my son in law bought a car here almost 2 months ago. they claim they still don't have the title so now the car is parked in their yard and they can't drive it , yet are making payments on it . they financed it through their bank so Arkansas car pros already have their money and apparently aren't concerned about anything else. I wonder if they know it's illegal to sell a car in the state of Arkansas without a title.

Well I learned about arcarpros on line I talked to them about the Ford f250 super duty and it had 79000 miles it was the best deal form north Dakota to Arkansas I got it for 15000 and I say it worth about 20000. Not only was it a good deal but they took care of me when the tire blew out after I had purchased it from them it even blew out the light but the replaced it the next day at no cost to me thier good people and will take care of you there! I recently purchased a Chrysler Crossfire from these guys. Thought I was getting a good deal because they were able to deliver the car to me. At first glace, everything seemed to be fine.. Nothing wrong with engine or transmission at least. The car drives great. However, after riding it for a few days, I began to notice different problems with the vehicle. The tire pressure sensors need replaced, hydraulic hood doesn't stay up, mirrors don't adjust, passenger window doesn't roll all the way down and the brakes are near their life's end. I even had to replace the battery. When I called the dealership, they offered me $200 or a 6 month power-train warranty that doesn't even cover the repairs that I need. I'm a college student tight on cash & depend heavily on this vehicle. Their only advice to me was "good luck". I wouldn't suggest doing business here unless you're prepared to do a thorough vehicle inspection first.

Will never buy another car from them!! As soon as I handed over my money and they made a sell it was so hard getting ahold of Mike. He gave me the run around on getting my sunroof put in and then sent me to a place that apparently is not as reputabal as he did not want to deal with the better place or pay their price after he had already quoted me a price and took my money. The orginal place would have actually put in the sunroof that belonged in that car instead of an after market. Now I am paying for a car that the run roof leaks and when I can not get ahold of them about the extra warranty i paid them for. So now I have a car that is $30000 that is basically a sinking boat.

If I could give zero stars I would. Talked to someone about a car, we drove 2 hours there with two kids, one a baby. We get there and the place is a shack and then they tell us they sold the car that we had talked to them about. We wasted our whole day driving with kids (I can't stress that enough) for no reason. They never told us or even tried to let us know that they went ahead and sold it. Very unprofessional, and very rude. A bunch of big dudes who thought they could intimidate. A sad and sorry place. Don't waste your time.

Edit: Mike no longer works there and his promise to fix the lights in the car will not be honored. I bought the car in the winter, so I didn’t know there was no a/c, and they won’t fix that, either. Go somewhere else!

The people there are nice and understanding but the car I bought there is horrible. First day of buying dodge nitro and taking it back home to another county, my car passenger side was Smokey and something near the tire broke but however, they did fix it because they didn’t want me to use my warranty because they didn’t want the asc warranty people think they were running a bad business therefore, we couldn’t drive it for a week. The person who sold us the car said that the warranty deluxe should cover the major problems. 4 months after having the car, there’s an oil leak somewhere, tapping noise,passenger side window doesn’t work, emergency brakes don’t work, car died out while driving, and etc.The warranty doesn’t cover any major problems that really needs to be fix for my safety when it’s being driven on the road,the only thing that the warranty can fix is the window. Make sure y’all check your car before taking it off the lot. And btw the car is only driven to work which is 5 mins away from home. Now I’m pretty much pay $7000 on a bad car, that can cause a bad accident when driving.

I highly Mike Tanner at AR Car Pros in Cabot. He went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect truck for my business. His knowledge of the local used car market was impressive and although the truck I purchased wasn't in stock on his car lot, he found it, inspected and detailed it. Then had it delivered to me with a full tank of gas! He informed me that's all the minor maintenance issues have been fixed and I opted to purchase the extended warranty for that added peace of mind.
