The customer service was amazing. Everyone worked as a team to get me the best deal for the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Volvo of Phoenix. Chris, Joseph, Andrew and Aaron I truly appreciate your help and patience, I love my Volvo!

Marc and Wayne in the service department were true gentlemen. I had an appointment at the end of the day and while in route experienced very heavy traffic. I called ahead to inform them and they were kind enough to wait for me at the service shop. That is true customer service! Thank you!

E.J. Schneider (General Mgr) is awesome! He called me about a Volvo I saw on their website. I told him what car and deal that I wanted. A few hours later he sent me an email with a car and the deal he was offering. Simple, straight-forward, no games. The car he picked was exactly what I wanted and the deal was better than I expected. Will Taylor helped me with a test drive and showed me all the features of the car. Van Hill (Finance Mgr) had my paperwork ready to go. This was the easiest and most pleasant car deal ever. I'm a fan of this team! I recommend.

I recently relocated from the San Jose to Phoenix and had been planning to buy a new car after my arrival last week. I've been a VW guy since 1999 having owned two and leased one. Not interested in their current line up of cars, I began researching other makes and was attracted to the new XC 40. I scoured the internet for reviews and such and felt it was the best car for me. I visited VC of Phoenix and met Shawn. I've been fortunate to always have good car buying experiences with VW, but Shawn, by far, was the best sales representative that has supported my car buying process. He is friendly, engaging, professional and knowledgeable about Volvo cars. He also listens to the customer and provides info that is helpful and relevant. I don't recall there being a question he was n’t prepared to answer. He helped to make my car buying experience, engaging and actually fun. Honestly, I walked in for the test drive. I knew I was going to buy soon, but I wasn't planning to buy that day. As it turns out the XC 40s just fly off the lot in AZ; they can't keep then on the lots, so jumped in because they had what I wanted. Additionally, Daniel, the finance representative was equally engaged and professional for his portion of the sales process. He made the financing discussion easy and understandable. Both Shawn and Daniel were super easy to work. Lastly, the General Manager, EJ Schneider personally thanked me for joining the Volvo family at the end of the process. GM's don't have to do that – engage buyers at the end of the sale, but it was a nice practice. I felt welcomed, respected and valued the entire time I was there. It was another warm welcome to the Valley of the Sun! I would heartily recommend Volvo Cars of Phoenix. I had a wonderful experience there.

Just called the Parts Department and was very rude, told me to Google it and hung up the phone. I called back to talk to the Parts Manager Stewart he didn't seem very interested as well. Wouldn't recommend using them unless you want to do the work yourself.

Rae Henoch

Really was treated exceptionally well by Jake. I will be back!

Steve Fels

A refreshing change of pace to go to a dealer for service and not have them try to sell you something! The "new" service set-up is quite nice although I little confusing to find as it's not clear where you should stop for service. A big improvement over the "shared" service set-up they had last year. Very nice facility and Brian was, as always, courteous and helpful, keeping me informed of progress.

My 2010 XC-90 needed a 133,000 mile check up. It has always been serviced by Volvo Cars of Phoenix. The service department staff is always so helpful and listen with my concerns. They always review the service required, answer questions and are prompt with the return of the vehicle.

Marion Clewett

Since moving to AZ in May 2012, I have always been treated very well at Volvo. Keep up the good work. When the time comes to shop for another car, I will sure keep Volvo on my list M Clewett

I liked that I was reminded of my appointment with Volvo sales agent Otis Taylor several times in a very friendly manner during the week between my first contact with your agency and my actual meeting with Mr. Taylor. When we met, he asked me what my requirements for a new car were, and he really listened ! Since I specifically asked for a red S60, he produced the only car on the lot that fit my criteria in some areas, but really had many more options than I needed. I loved the car and the way it handled on the test drive and I loved the way Mr. Taylor explained some of the car's features very clearly and professionally. He worked very hard to produce a sales contract which was acceptable to me, and so I bought a much nicer car than I thought I could afford at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the seamless negotiation process and the professional handling of the intricacies of this major purchase! I am also impressed that Mr. Taylor called me a day after the purchase to offer his help with any questions I may have (and I do) about the car's technology. Buying a car is always a tiring experience, but Mr. Otis Taylor made it as efficient and pleasant as possible. Thank You!

