The best auto dealership I have ever used, hands down. I began using Riverside Acura's service department in early 2014 after moving to Little Rock. Angie and Grant are super helpful and are totally customer service oriented and personable. The prices are more than reasonable and often less expensive than other independent mechanics. After using Riverside Acura a couple of times for their Service department I began to look at some of the used Acuras they had for sale. Stan, the sales person, was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect Acura. This was the most seamless car purchase that I have ever had, from Stan in sales to Loriene in the finance office. Stan was very helpful and patient with me, he understood what I was looking for and didn't pressure me in any way. He called me when vehicles matching what I wanted came to the dealership. After finding the vehicle that I was looking for, we came to an agreement on price, the finance office took 15-20 minutes with the paperwork and violá we were out the door. I couldn't be more pleased with my dealings with Riverside Acura, and that's coming from someone that has worked in the customer service industry for over 16 years. I have very, very high standards when it comes to customer service and Riverside Acura has continually exceeded my expectation. BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!

This dealership completely SCREWED me over!!!! The Salesman name was Terrence, a black guy dressed up and trying to act all nice and friendly to you.. Also, his sales manager Ben Hughes I think is how you pronounce his name is the GM there so I was told. I went up there to trade in my 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 because my wife is pregnant and we needed something with more space. We seen online a 2013 GMC Sierra with a good price on it 4x4, 20,000 miles, leather seats, side steps, you name it. We rushed up there close to sundown and it was raining that day. Truck looked good until we got it home that night. There is a dent on the tailgate and right quarter panel with a "perfect" carfax.. So informed them after they only gave me 26,500 for my Boss 302 that had NO dents or any type of that sort of damage on it. Terrence said he'd get it fixed and told me the next day that their collision center couldn't fix it without repainting the whole entire truck. He tells me he has someone on the side to fix it and says it'll be 1,200 out of his pocket but he will fix it, BUT give him til the first of the new year to do this. We all know this is a lie!!!! His Sales Manager Ben didn't help at all other than telling me the truck would be lower value if they were to repaint it.. Now I noticed they flip the price out trying to sell my Ford Mustang Boss 302 for almost $33,000 dollars?! They never helped me with a good deal for my trade, just slapped the negative equity on top of my trade value which obviously was even lower than the fair value on kelly blue book. Also, they never showed me functions of the truck and how they worked. Never filled the gas tank up in it. They literally rush a sale and get you the hell out of there. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and also the state attorney general so yea. Me and wife, our two children were treated so well. Please, by all means DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2006 Acura TL and while my career has caused me to move quite a bit, I’ve always made sure to have a relationship with the local dealership to have my vehicle serviced. I must say by far Little Rock comes in second to Denver, Fresno, and definitely Memphis who are nothing short of thieves. My service consultants Michael and now Kenneth are very honest and transparent and I appreciate the fact that they’re not trying to have me pay for things that are not required. Great experience always.

Terrence the sales person tried to sell my mother a car sight unseen by having us sign paperwork saying we would buy a Car that doesn't even work correctly before we could take the car on a test drive. The car had several problems one of which looked to be the electrical. The manager needs to be retrained into how to not let his sales members and staff make the customer feel pressured and ripped off.

My experience with Acura was really horrible! The customer service wasn’t very friendly at all comparied to other car dealerships I’ve purchased cars from in the pass. My salesman didn’t have much knowledge about the car buying business in my personal opinion. The finance department gave me a complete run around. They had me waiting for hours! Not to mention it was a weekend so I was told that the banks had closed up early. Well when I called my ride to pick me up my salesman told me to wait because they had gotten somebody on the phone to work up a deal on the car. So I canceled my ride! Then they came back and told me they couldn’t get anybody on the phone to pick up the deal on the car. So, I had to call my ride again to come back and pick me up! At this point I was very frustrated with the whole entire process! I was told that I would get a phone call the following Monday morning & I never did. I called my salesman back & he never answered the phone. I went back up there to check on the car, and the status. The dealership was full of employees no one bothered to ask me if I needed any assistance with anything? I stood there 30 minuets no one ever acknowledged me so I walked to the finance office and told them to keep that car because I would never do business with this dealership! I would never recommend anybody to this dealership! I went next door to another dealership and I was financed on a brand new car and I only waited 2 hours and I was out and rolling! Not to mention the other car dealership submitted my credit to one bank only and got me approved with no co-signer. Acura submitted my credit to over 5 banks and it was pointless. I’ve purchased 3 brandnew cars in the pass and never needed a co-signer until I went to Acura! What a waist of time! I was there 5 hour and they still gave me the run around. I hate I let them even check my credit!! Customer service is everything that’s what they need to fix first! Because customers make the business!!! Hopefully this information is helpful to the next. I just wanted to share my experience...

