Got a car in Nov. Had a few problems with it. They told us that they would fix it. Finally they got it to there shop in feb that is connected to there store. he was supposed to fix the air, windshield wipers,strutt,and a ticking noise in motor that started the next day.dropped it off there between 9 and 10. got a call around 230 and they said it was fixed. Guess what nothing was fixed on it. Still had dealership parts on it. So that tells me they didn't replace nothing. They use orilleys auto parts. So called them the next day and told them that nothing was fixed. Now they are saying they won't fix nothing cause warranty has ran out. This is the millegdville ga location. Can't say anything about other locations. But wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location

I began purchasing cars through Car-Mart in 2003. Since then I have purchased 5 cars total between my husband and me. Had a couple issues, but Car-Mart has always fixed our vehicle and worked with us a couple times on payments when we were in between jobs. From what I see, communication is key. I've purchased cars at 3 different lots-the policy seems to be the same. I'm about ready to get another car from them, as I've had my last one for almost 6 years (yes, it's running fine still), I am excited to see what newer cars are available. :)

If I could give a -5 star review I would. The cars from car-mart come from an auction. They are not looked over like they tell you. If they were then the proper things would have been fixed before being put on the lot. Thats why they give you a warranty so you will spend more money fixing everything wrong with it. Also they use shade tree mechanic at some of their lots. One of their mechanics in Oklahoma even rented my moms truck out to their employee. We even found the receipt in the truck for a rental agreement. Every vehicle I have bought from them has had an issue and don't last longer than a year All of the car-marts I have dealt with are crooks that take advantage of the working class person trying to make a living.

I ADVISE people to never shop at Car Mart, they have no compassion for the consumer at all. I bought a van on Thursday August 20,2015, that night the air went out, so after that caused the motor to freeze up on Sunday so now the van won't crank cause now the starter has gone out. I took the information back to the dealership and they gave the run around. But I brought the information that they asked for. Well the 72 hours they claim was Sunday well first of all that was not a business day and they were not open on Sundays so that doesn't not count in the 72 hrs. I brought this to their on that Monday morning I asked for my down payment back because I was not satisfied because the 72 hours were not up. So now I stuck with a car note of a van I don't have. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AMD LOAN SHARKS AND I AM GOING TO SEE THEM IN COURT

Do NOT buy from Car Mart! I cannot emphasize this enough. I am currently buying a vehicle from Car Mart. Thus far, said vehicle has a constant check engine light on, been to five different shops, had 3 oxygen sensors replaced, 8 spark plugs replaced, 1 wheel bearing hub assembly replaced, and now needs a new catalytic converter because the oxygen sensors were not replaced in a timely manner by Car Mart's mechanics. When I took the vehicle to Car Mart to complain that it now needs a catalytic converter, their solution was to refer me to a backwoods Kentucky mechanic to ILLEGALLY have the catalytic converters REMOVED and have the vehicle "straight-piped." This is absurd and I WILL report this to the Department of Transportation IMMEDIATELY. At this point, my thoughts are let the P.O.S. vehicle get repossessed and start over elsewhere because, frankly, I do NOT want to be stuck with a money-pit. So again I say do NOT buy from Car Mart.

While my customer service with a Mountain Home location wasnt that pleasant my time working with the home office has been amazing. My car was picked up due to my own fault of not paying this bill on time. I dont think its fair to blame a company when the fault is primarily on the "renter" of the car itself. The car was in a "carmart only" shop more than I had it so i justified that to myself over paying my bill on time. THAT WAS MY FAULT. After about 6 months of a repo on my credit I contacted home office myself to set up a plan. Since I reached out and started this process my home office rep didnt add any attorney, interest or inflation fees on my balance owed because I toke the initiative to settle my own account. Like an adult should. I was not about to be served to go to court for something I caused. I have been in constant communication with HO so I know exactly where im at. If my phone call doesnt get picked up and I have to leave a voicemail I always get a call back within 30 minutes. They also have a month by month settlement plan for me when im able to pay a certain amount down and close out my account. When you sign a contract for anything, you have to follow it. When you dont - you put yourself in situations YOU have to fix. Im excited to be paid off here soon!