I love this place!!! Both Jake and Tyler treat us like royalty - and they take care of the S60 too! It's a weird concept in today's world to overachieve in the service arena but these folks do just that. OUTSTANDING WORK TO THE VOLVO TEAM! KUDOS.

Julie James

I have had 3 Volvo's over the past 13 years and the Service Department has been exemplary every time. I've been lucky enough to work with Mark and Jake each time and they've been honest, professional and helpful. I'm not super happy with the extended care package I bought as it doesn't cover all that I was told it would so I won't be returning to purchase another Volvo but would still recommend using their service!

Arnold Rosenberg

Working with Tyler is always a positive experience .We know if we need a loaner at such short notice Tyler will always come thru. He's the magician of the service managers. If I give him any more kudos , his head will fall off.

Leah-Kim Brown

Great experience - wish you were in Denver so we could bring our XC60 to you all the time!

I would like to take this time to acknowledge what a great job Shawn (sharp dressed young guy) did throughout the sales cycle for my wife and I. He was quite knowledgeable explaining the features and functions of the cars and went out of his way to guide us in the right direction for the vehicle that would fit our needs. He was also very accommodating with time and available for several days after the sale when we had follow-up requests and questions. Go see Shawn!

If I could give them a negative star, I would !! Given the fact that I own Volvo trucks, I thought the best place to have them repaired/serviced is a Volvo dealership. NOPE!!! This Volvo dealership must have the most incompetent mechanics I have come across in all my years of trucking! I brought my trucks in here with the exact same issues over and over and over again, spending thousands of dollars on "labor" only to be told they cannot diagnose/fix the problems. I've jumped through hoops on my end with all their requests and they're STILL unable to resolve the truck's issues, but they seem to have no problem charging me thousands of dollars every time just to tell me they don't know what's wrong with it. I paid a 3rd party to inspect the truck. They were instantly able to determine the kingpins and wheel bearings many were bad. It sounds like Volvo didn't even inspect the truck. I recently sent a truck in for regular maintenance/oil change. I had a driver pick up the truck a few days later, after being hit with a bill double of I was told it would be. During my following PTI, I noticed the oil was just as dirty as when I sent the truck in, the truck was NOT greased, brakes were NOT adjusted, and coolant was NOT topped off (in fact, it was at the "min" line). Besides taking my money, I'm not exactly sure what they did. It's sad that you can't find a decent, trustworthy mechanic, even at a Volvo dealership. Sounds like it's all about the money to them. Needless to say, this dealership will not be seeing any of my trucks again.

We dealt with John Pacheco who simply was of the very best car salesmen we have ever dealt with. John listened to what we wanted and were looking for and then went about showing us what they had available. He knows the Volvo product and took time to show us all the options available and explain them thoroughly. His patience with our questions and our calculations was simply outstanding. We very much would have liked to purchase a car from John but we were disappointed that Volvo has a policy where you can't build or order the car you want. (Somewhat understandable being they are made in Sweden) Lastly the Sales Manager and I couldn't come to agreement on a monetary cost on the vehicle that came closest to what we were looking for so we did not purchase a vehicle. However our experience with John made the hours we spent very worthwhile. I would recommend John Pacheco to family and friends if they are looking to purchase or lease a Volvo.

The service department at Volvo of Phoenix is phenomenal. Mark W and Jacob are the best in the business. However the sales department at Volvo of Phoenix is atrocious. By way of background, we've owned 3 Volvo's over the past 15 years (2001 S60, 2008 XC 90 and 2012 S80). The last two cars were bought from Volvo of Phoenix's predecessor. In November, we were ready to trade in our XC90 for a new one. My wife went to Volvo of Phoenix to negotiate the price of a new XC 90 Inscription First Edition. While she was talking with the sales person, the sales manager came up to them at the car and added a $2,000 dealer mark up, telling the both of them that "what ever price you're talking about it needs to be $2,000 more." My wife was very frustrated with this action and the arrogance of the sales manager and went to talk to the GM EJ. EJ wouldn't even greet her or welcome her to his office, instead told her that "these cars are hot and we can charge what ever we want." She called me at work and I told her to leave the dealership. Later that week we bought a new 2016 Audi Q7 Prestige. I still own my 2012 S80 but do not plan on purchasing a new Volvo from Volvo of Phoenix when I'm ready for a new car. The Sales Manager and GM ruined 15 years of loyalty that I've had with Volvo because of how they treat customers. Bottom line, I highly, highly recommend the service department at Volvo of Phoenix. I can't do the same with sales.

