My wife and I went to Arkansas Auto Group based on an internet add. We met Heather, and she gave us an awesome deal on a great car! Best car buying experience. UPDATED REVIEW: BEWARE! I just took my friend to look at a Rav 4 that he saw on their website at my recommendation. We get there and the salesman says that the keys are lost. Heather then drives up and I tell her. She says she will check and she disappears and never gets back to me. Okay, the first car we look at, the door handle falls off. The second car, would not start. The third car, my friend test drove and the transmission goes out down the street. Sadly, Something is not right there anymore so I felt compelled to update my review.

Called for 3 weeks on a truck. David was supposed to call me back on several occasions and never did. Waited for him to text me the info needed for the credit app. He never did. Drove from Hot Springs to look at the truck and probably buy it. He never bothered to call and tell me he sold it that night. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Wouldn’t send anyone up there. You didn’t call me yesterday. I called yesterday morning and spoke with David. He was supposed to text me the info for the credit app. I called almost every day for 3 weeks while you guys had it at Ducks garage. So not only are you a terrible business operator but a liar as well. I have my phone records and put them all together for the article.

I kept trying to get a car for a couple of days now and they didn’t seem like they wanted to sell anything, no help and poor customer service, then I was called in to come talk someone and they wasn’t even there, I called the person to tell them I was on the way, when I got there no one was at the lot. Maybe they can make it up, maybe not. Who knows

Me and my sister bought a 2002 Ford Explorer there on Friday July 27th, 2018 and on Saturday July 28th, 2018 the gearshift sheard off as my sister was trying to put it in park at Sonic! Called the dealership and the accused us of breaking it off and refused to fix it. Buyer beware of this place!

We talked to Heather and she said she’d help us find a vehicle. So long story short we told her we were on our way (they weren’t closed yet) and when we got there she wasn’t there, no one was actually. We even tried to call her and she never picked up. Worst customer service. Only good person there is some blondish guy that was in the Marines. I didn’t catch his name but excellent employee and customer service from him, but I highly doubt i’ll come back to this place. He should probably find another place to work in my opinion, his skills should be used elsewhere.