Well this is a shame i cant believe the reviews,because my girlfriend got a car from Carmart in Greenville and been having problems with her car since she got this car and now the car needs a motor and the general manager told her if she needs a motor she was definitely going to put her in another car. She go back to get another car and the manager tell her to go get insurance for the new car and she get back with insurance and now the manager tells her she sold the car. Now my lady is without a car and no refund on the insurance she just got. Never deal with these people. Its a shame how Cartmart is every were.

A few months back I had got a 2008 nissan rogue. Didnt even have it a month the transmission went out in almost got into a weak bc the car would not go. I have a two year old that was in the car with my 13 year old it was scary for them. Got the transmission replaced and now after two months it went out again I cant drive the car bc it is messed up. I have tried to call and speak to someone at car mart about it but my calls do not get returned. I do not recommend anyone to get a car from them all they sell are lemons.

I hate this place cause the manager is so rude and unprofessional and talks to her employees terribly in front of customers. I suggest no one buy a car from this place. I guarantee that I will never buy anything or make sure none of my family members buy anything either. The corporate office needs to handle that but it seems to me that they never will so I'll just take my business somewhere else. They are selling no good cars then you have to deal with a manager that lies to your face then complain to corporate then nothing happens.

I have had a van that I purchased with you for almost 2 years. This van has broken down on us several times. Sometimes for long periods of times, like now. I have been a loyal customer and probably would purchase again but I’m not sure how much longer I can justify paying for a broken down vehicle. I can’t get anywhere with anyone because they say get a diagnostic test ran and let us know and you can have it towed here. I can’t get it running to get a diagnosis completed nor can I afford a towing bill to there and then to Rome. You have helped before because I have a side note that I’m paying on, however, do you think it’s fair that someone is actually paying for a inoperable vehicle? I have asked for a trade or something. I honestly need to speak with someone who can help with a resolution instead of oh well get a diagnosis done because we can’t help you. I’m really debating my options at this point.

ive been a customer for a few years, and have been helped in many ways, it is a store for people like me poor, but I feel like you take advantage by selling vehicle at double or triple what they are worth.. most of them are in very poor condition and if you are not vehicle educated it be hard for you to catch the malfunctions of the vehicle and carmart instead of helping.,. they look the other way and say too bad!! so I am never doing business with them again!!

I live in Lawton, Oklahoma. I would not go back to them. They are awesome about making payment arrangements but as far as customer service they need to work on. All the way up to the corporate office. I brought my dodge avenger in November 2017, last month I hit a parked car trying to avoid a dog. You know they don't want to fix but I still have to pay my bill and pay for it to get fix. i have never been in accident. not giving all the details on here. But no one called and ask anything about how it happened or anything. Its not like it did a drive by or it was in some type of crime. I hit a parked car. But my whole thing is why am I having to pay for a car that is not being driven. Its just sitting there. And not one call from corporate.

If I could give a 1/4 of a black star I definitely would they would barely deserve that. We have heard nothing but lie after lie from our local car mart in Springfield Mo. We bought a 2007 nissan pathfinder in may of 2016 and nothing but issues. They had a manager named Kim who got fired due to false sayings. Our truck broke down six times over a month with faulty work being done. They also put a note on our mechanic estimate "we fixed the issue with a barely working part it could go out but should be ok for awhile". They hid the shop location from us then we find out they no longer use this shop. Once Kim was fired we no longer were held to "her false promises". My bf got really ill and we had to refinance payments. She also said we could trade the truck in august or september fir a lesser vehicle. The new managers refuse to honor this. We were hoping to be put in a lesser vehicle and this is not happening. We have contacted a lawyer n are begining some legal processes against your company. Unless we get into a lesser priced vehicle we will pursue this action. You all are thuefs and liers.

