I can not express in words how impressed I am with Adventure Subaru Service Department. They really know how to treat and keep a loyal customer. I have always been very impressed with Subaru as a product and their customer service but this past month I had to have an expensive repair dont to my CVT. Not only did they give me a loaner to take home to Greenwood but they also went above and beyond to help me afford the repair and maintenance that need to be done on my car. All the sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and want to find the deal that works best for you. Vehicle section is unmatched. They have every version of any model you could ask for. And if they don't, I bet they could find it. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The waiting area has an assortment of snacks and beverages.To go with their sustainability efforts, they don't provide bottles of water, instead opting for a filtered water station. That says a lot to me. They are also dog friendly! If you are wanting a Subaru and live in the Northwest Arkansas area, Adventure Subaru is the only way to go.

Buyer beware, I purchased a 2018 Subaru WRX from this dealership in December of 2018. Here is my experience. The car I purchased was improperly modified (I didn’t know this at the time) the finance person and sales person assured me that the warranty was intact. Well according to Subaru the warranty is no longer valid, due to the modifications made before I purchased the car. I spoke with the service manager who informed me that I purchased the car knowing it was modified and it’s on me basically. Rest assured, that If I have any issues with the car, that are not repaired I will be seeking legal action. Here are the names of the people I spoke with. I will always sing praises for Adventure Subaru! Brianne in the service department is top notch and was amazing while we had BOTH our cars in for service (it was their yearly service). The dealership is phenomenal as well. Pet friendly, play area for kids, snack and drink area, clean and they support national parks and shelters. Whaat?! I received prompt efficient service as I always do at Adventure Subaru. Although I was a walk in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was able to have my Outback serviced in a reasonable time. I bought my Outback from this dealer and have had all service for the last 3 years done there. Service is always the same. They also wash your car which is an added perk. The waiting room is very spacious and comfortable. They provide coffee and other snacks. The bathroom is always immaculate. I have bought several cars over the years but the service at AdventureSubaru is by far the best I ever experienced. I might add that I have no connection to the business in any way. I drive 90 miles for service. Personnel are always very friendly and explain any of my concerns.

This dealership utilizes a fixed price with discount applied at the very beginning. The price is the best I could find even against on-line competitors. The Adventure Subaru staff are extremely customer oriented. It is rare to find a dealership of this quality.

This dealership is awesome, Apryle was amazing, they are no pressure. There are plenty of snacks and drinks and they genuinely want you to find the car that fits your needs. They will explain anything you are not sure about. If you want a new car, this place is a good place to start. They will work hard to try and get you the best interest rates possible, they even get together with you a week to three weeks after you buy the car (when in that timeframe is up to you) to go over any questions you may have about the car. They are not trying to sell you the most expensive car on the lot, just what fits your needs.

I have to say that I was greatly disappointed last night by the service guys. I was coming back from A friends house when I noticed that my truck was driving funny. They live in a neighborhood right behind the dealership. So I pulled into dealership to see what was going on. I got out and seen that my rear drivers side tire was almost completely flat. I looked at the clock and it was 6:15pm. I noticed the lights were on in the rear bays. So I pulled up and asked one of the guys if they could put some air in my tire to see if it would hold enough for me to get back home in Rogers. Unfortunately it was loosing air as fast as they were putting it in. The guy said it was bad and asked if I had a spare. I told him I did. He said that was great and that I was welcome to back down to the flat area of the parking lot so I could change my tire. I looked at the empty bays and the 3-4 guys that were just standing there. The first guy had commented that he couldn’t wait till 7pm so he could go home. So I knew that they weren’t closed. No I don’t drive a Subaru. I drive a Ford pickup truck. Now I’m not one to ask for favors. I would have gladly paid to have them do it. This is where situational awareness kicks in. I’m standing there with a handicap placard in my windshield, my Air Force veterans ball-cap on and a hoodie that says Air Force DD-214 Alumni. My handicap placard is because I broke my back in April. So I really didn’t need to be crawling around under my truck trying to use that worthless little jacks that come with a vehicle and those crappy little tire irons. Then lifting the old tire into the truck bed and installing the spare. I’m definitely paying for it this morning. So kudos to you Adventure Subaru for making a handicap vet change his own tire in your back parking lot on Veteran’s Day weekend!!!!