Shane Price

how do you know when car dealers are lying? when their lips are moving. telling my wife she only qualifies for 12.9% and the says if she adds MPP and GAP and Auto Butler that she somehow qualifies for 9.99%. and that if she brings her own financing they'll tack on an additional $1000 to the sales price, never mind they're already $2800 above any competitor or pricing guide. we both know the game so we took all the add ons knowing we could legally cancel all within 30 days. we waited to get mail confirmation of the loan and then contacted the dealer to cancel. after doing so the dealer stated we couldn't then back tracked claiming we could after 6 months, I'm assuming for commission reasons. ultimately we went around them, canceled and refinanced at 4.5% and filed a complaint with the attorney general. are they nice? sure, but so is the devil. ethics is a different story.

Arnie Lakeyn

I have been dealing with Brian Lawrence in service for many years and bring all three of my Volvos to him for servicing. He always does a great job going the extra mile to make sure that I am well taken care of.

Larry Read

Jake, our service advisor, quickly got our XC60 into the shop for a minor adjustment and returned the vehicle in a very short period of time with a fresh car wash and ready to go!

Susan Birdsey

Moving to the Southwest is the fulfillment of a dream. There were only a few things I was sad to leave behind and as odd as it may sound the service garage at the Volvo dealership back home was one of those few things because that garage earned my trust 100 per cent! I never expected to find or feel as confident about the professionalism and care I was receiving as I experienced at the Volvo dealership in Phoenix. Thank you Wayne and your staff.

This dealership and people are Awesome !!! I’m very happy with my purchase all the way through from buying to delivery of the vehicle. Special shout out to Shawn Young, Marcus Davis and EJ. They really know how to deal with customers and provide real customer service. Shawn and Marcus are very patient and answered all our questions through out the process. For the first time, I haven’t seen a person like Marcus who took us for the test drive to explain every minor detail of the car and the functions that we are driving in. I have visited other dealerships before them. But these guys are truly perfect and aren’t pushy with the sales tactics we see across other dealers. They actually listen to what customer needs. At the end of the day me and my wife are very happy with our purchase of new vehicle from this dealership.

Kate Rouleau

This is the worst dealship I have ever used. They sold me a used vehicle claimed it had a clean record . The mechanical problems started the day after I brought it home. I took it back for repairs so many times I lost count. They would say it was fixed I would bring it home and it still wouldn't be repaired. I had a service warranty but I could only take it to this dealership. They try to scam you by saying a part didn't need replacing just adjusting so the warranty wouldn't cover it that way they could charge me more. Still my vehicle wasn't repaired. It is a NIGHTMARE. NEVER BUY A NEW OR USED CAR THERE!!!

Toshiyo Hayashi

Kudos to Shawn and the management team for patiently working with us and getting us the car we want. Excellent car buying experience. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and respectful. Everyone seems happy at this dealership which is a reflection of good corporate culture and management. Highly recommend a trip to this Volvo dealership over the one in Gilbert (long story short, waste of time, horrible experience and is a completely different vibe over there). Like others have said, you will not be treated with typical tacky car salesman trick here. Check it out!

Brew Swap Guy

I purchased a 2019 XC60 from Marcus Davis and the General Manager (EJ) in April. Marcus never applied any pressure and he listened to what I told him I wanted in the car. He didn't try to sell me on features I didn't want or try to get me to go above my budget. It really was the smoothest most chill buying experience I've ever had for a car (and I've had many). Marcus has also followed up to make sure I'm not having any issues and re-extending his offer to walk me through any features I don't fully understand how to work. I haven't had any experience with their Service Department yet but that's coming soon as I put a lot of miles on the car. Definitely recommend working with Marcus and EJ.

Dale Reeves

Jake Johnson is in the top 3 service advisers I've ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, personable, polite and prompt. I very much appreciate the Volvo of Phoenix service department and Jake's attention.

Julie Mori

Jake is great! He is honest and always gives me good service.

Ashlee Donaldson, Realtor

A delay in getting a loaner car however once scheduled service and communication were GREAT!