I recently purchased a slightly-used car from Acura of Little Rock, and I hope I never have to buy a car anywhere else. The sales personnel are top notch. I worked with Connie Farnam and she was friendly, warm, accommodating, and advocated for my needs when it was time to negotiate. I left with the car I felt best about, and at a price that met my budgetary restrictions. There was not a single moment where I felt uncomfortable or stressed during the entire process, and I owe that to the amazing abilities of Connie Farnam as well as Shawn House, who walked me through financing--he was especially patient and willing to answer my myriad questions. I truly appreciate the way everyone in the dealership treated me and showed an interest in me and my needs rather than viewing me as merely a potential commission. Connie Farnam is the cat's meow of car sales. After five months of shopping for an RDX on the internet, and after six or seven visits with Connie, I bought a 2017 RDX today from Acura of Little Rock. I suspect Connie doubted I was really in the market for a new car, yet she was and is always polite, professional, and knowledgeable . I have been amazed at how many salesmen didn't know the basic specs of the car they were selling, so I was grateful for Connie's knowledge. Connie NEVER showed any sign of impatience with me and never attempted to pressure me in any way. Connie merely touted her dealership and product and answered my numerous, if not endless, questions. If you do your homework, this dealership will make you an irresistible offer. I am a tightwad, but Connie made the shopping and purchase not only painless but pleasant..Whether or not you buy from Connie or not, you will not regret visiting with her about your next vehicle purchase.

Absolutely terrible experience. Salesman Terrence and sales manager Stuart were quick to promise an interior repair as part of the sale. Received a signed agreement to bring it any time in the next 30 days. When I tried to see about an appointment, couldn't get anyone to return my phone calls. They finally made an appointment for me and the car was returned with glue spilled throughout the interior. Had the car for a week and the interior was completely degraded. Tried to call about this and guess what- no answer! Do not buy from this dealership.

The worst service dept, Acura should visit and remove branding. Having 5 previous acuras in TX and TN I'm familiar w how the acura brand is represented. The service department is an unfriendly, pompous, arrogant joke. Unprofessional doesn't even cover it and the man running it should be working in the back, not a face of the dealership never a call back in a warranted item I drove 100 miles to the appointment. 3rd brake light out, had to be fixed at dealership only, they knew I was coming and offered no help not a call back. Said I had to come back in a week and they would call. No loaner cars. Went to Dallas to fix just to not give them any more business. Time to seriously review a Lexus. I'm done if I have to deal with these amateurs.

I saw a leasing deal online for a TLX, went in had all my paperwork drawn up. The deal ended 3/31 I signed the contract on 3/30. We were trying to figure out the color and how to get it sent here. I came back when I was off April 6 and they said the deal ended 3/31 and my payment would go up 200 dollars. I signed a contract to lock in the price on 3/30 per salesman and GM so why would the price go up? Today I looked online and the same deal still stands same price until 4/30. Be careful with this dealership they tried to pull a quick one on me!

I worked with Connie Farnam to purchase my 2018 MDX. Connie provided excellent guidance, service and support during and after buying my car. She is so personable and knowledgeable of the buying process. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Connie and the staff at Acura Little Rock made it easy and comfortable. And, while at the dealership, one of the tires on my old car went flat. Michael and the service department fixed the tire and aired it up! (and I didn't trade in that car). I appreciated the manager offering to provide this service free. I would highly recommend Connie and this dealership.

That was a year ago. This year I happened to be back in Little Rock on a road trip and they quickly resolved a battery problem under warranty. Having experienced assault type behavior in the past when entering a car dealership, I had braced myself for the same assault this time. It did not happen. Upon entering the dealership, Sean Smith, introduced himself and asked was there anything in particular I was looking for. I explained that I was wanting to upgrade from my 2014 RDX to a 2019. He offered a test drive in the one he had on the lot. He was through in pointing out the enhanced features of the automobile and safety features. He was very hands on. Once I had decided to purchase a vehicle, they could not locate the color I wanted in a 2019. Michael Fountain suggested looking at the 2020 as it was in the desired color and assured me they would work with me to ensure the best deal could be made between all parties. Antonio Davis was patient and attentive to my wishes and listened to my concerns regarding the comfort level of my monthly payments. He worked diligently with me until we were able to come to a compromise. He ensured all necessary paperwork was completed properly. He stayed with me until I drove off the lot with a 2020 RDX which I am loving driving. The smoothness of the ride is immeasurable. The upgrade in the technology is easy to follow and understand. Love the size of the trunk and the design of the floor mats and trunk mat. The design assist in preventing sliding and spills. If I had to make one suggestion for future designs, it would to adjust the positioning of the seatbelt buckle. As a woman who is 5'6, the buckle hit right at the hip area and can dog into your skin if you have "hips". My overall experience with Acura of Little Rock was a great car buying experience and has renewed my respect of car salesmen. Great job Acura and Sean, Michael and Antonio.