My wife and I were traveling through from Asheville NC in our new Ascent when we discovered that the heat on the driver side wasn't working. I dreaded calling a dealer I didn't know to have it repaired but I knew we would need heat before our return home. The folks at Adventure couldn't have been nicer. Justin took the call and told me to come on in. We got there an hour later and Justin met us at the door. He was great. He showed us around and took our car right in. The waiting area was very plesant. An hour later the car was all fixed and ready to go with no charge for the warranty repair. A really pleasant experience. When I purchased this Subaru a week ago, I left Toyota mainly because of poor customer service from our local Toyota dealer. I feel like I made a very wise decision. Thanks for a job well done!!! I’ve never been inclined to review products or services online, so this is a first for me. I’ve taken my vehicle to get serviced at this location since I first bought my car here more than 3 1/2 years ago. I love my Subaru, but I’ve consistently had problems with the Adventure Subaru service department. Today, I can’t even get a service manager to call back so that I can complain about the problems in a more direct fashion, so I’m leaving this short review instead. As a result, me and my family will no longer be taking our Subarus to get serviced here, something we should have done long ago. The primary reason I started paying closer attention to the service issues at Adventure Subaru... I had many tire issues over the years that I took to the Adventure Subaru service department to look into (four separate occasions outside of my standard service). After much frustration, I took it to Seeburg and in partnership with Firestone, they found that my tire alignments weren’t being done correctly for multiple years, causing extreme wobble in my tires. Up to this point, I only ever got my vehicle serviced by Adventure Subaru and was very disciplined about having them rotate and align my tires. Upon hearing that my alignments were done incorrectly on multiple occasions, I complained to their service manager and was simply given a $40 credit. Most recently, they let my pregnant wife drive off in a vehicle that had 3mm (front) and 5mm (back) brakes with a nail in the tire, which after being measured by another company was actually 3mm and 2mm respectively. They never indicated to her that the brakes were low or may need replacement. While they may be very friendly to work with and I use to enjoy taking my vehicle to get serviced at Adventure Subaru, I have to recommend that people don’t use them to service their vehicles due to too many instances (only two represented here) of incompetence.

Overall, I had a good experience with Adventure Subaru but there were two things that kept this from being a 5-star review. 1) Our deal was pre-negotiated (vehicle price, trade value, add-ons etc.) prior to me even arriving at the dealership. It was intended to be a "sign and drive" pick up of my new vehicle however when I arrived the paperwork had not been done and there was nobody available in finance to complete my transaction which resulted in me waiting 2+ hours just to sign paperwork and get my car. I eventually had to drive over to the pre-owned office to complete paperwork. 2) Since this was negotiated beforehand, I was basing my purchase of the vehicle on the lot off the sticker and information available online. My sticker said the vehicle had 7 miles on it however when I arrived it had 69. Not the end of the world (I understand cars go on test-drives) but I was disappointed and feel it should have been disclosed to me upfront.

Looked at upgrading my outback for a new 19 Ascent. This dealership gave me less money for my trade because there is a stop sale on the outbacks. Apparently there is a transmission issue that Subaru cannot figure out and they are charging me for it (in trade value) because the dealer cannot resell it until Subaru has a fix! This is terrible customer service! Look elsewhere when buying a vehicle! Update 11/30/18: Adventure replied to my review with some nonsense. I work for a dealership that sells another brand. There was no miscommunication when I was working with Adventure. I ended up buying the brand that I work for because of the problem with Adventure. We wanted an Ascent (my wife loved Subaru) and when they hit my trade low and I found out it was about the stop sale, I was upset and out on the deal which made me buy a different brand. This is about the Ascent deal I worked with Adventure. Not the vehicle I ended up buying because of Adventure.

