check that I have had to drive almost three hours away to pick up, so, on top of the overdraft fee, I have had to spend a considerable amount of gas money as well. I feel as though I have been penalized for something that was not my fault.

Great place to buy a car if you have less than perfect credit. They'll finance almost everyone. They have a very nice selection of used vehicles that are very clean and look brand new. They also offer a 3 year warranty on all their vehicles. The building is new and modern, and the staff is super nice. They do the financing right there in house, and the finance people are great. The only downside is that they charge much higher prices for their vehicles than average, same for the interest rates. But that's understandable considering they work with people who have bad or no credit, plus you get a 3 year warranty! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with credit problems who is looking to buy a good quality used vehicle.