I called to schedule normal maintenance plus to take care of a couple Safety Alerts which I had received in the mail for my 2017 MDX. There were no time slots for over a week so we agreed on July 5th. We brought the car in about 8:00 a.m. and reviewed the list of items to be done. I left the car, and did not ask for a loaner. I started calling about 3:30 asking for status because I would be needing it about 4:30 or 5:00. It took 3 calls before we ever got a response from the service department that it was ready. When I picked it up the oil had been changed, the tires rotated and one of the Safety Alerts addressed. I was told a part had to be ordered to fix the parking brake. The 2nd Safety Alert was not done, but they said they could do it when the part arrived - probably early the next week - they would call. We had a continuing issue with one tire losing air. I asked that they take a good look at the tire. They did not other than normal visual to check for nails or screws. I'm sure they were short-staffed since it was the Friday after the 4th of July.... I spoke with the service manager the next week (probably the 8th or 9th of July) and he said he would call when the part came in and apologized for the other difficulties. I communicated that a road trip was planned beginning the 17th and he assured me it should be taken care of by then. It's the 26th and I am still waiting for the call and the rest of the items to be taken care of. The tire is still losing air. I expected better service. Guess I'll call next week to get the ball rolling again.

dishinest service writer. Went in to have my transmission serviced on my 2015 RDX. I specifically asked for a fluid and filter change while setting up my appointment. Everyone knows you change filters when you change fluids. Well except this service guy. When paying for my service I noticed the invoice only showed a fluid change. I asked the guy checking me out about the filter, was it replaced. He goes and asks the other guy who wrote me up about the filter to which his response was “ there is no filter”. As strange as that sounded to me I said ok and left. After looking on line and finding out that there is an inline filter much like the old inline fuel filters I called the dealership back and spoke with the GM. He said he would check on it as he does not have a mechanical background and get back to me. I was called back by the service writer who had previously told me “ there is no filter” . After he understood I knew there is a filter his response was not to get me back in to take care of this situation. His response was to tell me that it is not a filter. It is a “ screen” that is not serviceable. So not only did he lie to me, he lied to me twice. Integrity is a cornerstone of any business especially any service business where most people have no idea about what’s going on and it’s obvious to me this person has zero integrity. I will not use this dealership again.

We've been coming to the service department at Acura of Little Rock for two years now, for routine maintenance, one recall, and one mysterious noise. The staff has been consistently prompt, efficient, and responsive. The hunt for the mysterious noise involved a technician riding around prone in the back seat trying to pin down the source; it was a gravel lodged in a certain place in the undercarriage. Not sure that many shops would have done that.

Arrived 30 minutes early for 9:37am service appointment for resolution of two (2) RECALL NOTIFICATIONS on 2017 Acura MDX. Service time commitment was 2 hours.....................but my vehicle service time exceeded 4 hours. Dealer Service Manager stated this Dealer only employs 2 Service Technicians and 1 Employee did not come to work on my scheduled day. Given the $50,000.+ cost of the Acura MDX........................this Dealer is clearly under POOR MANAGEMENT and I will look elsewhere whenever I need Acura Service and likely consider other Vehicle Brands for my next purchase.

Please take this as a warning of caution: What I am reporting is information that is very factual. Acura of Little Rock Service Department has now become one of these Shady Rip You Off type of auto repairs shop. You would expect a brand such as Acura to be reputable and trustworthy. I am advising all customers to be well-versed in knowing things about your car, before bringing it in for service repairs to places like Acura. Failing to do so, could cost you lot of money due to Acura of Little Rock putting the squeeze on your pocket book. Acura are using shady tactic such as claiming you need unnecessary repairs, falsifying oil changes, inventing problems, gravy work practices (meaning they are billing the customer for more time than a repair job actual takes. Charging fees for air filters, they not replacing...the list goes on. Sadly, to say females’ customers are primary the victims to such shady tactics. Everything I am sharing, is based on actual events that has happen directly to me as one of their loyal customers. I am not bitter at Acura by any means, but more disappointed due to some integrity issues within the service department. Please know I’m not saying everyone in the service department are lacking integrity, but there some serious issues going within the service department that cannot no longer be ignore. Again, the information I am sharing is true and I have the documentation to support this review along with mechanics from other repair shops who gave me a second opinion after leaving Acura of Little Rock Service Department. Each Mechanic can testify in any court of law on my behalf, what Acura stated was inaccurate, including charging me for service they did not do. I strongly recommend Acura to bring in all their mechanics for a meeting and get an handle on this matter fast. I Once I have been ensured this meeting has taken place with the service department, I will considered removing or edited my review. I been an Acura owner for over 20 years and it pains me to write this review.