OMG I am so pissed right now with these people. Bought a truck in Dec. 2015 drove for 2 weeks , has been broke down for over a month just sitting, Car Mart wanted their $1500 out of our taxes to decrease the time on loan. We paid that and have been paying our payments on time while it sits, We finally got our taxes to take it to the shop and now it needs another 1,000 worth of work on it and it WONT pass inspection, so how in the world did they pass it over a month ago when they sold it to us?????? I want my money back and come get your piece of crap!!! So much money wasted on this and now we have nothing left to get another vehicle because we gave it to them for a truck that has to sit. Oh and we live in Pevely, and they are in Farmington, they said they would pay for the 1st $50 for the towing to get it to them for them to fix it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I wouldnt trust you fixing it and if I did, you can pay for ALL of the towing. I tried to cancel my credit card transaction to them for the $1500 but it was too late, they already got their money, of course they did!!!!!

I got a car from the Joplin, MO location. Had the car for 2 months and the car broke down. Spent $500.00 to get the car running again. Which is one car payment for the month. If we didn't do the work ourselves it would of been more. They will not even work with us on the payment for the month. There is other things wrong with the car...the air conditioner stopped the car over heats. It keeps throwing a code for the transaxle system. I think there is a electrical problem as well. Do not buy a car from this place. They do not care about you or the cars they sell.

My car that I had purchased was always having some kind of electrical issue. After paying $75 for them to fix my cluster outage, plus pay my car note, I didn’t want to be seen anymore. After a while the car started having other electrical shortages and outages. Then on June 15, it caught an electrical fire. The officer that helped me didn’t even do a report to log his attendance at the incident. So now I’m stuck without a car & without proof that my car fire caught on fire. Before being harassed each day about my late payments, I received a call. Now that I need help recovering information, everyone seems too busy. Haven’t received many calls. I don’t like being disregarded and I need a car, NOT AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE!!!

This has been one of the worst car buying experience in my whole entire life . This is ludicrous at this point . My car has been in the shop for 1 and 2 days with no update whatsoever, Everytime I call I get a different date, I am treated rudely and disrespectfully by so called professionals, from the supervisor down to the people that answer the phone. It is horrible. We are $130.00 behind because we had to fix some issues on the van. So Springdale car-mart decided to take the van leaving my 4 kids, my husband and me walking. Took all my stuff in the van. She said either you take it all or none of it!! What the hell. We have paid a lot for the crap van. Heck seems like very week something else happens to it. This place seems to be a complete joke and never due what they say. I bought a 05 Chevy from the Miami Oklahoma location in March 2016 and it's been trouble ever since. Drove the truck for two days and the transmission starts slamming through gears and is hot. I check it out to find out the coolant lines for the transmission have been cut. Take it to the lot and after two weeks of the run around I corner the store manager in his office who I was told wasn't there and he agrees to fix the transmission. It was sent to a transmission shop who said the transmission was completely melted inside and didn't know how it was even driving. Finally two weeks later a new transmission is ordered for the truck and the transfer case was suppose to be replaced in the truck as well and new coolant lines installed. Well three trips to the shop over two weeks and a transmission was put in the truck. I go to the shop where I left my truck and it's no there and they don't know where it went. Go to car Mary and a hour later one of their employees show up driving my truck for their personal use. I look at the transmission and half the lines were held up with zip ties and the coolant lines were still not fixed. I told them right there at the lot and showed them and they was going to fix it. Same run around constantly happened like before. Send it back to the shop because my 4x4 wouldn't work once it was suppose to be fixed. Tried to engage it and it would slam into 4 high or low and try to move the truck and it would lock up. Take it back and they say they will fix it but it's just the new transmission needing broke in. It goes back to the shop the coolant lines still wasn't fixed and my 4x4 still wouldn't work. Now 6 months after the first problem happened and was fixed same problem again with the warm temps. Transmission won't work 4x4 has never been fixed coolant lines still not fixed. Contact the new store manager and he has a wrecker pick it up and takes it to the transmission shop. Come to find out it didn't go to no transmission shop it went with the wrecker company who is starting to work on vehicles and not even a shop. They take my truck out and attempt to use it to play in mud and tear it up more and now say there isn't nothing wrong. They had my truck for a week and left the windows down during rain storms and soaked the insides and the car lot says they can't do nothing. Finally get ahold of the store manager again and he lies on where my truck was at until I found it on my own due to me going to report it as stollen since no one knew where it went. Finally get the areal manager in the store to attempt to get it fixed because both store managers have failed to up hold their end of the contract or fix the truck they sent me. I'm without a vehicle with a pregnant wife and two other kids and attempting to work and have no wheels like before. No one knows if the truck is even worth fixing and they won't send it to a shop that they claim to see if it can be fixed. They tell me we will put you in another truck due to all the problems that have never been fixed. That doesn't happen cuz they change their story again and I have never missed a payment or nothing but they sold me a truck that wasn't legal to sale due to the defects. I even asked why they refused to put me in another vehicle since car mart has a 3 stile policy. It's the policy no one is suppose to know about but if your vehicle is in the shop 3 times for the same reason and never gets fixed they have to put you in another vehicle. Mine has been in the shop 6 times now and has never been fixed. I have contacted the cooperate numbers and left numbers for them to call me back and haven't heard back from them. This was the car lots last chance to make things right on their contract and it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. I guess this time I'll have to seek legal actions to obtain my money back or a vehicle because they want their money but don't wanna fix anything.