Heidi Monday

The purchase of the vehicle was a little different. We were told that people who can afford these cars don't negotiate a lower price..we told him to go away and got a new sales rep :) After purchasing at a lower price, I love my X90. I have had it for 3 years and the customer service in the service department is beyond amazing. Dwayne my representative is responsive, helpful and always there when I need him. The customer care is so great it would be hard to not purchase another one when I need a new car, I think I'm hooked!

Emma Moeller

This review is strictly on the Parts Department. We ordered a part last week, it turned out that the part was not the correct part we were searching for so I called Volvo of Phoenix to get the problem correct. (Not a big deal, these things happen) Upon telling the parts specialist that the part that was sent was not the right fit for the car we were working on, without asking any questions in regards to where I was from or what the application was, I was asked "Well, can't you just make it work?" I have a few problems with this statement alone... 1) Wouldn't you for one second stop and think well, maybe they tried that before putting off the project for another three days while I try to find the right part?!? and 2) Next time you go to pick up your dry cleaning I hope they give you a wedding gown instead of your Wal-Mart special suit and tell you to make it work!!!!! What kind of customer service really has that attitude?? REALLY??? Okay, so I get over it and call back the next day on a fresh start. I get the right part on the way. The following day when it arrives I have to fight with the guy to exchange the part that was a guess if it was right in the beginning... They want me to give them more money for a less expensive part that still does not have all of the pieces we need. I get a call the next day asking if I had packing for the part I sent back. When I told the man that I sent it back just as it came he preceded to tell me that if I didn't have packing for it he would not issue a credit for the difference. Hold up-- Didn't I just tell you it did not get a package for one... For two, what part about I did not order this by part number that it was sent as a guess to find it is my fault??? After running through all this two or three more times with him he says "Well, how about this, I am willing to wash the cost of the parts and let you keep the one you have at no charge, but not issue you a credit for this one either." SO, now you are telling me you do not want to give my $20 difference back, and I should be honored you are letting me pay $34 for a $13 part?? What kind of a gypsie department is this?!?! Very Frustrated. Please note: I deal with around 30 parts venders a week, have some great relationships and have worked with many of the companies for over 20 yrs. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received from a wholesale parts department.

Ileana Rusan

I had again a very good experience with the maintenance for my Volvo S60. It was performed in timely manner, waiting conditions are excellent. The customer rep was very respectful and answered all my questions and concerns were addressed. I recommend the car service for Volvo to anybody who wants things done right.

Steve Padgett

friendly service.

Amanda Jung

Shawn and Josh are awesome. I was in the market for a used car and had my eye on something specific that was not a Volvo. It took a day or so to reach an agreement, but every step of the way I felt treated like a human being/respected. No yucky sales tactics. Very nice dealership and everyone was easy to work with - I would buy from them again. Who knows, maybe a Volvo will be my next car.

Majerle Davis

I am very satisfied! They gave me a great deal & a great car. I’ve never been this excited to drive before and they worked with me and my budget. I’d definitely recommend Phx Volvo & the sales representative John Pacheco to anyone! The whole experience was great!

Brant Oxford

Brian Lawrence and Vince Jasperson are the best representative/ Volvo mechanic combination....I know my Volvo will get the best possible care with their effort. And yes, it does make a difference. All questions are answered and the work is completed from years of understanding of unique Volvo workmanship.

Brenda Berger

Van Hill is awesome, polite, very knowledgeable.BEST SALESMAN I EVER DEALT WITH !!!!!!!! ONLY ONE I WILL EVER DEAL WITH,---they jacked him around ,he went to Tempe LEXUS !! Good luck dealing with them

Erik Hord

Had an issue with my car that I couldn't fix myself. The service advisor was very friendly and they fixed the issue on the first try with no recurrences since so I'm happy. Definitely not your low cost provider, but they did a nice job.

Praphon Pituvong

I initially went to Volvo of Gilbert and it was horrible. I'm glad I found Volvo of Phoenix and they are willing to work with me to get the deal done. The people there are all great and very patience with me. My salesman, Shawn Yunger, is great and very knowledgable. He takes time to go over my options and personally delivered the car to my house. I would strongly recommend this Volvo location and go see Shawn.