I love my Subaru. I went in to the service center for issues with software of the navigation/entertainment system on my 2018 WRX. Turns out there is a service bulletin. It would have been appreciated and appropriate for Subaru to advise me of the bulletin before my frustrations peaked. I hope that in the future there is a more appropriate response to, and communication about known issues(Service Bulletins) with my vehicle from Subaru. I initiated a service with Subaru after being unable to answer a phone call hands free while driving(the last straw). A software update was performed while I waited approximately 1 hour, which has resolved this issue for 2 weeks thus far.

I had the best car buying experience in my life here at Adventure. My sales person was Stephen Walker, who was very helpful in showing my all my options with the model car I wanted to buy. TG in Finance was helpful as well. They had a great selection of cars available, and were easy to work with when I wanted to wait for a certain model/color that was in transit. Financing was a simple process, as was the final contract with Randy. They have a great showroom and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, since the sales people are all on salary, they don't hound you to death. After I bought the car, I had another appointment with Calvin, who ensured that I knew how everything worked on my new auto. I highly recommend Adventure Subaru to anyone wanting to buy a new (or used) car.

We love Subaru and the dealership, but we've been pretty disappointed as of late. The struts went out in my 2018 Outback. I have also had issues with my gas gauge (which now I know theres a recall on but nothing they can do to fix it) I ran out of gas on busy highways, with my two kiddos 2 times before I got the email about the issue. This visit, I drove an hour to the dealership with my kids who are 5 and 2, to have the strut replaced. We were there for 2+ hours and when we left and I got off the interstate I could hear it rattling again. I called back and told them I could still hear the sound and had to go through the whole process over again after they just had it in front of them all afternoon. I don't know what the process is for servicing like that but If they had just driven the car they would have heard it themselves and I would not have to plan another trip back to the dealership right after Christmas. Things happen, i'm a very understanding person and never share my disappointments but this one was kind of a big one for me and then I got the email to rate and review so I decided to share my thoughts. Hopefully in the visits to come, Adventure Subaru will provide the outstanding service we know they can.

I was needing parts for an older model Subaru. First filled out the form on the website about what I needed and it said they would contact me ASAP. That never happened so I came to the dealership and ordered the parts the next day(this was a Thursday). I was told the parts i needed would be there in two days (which would be a Monday)and they would contact me in two days. That never happened.. Concerned I called the parts service and he said the parts wouldn’t be there until Thursday and he would contact me. That never happened... Without a vehicle I wasn’t able to make it there until right at 6pm closing time and was told that the parts guy left early. I came straight to the dealership for quality service and that was not the case at all.

I took my new to me Subaru Forrester to Adventure Subaru recently for regular maintenance. When I called for an appointment the service manager was courteous and made sure I understood how to reach the dealership and which exit to take from the newly rerouted interstate which was very helpful. I arrived a little early for my appointment and was greeted by a service associate as soon as I pulled under the canopy. She apologized immediately that it might be a little while before they could service my car but would work it in as soon as possible. I was directed to a beautiful large waiting area complete with a complimentary snack and beverage area,. comfortable seating, and a warm inviting fireplace. I had just finished a cup of good coffee, a little snack, and had gotten into my book when the servious associate came to tell me my car was ready. What a positive experience. During the quick checkout she answered my questions and showed me where to pickup my car. All in all it was a great experience.