Manager Pam in Muskogee needs to learn customer service skills. The manager should be Brian and that should be his team working there. I am so livid over my car not having heat since it got back from the shop and the fuel gauge still not working. It is very cold outside, yet manager does not care!!!! Of course, she wants her payment, which she will get, but not if I have to use the money to have my own heater fixed. My heater worked when it went to the shop and now it doesn't. I have a side note of $1039 and yet my fuel gauge still does not work. I was on the side of the road on Saturday the 19th in 16 degree weather, and not to mention NO heat!!!!!!! Yes, I am very upset. They have always worked with me and been good to me until today!! I asked if she could get me out from underneath that car, and she says I owe to much, yet you got 2 other people out from underneath theirs and they owed double what I owe. Talk about favoritism!!!! That is NOT good customer service, and she will continue to lose business as long as this is going on. Get a clue corporate, the Manager should be Brian!!!!! Train people off his customer service skills, cause he has them!!!!

My daughter bought a vehicle from Enid, Oklahoma car-mart, had it for I believe 5 days, broke down. They told her it was under warranty. It was taking a long time to fix. She asked where her vehicle was. They gave her the run around. She would ask for the same lady every time she called. This "lady" was always at lunch or at the bank. So my daughter decided to just go to the store. While she is standing there, someone else called for this "lady" on the phone and they told them the same thing. Then asked the "lady" how long she was going to be at lunch. Then they all laughed. She was AT THE STORE!!!! They finally told her where her vehicle was. At least where the paperwork said it was. she went there and they told her that after they gave Car-Mart the estimate and told them what was wrong with it they took it somewhere else. They took it to a Towing business!!!!! Not REAL mechanics but a towing place. But ALL the paperwork said it was at a mechanics shop! After she did get it back, she took it back to the REAL mechanic shop. They said all the bolts were loose and will vibrate out and they welded on places that shouldn't have been welded. So she went back and told Car-Mart and they said they were not going to fix it!! They told her she just couldn't afford the vehicle. YES she can!!! So HOPEFULLY this does not cause her to wreck and kill my daughter and granddaughter!!! The mechanic shop will verify all of this!! PLEASE HELP HER!!!!

