I recently went to buy a car and spoke with Donovan on the phone earlier about the vehicle. I get there and the vehicle was already sold, and he knew it before I got there and never told me. I like buying a new car, but I hate the process (and how much it costs). I've had great luck working with salesmen from Bayird, but Donovan has been the absolute best. He was super patient, listened to what I wanted/needed, and applied zero pressure during the process. This was the fastest I've ever made it through the process. My experience as far as buying the vehicle was good, problem came later when I fell behind on payments due to getting I'll and finding out after several test I have cancer. I decided the best thing was to talk to financing and turn the vehicle in. The finance company told me to leave it where I bought it. Me and my son went to drop it off, they called what I believe to be the manager, Mike I think! He came up and was extremely rude stating he didn't care what the finance company said, I wasn't leaving the vehicle there! I will be better by the end of the year, and will be back on my feet looking for a vehicle, but it will never come from this place again!

I was not impressed with anything. I was told with no money down,that if I had anything of value,that it would cover the down payment. I explained to them,that what I had was in very poor shape. I brought it to them and I still get turned down. Wasted four hours or my time.

Buyers Remorse and Extreme Disappointment: False Advertising, Missing Features and Equipment After reading reviews and doing a month-long search for a pre-owned Subaru, I decided to go to Bayird to purchase a 2016 Forester. My decision came in large part to the features listed on Bayird's website (not a third-party site, this will be important later), which listed, among others, that the car was equipped with blind spot monitoring, lane change departure, and eyesight. After speaking with Mark on several occasions, I drove the 1.5 hour trip to purchase the car. After test driving, I told Mark that I couldn't figure out how to turn on the blind spot monitoring, and he assured me that it worked and he would make sure of it when he went to fill the car with gas prior to us leaving the dealership. [Note: I recently totaled a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek, and was looking to replace it. The ONLY reason why I chose this Forester (as any Subaru driver knows) is because used Subarus are difficult to find, and I could not find a Crosstrek within a 500 mile radius with the blind spot monitoring feature. My decision came down to a Crosstrek without this feature (but with everything else I desired) or the Forester with this feature.] I bought the Forester, and left the dealership feeling good about my decision and thankful to Mark for his friendly service. And then, I woke up today....The first thing I did was go look in the owners manual on how to turn on the blind spot monitoring, and found that my car was NOT equipped with this feature. Then, I ran an errand and realized that there were no rear headrests in the backseat. I couldn't believe that I didn't notice this yesterday, I guess just with my confidence in research, viewing the pictures online and confidence in Mark, I wasn't looking for missing equipment in the car. Now, I'm REALLY disappointed. I call Mark looking for an explanation. He said that he didn't know that the car was missing the headrests, and refused to acknowledge that both their website and his words to me yesterday led me to believe that it was equipped with blind spot monitoring. "We are not responsible for errors on the website because we use a third-party, and the car was priced based on its condition." In a nutshell, I told Mark that I knew I couldn't return the car to him, but an admittance of error and apology would be better than his denial. It wasn't until I told him that I was going to write this review and make sure that I tell everyone in Memphis to avoid Bayird like the plague did he say he was sorry. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I have never felt so disappointed in a major purchase.
