Gary Gaertner sold me my MDX and couldn't be happier with his professionalism and patience. He was laid-back, gave me the information I needed to make a decision without applying any pressure, and worked with the Acura team to get me a price I was very happy with. Service was excellent ***except*** the new car I purchased was not cleaned on the inside - windows were covered in a layer of something, dust on all surfaces. My husband expected when I took it back to have some accessories installed that they'd detail it but it came back in the same condition on the inside. If Acura paid more attention to those details they'd get "Excellent" across the board. For the money spent I'd expect to drive away sparkling. Overall, great experience, great people. Would purchase there again no question.
Made an appt for an oil change and rotor resurfacing. I arrived at 10:30am and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Before noon I was told they also needed to replace the battery (covered in full by warranty). So they offered me a loaner since it was going to take a little longer than expected. Then, they brought it over and traded me out when it was all finished. Top notch service for sure!
These guys gladly took my all my wife's money and sold us a lemon, and say they can't help. I wouldn't buy from these ppl ever again. We needed a good reliable ride and now we have an expensive lawn gnome.
Bought a vehicle here motor was bad but they gave us a year newer and less miles for the same price. They made it right. Don't see that to much anymore.

2018 TLX A-Spec I won’t go anywhere else for service. They’re the best. They always offer me a loaner but I just hang out. Starbucks coffee in the waiting area and sports on the tube. GM Chris Everitt is a great guy. See him if you need anything.

Staff is always very courteous. I have never felt like I was being "upsaled" and any recommendations were appropriate. Staff always will do give estimates and very nice about spacing out recommended services if needed. I have never felt pressured.

Bubba Caple brought us to this dealer to look at the 2015 TLX, because we were looking at different options and could not really find what we were looking for in a used Acura on his lot. In fact, the very car we were looking for was already sold. So after spending time with us (several hours, in fact), he had us check out the 2015 TLX. After my wife and I test drove it, we were in love. Bubba introduced us to Todd Henley (who sold us a new 2005 Honda Accord 10 years ago), who went over all the financing options with us, and helped us get this car. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! My Acura MDX was having battery issues. Since the battery tested as "good" at a local store, I looked to the Acura service team for deeper diagnosis. They resolved the issue and while it took one additional trip to figure out the problem, they took care of me. Thank you Adam and team!
The service department was friendly enough. They even let me talk to the mechanic for more info on a repair. My only gripe is that there was a sign hanging in there about “wanted trade ins” but there was no info on a ballpark range of what the value for those was. Maybe that’s just a ploy to get you to talk to a sales rep. Either way I have no interest in buying a new car but it would have been nice to know

We bought our Acura MDX 2012 from them and had it less than 6 months driven it less than 1000 and had engine failure. They wanted is to pay $19956 for a new engine, which is more than the value if the vechicle. When we asked what the limited implied warranty meant and would that cover anything, we were told that it was the same a as is and no warranty. Every displeased with the customer service and feel ripped off.

I would run as fast and far away from this dealership as you can. I found their business transactions to be as unethical, as they were unprofessional. We had a written contract, agreed upon price, as well as additional equipment to be installed. Three days before we were scheduled to pick up the car, our salesman informed us, the GM sold the car out from under us. In a luxury car market with this much money at stake as a consumer you have many options. It's hard to imagine this was the first time they have conducted business like this. Suffice it to say, my advice is to avoid the possibility of this happening to you, deal with any other dealership but them. We attempted to resolve the issue with the sales leadership and our calls were never returned. The Acura vehicle is of outstanding quality with a history we feel second to none. This dealership however, is one we will never return Avoid this headache for yourself and deal with any other Acura dealership other than this one. Trust me, run before you get "burned" like we did.

Probably the easiest car sale known to man. We purchased the same make, model and color of car to replace our old one. 8 years newer - 123,000 miles less. I had not kept a new car over 2 years for most of my adult life but loved this one so much didn't even look at anything else. Made the deal on line and over the phone. I had purchased the first one through this dealer and appreciated their courtesy at the time of the sale and when we had our car serviced. We didn't drive the new car until we drove it off the lot - papers signed and it was ours. We love it and Acura of Fayetteville.
I have a 2004 Acura TSX (Navigation Model), which is, without a doubt, the single best vehicle I've personally ever owned. Plus the dealership was very friendly, and notified me about recalls on the vehicle, had me bring the car in, and repaired it, completely free of charge. The associate I spoke with was "A.J.", who was very nice, and seemed knowledgeable. My next vehicle will definitely be an Acura.