My husband bought a car from carmart back in December and we have had trouble with it ever since. The same day we got it the head lights didnt work. Took it back that same day they fixed those. On easter this year the car broke down and they said they put ot in the shop but we found out Friday that they didnt fix what was wrong with it the just put an ignition in it and that wasnt even what they said they fixed and its starting to act up again. They said they put a whole new fuse box under the hood and they didn't even touch that on top of putting the ignition switch in wrong. Now we have to pay 75$ so they can put it back in the shop. This car mart sucks when it comes to "fixing" cars

I am very displeased with how everything has went with my vehicle. I have been without my car for almost 2 months, get it back for 2 days and yet it is messed again and back in the shop for the same issues. Over the past 2 months I have been ran around and hung up on several times. I have been told I would receive a call and yet days later still no call received. My car is currently in the shop and basically have been given no information except they are trying to figure out what is wrong. With the current situation I have dealt with, I WILL NOT recommend ANYONE to car mart and I will never use this company again. I talked to Roger the GM and I gave him my word about what I was willing to do, I have continued paying for this car even tho I haven't had it for almost 2 months now. Took my Jeep in a end of last yr/beginning of this yr. They told me to get a printout. The printout said it needed a transmission. The mechanic they took it to said it didn't need a transmission. They kept it for eight weeks. EIGHT WEEKS. Nothing got done. It blew the transmission two weeks ago. I had to pay an outrageous tow bill to get it back to Carmart dealer. They didn't reimburse me for any of it. Then they say they are waving the $75 charge for fixing it. I already paid that. It was still the same problem. Called Corporate and Corporate didn't deal with it. They passed me off to people that felt with it originally and did nothing about it. I paid for it for two months, and had no vehicle, while nothing got done. Paid an expensive tow bill from Illinois to Kentucky that they did nothing about. Corporate did nothing when I called. Stay away from them. Tell everyone to stay away from them

I got a 2006 Pontiac G6 and I could not pump gas in the car for the frist 2 months of having the car I took it to the Joplin shop at carmart and they told me it was fixed 4 times and finally I had a friend fix it. But now my trqnstransmi is slipping and I took it in to get fixed but they did not fix it I went to pick it up and there was about 2 in of water in my passenger side floor board. And they will not do a damn thing about it I have tried calling corporate but they never call back go firgure.

we own an Automotive Repair Facility in El Dorado, Arkansas and do quite a bit of work for the El Dorado Store, but will no longer be servicing Car Mart Cars because we have problems getting our invoices paid. I have spoke to several other repair facilities in the area and they say the same issue. As a small business when our mechanics do the work, we have to pay them whether Car Mart pays us in a timely manner or not. As of now we have several thousand dollars which are owed. When I call corporate office all I get is a recording. I leave a message and never have anyone return my call. We will be hanging a sign out in front of our facility letting customers who stop by from Car Mart that we do not service Car Mart Cars any longer.

Just got a 2004 chevy tahoe .. Since the first week i had the car its been dying .. Had 3 mechanics and an employee at carmart say its the fuel pump .. They have taken my car 3 times and still havent fixed it and refuse to honor the service agreement .. I havent even had the car a .month and cant enjoy the car. The customer service is poor in texarkana and they just lie and brush u off .. I have recordings of everything .. And want to just return the car and sue to get it off my credit because carmart didnt honor the contract

CAR-MART IN CAMDEN AR. Well my journey started pretty good. We went to car-mart and had a great experience. We had a great representative assist us in picking out a 07 Kia Sorento. Brian was great in helping us with the financing. The first two months no problem that wasn't taken care of. Then disaster. Brian either quit or got fired I don't know which. He was replaced by Amanda. This manager decided to send my van to the shop and not even tell them what was going on with it. Now mind you this is our only vehicle. we have 5 kids 1 of which is only 9 months old. I told them that we could not be without the vehicle for more than a day and was told that if we have to order the part we will give you the vehicle back until the part comes in. After I take the van up there and sit all day waiting for something on either we have to order the part or its done I talked to the assistant manager and he finally told me what shop it was sent to. I went to the shop and talked to the man and was told he will get right on it. After I get back to car-mart I am told by the assistant manager tells me that after I left the shop they called and apologized for not already being done but they didn't know what was wrong with it until I came up there. At the end of the day I spoke to the assistant manager again and told him that I had to have the vehicle. he told me that he understood and that I can get it and we would begin again the next day. Now I got to the shop and he was working on it and said that he would be done with the part he was working on by morning. I decided that we could get along without it for the evening and would get it In the morning. This morning no Van, was told that Amanda was with a customer and she would call me back. 10 o'clock comes around and I have to be at work. 11 o'clock I call same thing. 2 o'clock same thing. 4 o'clock my spouse is able to get a ride up there and then Amanda decides to tell her that they have to order the part that I told her to begin with was the problem and that it would be in till Tuesday. My spouse told her what the mechanic said and that we would have to get it back until the part comes in and this ***** decided to tell her not to talk to her mechanic and that the van will be available after Tuesday morning and that is the way it's going to be. Now I have to be at work at 7 tomorrow and Sunday morning and no way to get there which is going to get me fired and make it to where I can't pay for the van. Thanks again for screwing my family with no lube.