Fred Zlotnick

I brought my car in for service, it was handled professionally and quickly with no issues. I mentioned the car's info screen was telling me my battery may have issues, it was replaced at no cost.

jon gray

I had a great experience at this Volvo location. Leslie was an absolute hoot and made my venture well worth the drive out to Bell road. I knew that Leslie was giving me everything she could, given what my budget was capped at. I will definitely come back not only for my car needs but also to check out what new stuffed animals I am going to find on Leslie's desk:)

Judd Wasden

Thanks for your help once again Brian! We appreciate the good service!

Rod Hartman

I was in for 22k warranty service. Scheduling appointment online was very simple and received prompt confirmation. Arrived for a Monday appointment at 9:00am and was finished by 10:30am including a car wash. I have always received outstanding service on prior visits.

Lauren Michaud

Had a 10:15 appointment to get an 07 model key duplicated and the missing key removed from the car's computer. Got done around 12:45 (2.5 hour wait seemed a little long considering there were only 2 other people waiting in services with me). Wayne was nice and listened to my concerns about the missing key, was glad to hear service could delete its profile. Good snacks and coffee to munch while doing some studying. It cost a lot to get the key duplicated but it was worth it because having no key would cost a lot more to fix...and since no one could tell me about how much it would cost for my model until I got there, I'm sharing my cost here in hopes someone gets something out of it: $347 including tax for a duplicate push to start key fab with an internal cut key. Without the internal key would have been $87 less. It probably changes a bit for different or more simple key types...but I was right to expect to pay around $350...I have an older '07 S80 model.

Lisa Coffman

these guys are great - very helpful; they go out of their way to satisfy me every time I go in there. My car is always returned to me clean and with a good explanation of the services performed!

Patrick Manion

Jake Johnson is my service person and he does a great job. I've moved to Tempe but still drive up to North Phoenix because Volvo of Phoenix does such a great job. With their help I plan to continue running this Volvo for a long time to come.

Michael Dunphy

BEWARE.... Selling cars which were in accidents as clean and accident free. You might as well buy a car from Craigslist.

ross bern

exceeds expectations The service quality performed, customer service provided, and the value of the cost of the services completed have been consistently high in all visits to this dealership over the past 10+ years. Thanks!!

Frank Barrett

Had a wonderful experience taking my car in for service. While I did have to wait for around three hours, which was the nature of visit, I was comfortable because they had donuts there in the morning, a sweet TV and really comfortable chairs. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Sandi Neuman

Appointment right on time, service time reasonable, comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff.

Sam Luna

Was going to get my volvo serviced there and was told several times if was a free diagnosis of the car. Before towing my car down there I checked again if it was a free diagnosis and was given roundabout answers until I got the real one of its a free CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SCAN just like at Autozone or O'Reilly's. They try to trick to get you in, scan it and then call to tell you that it needs hands on diagnostic for a high price. Shady. Don't ever EVER trust any mechanic that tries anything but being honest

Juergen Roesch

Professional administration and resolve of my issue. Always courteous, and very friendly, Nicole creates a perfect atmosphere in dealing with the customers.

BizAutomation Automating Small Business

All those good reviews can be thrown out the window because there is new ownership and they're not strait shooters. Today, I called them on an advertised price on Autotrader for a Fiat 500 Abarth, listed at $7,900. They would not honor that price because they tell me the new Owners are advertising used car prices without having any intention to sell those cars at that price (The finance guy called me to tell me this and wouldn't even let me get a word in edge wise as he apologized on behalf of the owners). If you're reading this review in October of 2015, just go to Autotrader and look up this car and try to buy it. Classic sleazy deceptive used car tactics at what used to be a reputable dealership. I assume from here on out there will be many 1 star reviews coming out of this outfit.

Irene Navarro

Great service and great people who work here. If you are looking to buy ask for Will Taylor. We have been upgrading every year with the help of Will. Good honest man.

Gaby Marquardt

This dealership was amazing! Our salesman, Will, was extremely friendly and honest. He talked to us like we were family instead of us being customers. My experience with this dealership was very rewarding. I drove out of that dealership with no regrets. Aaron, did the impossible and I couldn't be more grateful. He was very easy to work with and made my car buying experience completely worth it. Service was great!!

J

I will never bring my car to Jacob in service. This person is as condescending as they come. Completely rude everytime I show up or call. Not to mention the technitian repaired my car with glue that failed the next day but said they used new Volvo parts. They clearly lied to me.

Alexander Robb

Will Taylor did an exceptional job of spending time and meeting All of my requirements. Will be happy to purchase from him in the future

Jason D. Klein

quick service, good attention to detail.