What started off as a great experience turned into a terrible experience. We were turning in a leased vehicle when we purchased our 2019 RDX. A couple of weeks after we took possession of our new vehicle we received a bill for $2,300+ on the leased vehicle because it was turned in early. The dealership knew it was being turned in early and said there would be no issues.

The last couple of times I have utilized Acura service it has been difficult to reach anyone by phone in the service department to schedule or discuss problems. Calls have not been returned on at least two occasions. When you do manage to reach someone directly though service is good and less expensive than one might think.

I went to Acura of Little Rock for a test drive to begin my car search and ended up driving away with so much more. William was extremely helpful in facilitating my appointment. R.J., who has great taste in music by the way, was my salesman, answering all my questions or quickly finding someone who could. The floor manager set up my financing and kindly compensated me with a price drop when the bank required a fairly sizable down payment. Allen handled the financing directly and even clued me in to my refinancing options down the road, which is something I would have never known to ask about. And Butch, a salesman who wasn't even working with me kept me company for a bit while things where being processed. All in all, a lovely four hour buying experience that flew by and ended in me going home with a lovely 2009 Honda Fit and a smile on my face. My sincere thanks to the folks at Acura of Little Rock. We went to Acura of Little Rock to "look" and get an idea of what we could get for our trade-in. William Hyden walked up and introduced himself, and immediately we were at ease and knew we wanted to buy a vehicle from him. He was friendly, patient, and able to answer all of our questions. We found the vehicle we wanted, met the General Manager, Adam Culpepper (Such a genuinely nice guy), and in no time were presented with an offer we could not pass up. No haggling or questions - DONE! Adam is "hands-on". NOT the intimidating guy behind the two-way mirror or closed door! Everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and "at home". Clint Tarkington (Finance Manager) was as friendly, knowledgeable and as enjoyable to work with as William and Adam. Before we left, William introduced us to the Service Consultant, David Barkley. Great guy - like making a new friend! If you think you might want an Acura, please go see William Hyden and Adam! They will take excellent care of you.

Please check my vehicle record. The service advisors for each of the last two visits no longer works for your facility and I can certainly see why. My vehicle was in for service on 6-7-19. The service advisor was Kenneth. After having my vehicle all day I never received a call from him regarding needed service or parts. I called him when I got off work and he told me that my a/c needed a new hose and it would need to be ordered. Since it was Friday and I was leaving town I asked that the a/c be recharged and I would bring the vehicle back when I returned from out of town. Today I called to find out that he no longer works there and that he didn’t document which part needed to be ordered. So we are back to square one. Today the service manager Antonio was really not very helpful offering only for me to bring the vehicle by at 2 pm tomorrow to be checked out by the mechanic. I work for a living and am not able to do that. No further solutions were offered. I bought my vehicle new from your dealership in 2001 and all service has been performed by your dealership. Customer service has always been excellent. This is a sharp departure from the past. Please be aware of the issues regarding your service advisors. These guys are great!!! Don't let the small amount of inventory fool you, they can get what you need! We got a Chevy camaro from them and they are the best, friendly people to work with. They made us feel like family, customers! Zac was the sales person that we worked with, great guy! Customer service is top notch! We didnt have the time to drive to Little Rock because of the holiday season, Zac said that's ok we will come to you for a test drive with no pressure to buy! They drove 2 hours to bring the car just for me to test drive! Did we buy? You bet we did! The finance person Robert was great also. Worked out the payment plan where it fit our budget!!! My wife and bought a used 2014 4Runner from them. They were unprofessional about the whole thing. Didn’t have it ready for us to pick up after we told it was ready and driven from hot springs. The paper work was not ready, paint touch-up was not done, warrient on back up camera was not in paper work, as they said they would do. Wife had to drive it back over to have it touch up and leave it get a car to drive around for a few days till they look at problem with back up camera, “couldn’t find anything wrong with it” goes out everyonce and a while, touch it up and then the touch up wasn’t even close . The manger we had to deal with was nothing less than a liar. Would recommend to anyone. Shouldn’t have to work that hard to give someone 28k of your money.