I haven’t even had this car a month and it’s now going on two months in the shop. The manager is very nice and upset with the mechanic but that still doesn’t give me my car back. I’ve been making my payments still even tho i don’t have the car. I can trade in this car for something else unless they do a mechanical repo that will go on my credit and the 3000 i have put into the car will not go towards a new one. I will have to start completely over. Tried to call customer service and haven’t got a call back. I was suppose to get it back today but now the mechanic says it will be next Thursday...... so another week. I will not buy a car from here ever again. Muskogee car mart is a joke.

My motor "is gone" is what the receptionist told me NOT the mechanic that was on a Tuesday and said they would call me back.The mechanic Aaron , I believe is his name isn't even man enough to come out of his office and talk business today when I go make my payment. But is so quick to ask me what the problem is when I talked to him a few days before. And Ashley the girl at the front desk asked if I making my payment today but can't return my phone calls? So quick to ask for my money but takes their sweet time calling me back. Jessica the girl who sold me the car. I have nothing to say about her. She is great and is the only one who gives a damn up there! After I pay this car off I will NEVER go back to a Car-Mart if they have people like that working there.

This service is bad here so last week I had broken down less then a mile away and I called them and told them that I parked it in a location and informed them the address they said they known where it was I also know the owner of the store I had permission to park it there till they picked it up and find out it took 2 days to pick up my car they said they couldn't get to it since the place was closed and there was someone there at the place trying to get in. I thought these stupid idiots are lieing to me up front and into my face. I can sell you this the Sapulpa Car Mart in Oklahoma isn't worth the time of day I have this car since 2014 and it should have been paid off already and plus on top of that they told me when I called this morning at 10:10a on 07/10/17 that it cost 650-680 parts and labor and I asked how much was parts they wouldn't give me that information they are required by law to give me that information the labor is 51 a hr the items that are needed shouldn't be over 200 they are patting down the price which really screws me up cause they are at fault my company is going to fire me if I cannot get my car back before wed and they know it they don't care they are liars and greedy in 1 more month I an going to trade this SUV in and get another because there is a law in Oklahoma that dealers cannot sell lemon cars and that's what this is a lemon

My car was picked up the day after my payment was made and posted to my account. I was 13 days late with my payment and had been told that recovery process would happen after day 14. I was given the run around when calling corporate and was even told that its my fault for not calling them when I made the payment. They refused to return my car and even had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay $580.00 for towing fees. Ha!!! You should cover your own fees because my payment was already made. They are not holding my car for non payment but for towing fees. I requested to speak to the supervisor, supervisor and said vice president Dan is unavailable until next week Monday. Legally they had no ground to take my car. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. If I can give them no stars I would.

My husband bought a car from the Carmart in Grove back in 2015 and it broke down on us constantly. Didn't have A/C and only ONE window rolled down. The car was constantly in the shop and so we finally said screw it and let them come get it because we were tired of having a POS car. They tried taking my husband to Small Claims Court because he didn't want to pay on the car anymore. They obviously won because my husband didn't want to fight it. Well recently, they finally got all their money they wanted for the car because my husband's grandma passed away (She was the co-signer) and they put a loan on her house. The same day they got all their money they took out an extra $400 on my husbands paycheck. He called Tarina Thomas and she said she'd send him the $400 back and it's been almost 2 months and he hasn't received it. He has called multiple times and she won't answer his calls and won't call him back.