Ann Todd

Horrible..the price is not the price add 1000$ bull...lie to you about the numbers...trusted them because they were Volvo...but that was misplaced...any corner car lot would be better

Linda Weitzman

We are so pleased with our new Volvo C70 Hardtop Convertible!! Denise Erickson was fantastic to work with.....professional, warm, and knowledgeable! Thank you so much!!

Patty Jonez

If you are looking for a car Volvo of Phoenix is your dealership for excellence. On my way to the dealership, for an appointment to trade an older XC60 for a new XC90, there was an unanticipated ordeal with my trade vehicle. I was devastated by the incident and ready to go back home. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Josh and sales associate John Pacheco. John and Josh assured me through concern and kindness (regarding my ordeal) that they would still provide me with a deal I would me happy with. They gave me a higher trade-in value than expected and worked their magic to get me into a beautiful XC90 T6 Inscription. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the kindness they showed me and the wonderful/affordable deal on the new vehicle. I am a “happy customer” and would highly recommend John Pacheco as your sales associate should you purchase a Volvo.

Tawny Inman

Great service. I was in and out on some warranty work. The team is very professional and kind. Thank you.

Bruce Carrington

I prepaid for parts (door hinge and seat cables). After waiting 3 weeks every single part was the wrong one. To make matters worse after waiting almost 4 hours for the repair and finding out they couldn't finish because they ordered the wrong parts they charged me over $500.00 and the car isn't fixed!!

Maura Sullivan

From my first contact with Marcus through to follow up after our purchase, everything here was great. I got what I believe to be a competitive price on a Volvo XC90 lease. In fact, both of the other Volvo dealerships in the valley (Scottsdale & Gilbert) said they couldn’t beat it and weren’t sure how the dealership was making a profit off the deal. My husband and I were both very surprised to find out Marcus is relatively new to car sales because he is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, unlike a lot of other newer salespeople in the industry. Marcus got back to us when he said he would and was even available to answer questions after our purchase. My husband likes the car so much, he is considering one as his new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially over Scottsdale which was a total sham. If you’re interested in reading about that, I have also reviewed them on google.

Robert Henriksen

Great service and service representative Jake is great in his job

Janelle Velasco

I bought my first car at the Volvo of Phoenix. Aaron and Nathan helped out as much as they could to ensure that my experience was the best. In life bumps in the road happen and this time was no different whether they were avoidable or not. Nathan and Aaron did their best to make up and or fix the bumps that had risen- which they did. Overall, I would pass a positive review for the purchase of a new used vehicle. I would recommend this dealership due to their willingness to work with you. I did receive the impression at times when they "made the deal better" I should really appreciate it- which I do. Despite it might being a traditional thought, I believe a good business should just do the best for their customers regardless- and they did. I just expect to be given the best deal possible from a business due to the fact that I am their business without all the fireworks and repeated acknowledgment, because if I had a positive experience I will relay that by spreading the word with no doubt. Thank you again for everything that the dealership provided and had done to make this deal possible because I am truly enjoying my new used vehicle purchased almost all by myself. Nathan and Aaron were great.

William Cleveland

Fast and friendly. Made a reservation online, had it confirmed the next morning. They loaned me an awesome new S60 while my car was worked on. It took a day to order a nav screen motor, but no big deal since I had the free loaner car.

Russell Harris

Shopping for a car is never easy, or fun. I shopped all over the valley for the best deal on a used car. Volvo of Phoenix gave me a great deal on a great car. My credit isn't the best. I didn't have a lot of money to put down. But Ulises made it happen!

Chris Bragg

Jake in the service department is a straight shooter. Top notch service department.

Phil White

we were satisfied with the way our experience was handled by Jake Johnson but the 250$ charge was way out of line to just look at the car. Since we just moved to Surprise and looking for a place to have our Volvo serviced I will now look for a independent Volvo mechanic.

Tony Moke

Recently I had a few thing done on my Volvo (oil change, tire rotation, air conditioning check, and a strut repaired), they almost had the vehicle finished, but as they were testing the AC the alternator went out. They were very apologetic and you could tell they didn't want to break news like this to me. I was glad it happened there and not with me on the road. Since it happened late on a Saturday, they gave me a loaner car and I picked up my car on Monday. They were excellent in their service and were very helpful even in the face of adversity.