After having my vehicle in I no longer agree with how these guys operate. I asked them to look at my washer fluid reservoir to see if it had a hole or a simple tube disconnected. And to let me know and we would go from there. I got a call the car was done and that a tube was disconnected. They took liberty in fixing it then told me it was gonna be $15 in labor since they reconnected the hose. I did not give consent to the repair but they did it anyway without asking. When I got there to pick up my vehicle and pay the "$15" it ended up being $28. I said what about the $15 you said on the phone? He said excuse me? I said first I said not to fix anything without consent first as I was there for recalls and the complimentary diagnosis. He got frustrated and said don't worry about it ill take care of it. Very rude. Don't fix something on someone's car if they haven't given consent to fix it.

I love Subarus, this dealership - not so much. It took months to get an appointment for a safety recall (good thing nothing bad happened while I waited). Instead of taking two days as I was told it was over a week. I was given a "loaner" only to become a mobile advertisement with the gigantic letters on the car. The facility was crowded and chaotic, the people at the service counter were snarky. And even though it's a small thing, the fact that they charged me for an oil filter even though the recall service required the oil be replaced was petty and an annoyance that could have easily been avoided. Next time dealership service is required, I'll try another place.

Went for 7.5k interval service. Bill higher than expecting, ($120.00) but didn’t say anything. Got home and that day received in mail a flyer indicating 7.5k service includes lube oil and filter, tire rotation, and inspection. Right below that it compared their price with other competitors for lube oil and filter. Theirs was listed at $69.95. Looked at my bill and noticed they put on engine air filter at $21.00 (which they did not ask me about, and I didn’t ask for) so taking that off my bill was done to $99.00 not $69.00. So called in and they said come back and they would take care of it. So drive back down (25 miles each way) and they said I have a tire rotation which was $20.00 so it was correct. The issue for me though is that their brochure with pricing is VERY MISLEADING. It leads you to believe the pricing is for their 7.5k interval maint. And it is not. It only covers the lube oil and filter. In addition, I was not asked nor did I approve an engine air filter be put in. NOT HAPPY. Randy Northrop

Had a bunch of warning lights come on my Forester and they Diagnosed the problem. However it was going to cost a lot of money which I didn't have. Justin Littrell, the service guy helping me, tried to see if he could get an extension on my warranty since I was over my milage but could only get a little discount. But thanks to Justin I remembered I had extended warranty. He worked with that company and now I'm getting my car fixed for very little out of pocket. Thank you Justin! Now I have to wait for the service to actually be performed. I will make another post then.

But I had an appointment at 8 got here at 7 50 gave them the keys and I didnt get keys back till 9 when I just came for an oil . I would like to say that Adventure Subaru wasted my time by telling me that the Civic SI i was to come look at was in great shape with a "Clean Carfax". After a 2.5 hour drive, (one way; 5 hour round trip) I looked at the Civic SI and there was hail damage on the roof and trunk and hood that even Ray Charles could see. It appeared that the vehicle had received paint and body work on the passenger front fender and bumper of which had dirt in the paint and the gap from the door and fender was rubbing and not allowing the door to open properly. I felt lied to and told everything I had wanted to hear just to get me to the car lot and as I'm explaining to the sales manager what i had seen from the car from only a few minutes of looking at the car, he tells me that they have great deals on a Subaru today.

Used lot had some of the worst auction cars I've seen. Bent doors, smelly, steering wheels literally with thier foam falling off. They were not local trades and not worthy of being on any Subaru lot. This trash belonged on the corner lot of Uncle Al's buy here pay here. There is an alarming trend in the area to use auction cars to supplement inventories and price them like quality local trades. Overall, I've been very pleased with the original sale and the dealership support for my 2015 Forester with 65,000 miles on the odometer. Just finished a 5,000 mile trip to that included states from Idaho to Arizona, snow and rain, Interstate highways and rocky roads over mountains in Utah where our company was 4WD Jeeps, 4WD pickups, 4-wheelers, and fellow Subaru drivers. It's been a great car that holds all our "stuff" for travel and still allows my wife and I to explore back roads in National Parks and National Monuments... including the ones that say or should say "4-wheel drive only"! With Eye-Sight looking out for us, it's been the easiest car to drive that I've ever owned.