My suggestion is do not purchase a vehicle from Carmart in general. The paperwork they have you sign has an arbitration clause it....bad for consumer...good for business unless you have detailed records...dates...etc. My experience thus far as been an absolute nightmare. Unauthorized repairs causing the vehicle I went into contractual agreement with to transform from a nice truck to hacked truck. They use shops with terrible repair tactics and ethcis. One example is I had a check engine light on when it when for a heater core repaor which was on the we owe you....they completely destroyed the dash to the point it required a complete new dash....now concerning the fuel injector....the check light stated a cylinder 7 misfire....so the replaced the number 7 fuel injector after several atempts to fix without replacing the injector. 1 day after the repair the injector wasn't seated properly and the fuel rail was tweaked during reinstall....causing it to suddenly spray fuel in such an amount if my motor at been warm or it had got a spark, I would not be here today. Many many more issues but I believe that's enough food for thought before purchasing a vehicle from Carmart.

The manager let his employee talk very bad to my wife and myself in front of my little girl using unprofond language. All's we was trying to do is make a payment on a veicle that we was paying 16 thousand dollars for. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star rating. If you miss a payment for at least a couple of days you get harrassed by so many calls. Even after talking to someone saying you will be in the office on the weekend, they still call you every day. Worst car buying experience i have ever had. Also, the price you pay is way over kelly blue book value. We have pain over 10,000 dollars and the car is only worth maybe 7000 if that. I would not recomand doing business with this place.

i have bought 3 vehicles through car mart and will be getting another one come tax time. really wish google would let me comment on reviews but since i cant ill post this. getting ANY used vehicle is a gamble. weather it's from a car mart or anothet dealership. do your research on vehicles before buying something you think you like. thats how ive had a great experience every Time i do my research. next is everyone who sees my review please think of this. you wouldnt expect your bank to pay for a hot water heater for a house your financing would you? so why expect car mart to pay for something thats not covered under the service contract. read the print and you will know whats covered and whats not. common sense goes along way. do your research and make your payments and it all works out for the best. best of luck to future car buyers! car mart you rock! thanks for helping me out for the past 5 years

I thought I had a good car but boy was I wrong. I bought my car in late June. The beginning of July my car started acting up. My car has been in every shop in town, the problems seem to be getting worse, the car is not the same as I bought it. I have spend over $1000 on a rental and my car is still not running. This is the only transportation I have and I am tired of hearing we will get it in the shop for you. They put it in the shop and 30 min later it’s doing the same thing but worse. When I ask to put me into something else they tell me it’s against policy that they can’t do that. I am tired of the run around. I can’t do this anymore

Would have given negative five stars but that is not an option. The only reason we got stuck with carmart three times is because we don't have good enough credit. Every single car we had ended up being a piece of crap. Stranded every time. If we wouldntbget bitbin the butt we would have it towed down the road and dropped off at the door. Not to mention we found out that they buy their vehicles from another used car guy and double or triple the price WITHOUT CHECKING THE VEHICLE OUT! They paid off the loan. CM continued to take two payments out after the payoff. Still fighting to get refunded and it's now December. I was thrilled with how polite my sale rep was helping me find my perfect car. I thought I had but after a little over a month it started showing problems. My headlights stopped working which I barely got fixed and now the car won't start at all. Before, I would have to jump it to get it to start and now it isn't starting at all. I'm highly disappointed because they told me that nothing was wrong and that they had just gotten it out of the shop. It was obviously only a temporary fix and they just flat out lied to me. I tried contacting customer service but no one answered! I tried to ignore all of the negative reviews but it's obvious that they were all right.. This is also my families only vehicle so I have no clue how we're going to get around to work or anything now.