Miriam Truitt

Brain Lawrence was great! Easy to deal with, very competent. He explained everything so even I could understand it. Great loaner too, much nicer than my Denver dealer! Kudos!

steven streen

had issue with emergency brake release. charged over $800. to repair. Had car and belts all checked in late Nov. or early Dec. all OK. When doing emergency brake work Volvo of Phoenix told me I needed $2700. dollars od additional work including replacing a belt. I took car to very old and established repair shop. Gave them list of repairs and instructed them to do necessary work. When I called I was told NONE of the work was needed. Cost $39. I can never trust Volvo dealer again.

I had my Volvo XC90 in for routine service. I was told that I had a nail in the tire and that they patched it and rotated the tire. The next morning I went to get into my car and the same tire was flat. Mark, the service manager, who told me what work was completed then said that he had planned to do it the next day when I brought it back in for an issue with the turn signal. Mark said that they actually had to patch 2 areas in the tire and then rotated the tires. 2 months later, the same tire went flat. I took it into Discount Tire. Volvo, had "plugged" the areas in the tire and completely destroyed the inside of the tire. Discount was concerned because they said what I had been driving was extremely unsafe. I was literally lied to at 2 different times. I just took my Volvo into the Scottsdale site for service. They were incredible. At my very intial service, Mark at the Phoenix dealership, also said that they had replaced my brake pads and rotors. I had taken it in because they had squealed upon purchasing the car. Then he said at another visit, 6 months later, that they needed to be replaced again due to wear. I asked if it was under warranty. He again lied and told me that it wasn't. It turns out this should have been under warranty. I would not recommend ever taking your Volvo here for service. It is dishonest. I currently opened a file up against them with Volvo USA.

Customer service is not great and these guys will sell you the cars which has some issues .... so I don’t recommend this store .

Heather Skull

I have never been to a more professional and honest dealership! Volvo Of Phoenix made my purchase of my new 2014 Toyota Prius so easy and painless! Ej and Nick did a great job making sure I was 100% comfortable before making a decision! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Wu Ted

I tried to buy a XC90 from this dealership since I was told they have an international student program, I clearly told them I wanted XC90, and they told me I can finance or lease it. But when I sent the GM text, he called back and knew I have no credit history(95% of international student don‘t have because you need SSN for everything related to credits). Ok you can do whatever you want, but at least show some courtesy and reply to a politely asked question because you guys gave me the misleading information, and all I received was an attitude. This is the only review I ever put on the internet, I would give a negative 5 stars if I have the option, for their horrendous sales department.

Went in to purchase a vehicle on July 4th and had great service. UNTIL after 10 days of owning the car I was called back into dealership to be told the bank that supposedly approved the loan really never approved it? I left the dealership in a car I signed paperwork on to purchase the car for the terms agreed on. Just to be called back in 10 days later to be told my car payment was going up 60.00 more a month if I wanted to keep the car. The sales manager was very rude and not willing to make things right. He had a smirk on his face and kept saying it is what it is. I asked him how was I told 10 days ago everything was approved by the banks and let me leave with the car when in reality the banks never approved the loan. I had to leave the car behind and get a ride home after being told unless I pay more a month they can not honor there original deal. If you EVER buy a vehicle from this dealership make sure in writing the bank they say approved you for the loan actually approved you or you will be returning the vehicle days later.

Excellente customer service and great communication! I took my car for maintenance this morning. My appointment was with Jake, but Nicole immediately went outside to take my car information to help check me in while we were waiting for Jake. When I picked up my car Jake brought the paperwork outside so I wouldn’t have to come in with my kids. Every time I’ve taken my car for service or repairs they work around my needs to make every experience very smooth.

Sophia Lenz

We really enjoy working with Jake he is a very personable youngman and knows his stuff. and hopefully won't have the need to come back for service anytime soon but, if we do we will be looking forward to having Jake take care of any questions we may have in the future. We have owned our XC90 for 9 years and love our vehicle and haven't had any problem with the service department whatsoever. We would recommend Volvo of Phoenix to anyone (we started using this service department about 2 years ago) because, it was closer and glad that we did. Not only do we recommend this service department but we highly recommend buying a Volvo. Sophia Lenz

I saw a car on cargurus that was at this dealership and I emailed them about it. Fast reply and was told they had the car so I made a reservation to go see it. The car was sold and I didn’t receive a phone call or email stating that it was sold, and I had to call to confirm if it was there

Trey Gwaltney

This is a mixed review. They were were able to get some the issues cleared up (have now come back, but with some googling its all good. Highly recommend googling the problem first... they are usually easy fixes.). After they quoted me an extremely overpriced brake job, I asked them if they could reset my "time for regular service" light. Their response was, "Well, we have not done any service..." Fine, but I am up to all service requirements and just did a oil change, please? "No" Enter google search, 5 super simple steps. Here it is: 1. Turn Key Ignition position I 2. Press and hold in the reset button for the trip odometer 3. Quickly Turn key to Ignition position II. 4. Hold the reset button until Yellow Triangle Blinks and release immediately 5. Listen for a beep and DONE That's for my 2004 Volvo S80 (yes, its a ford as they owned Volvo at the time. Now owned by Chinese Company Geely) but should work for most Volvos of the time range. Saved $50+ Engine and drivetrain problems -> Dealer Timing Belt -> Dealer Tires, Battery, Brakes -> trusted Nat'l Chain store (Firestone is a bit west and on the right side of the street. I told the guy I have a Volvo and he insisted that I use the OE Parts right off the bat and he was right on. Gave the car to the best guy in the shop to do the work as well. Saved 100s! (NO, I DO NOT WORK FOR FIRESTONE!) )

Mark Cauthers

My wife and I had an awesome experience here. Shawn, Josh, EJ and Ulises were very professional and made the experience seamless. We really enjoy our purchases. Excellent customer service and follow-thru. Big thank you for a job well-done.

Cheryl Holmes

The best service always. Great staff.

Lynne Mann

I have been bringing my XC70 here since I purchased it in 2010 and have always been treated exceptionally. Brian Lawrence is my Service Advisor and he does an excellent job explaining things and going over details of the service being done. I plan on purchasing another Volvo from this dealership in the future...thanks!

Diane Pruitt

What can I say. I love my Volvo and I think the service at Volvo Cars of Phoenix is exceptional! They complete the service when they say they will, the loaners are beautiful and they always wash my car!!

Kasey Kelley

Hello my name is Casey me and my wife Crystal got a mozda from volvo of phoneix. Johnny was my sells guy very very cool guy. Everything was good when we was with Volvo Of Phoenix but when we got over to sign the paper work that is when everything went down. The girl that was there to get us to sign the paper work was very rude trying to push over things on the loan after me and my wife telling her we did not want it. I have been trying to get someone to talk to me about this but have not talked to anyone to get things fixed. I am still getting pushed off don't get any calls i have all ways had to call back.

George Lopez

Great customer service. Just had routine work done. Their waiting room is excellent!

Brenton Thorpe

BUYER BEWARE! I went on 6/20/2016 to Volvo of Phoenix because I found a 2015 Toyota Corolla S online. After talking to Will, I test drove it and I liked it but there was a pull to the right while I was driving and the tires on the car did not match (the front 2 were Bridgestone the back 2 were each different tire companies). I told them I did like the price at 14,499 but I wanted the alignment fixed and a set of new tires that matched. I spoke with Doug about the pricing of the sale. He did not want to put new tires but finally said he would split them with me and he would eat the alignment cost taking the price up to 14,899. I don't think asking for matching tires and an alignment fix are too much to ask but for them, it seemed like big inconvenience. This is the sketchy part. The ran my credit and I had a very good score and HALF to put down in cash. Doug and Sam both told me "your WORST CASE scenario is 7.5% interest rate but get back to financing and they will give you the best case scenario." Okay sounds good except Sam kept wanting a check for 7k right there BEFORE I even went to financing and I said no, I want to know my best case scenario in terms of an interest rate. Then to fix the tires and alignment they give us a "We Owe You." It had nothing about what tires, brand, or anything....so vague. Finally we get back to financing which is actually next door at Midway Nissan and everything unravels. First, they want you to sign a Payment Penalty document saying for 6 months you are not allowed to pay off or refinance your vehicle. No thanks, if I can pay it off in 2 months I don't want to be stopped by a payment penalty. Then in order to make the deal I HAD to purchase the warranty they offered. With warranty (that I didn't want) my interest would go down to 3,49%...since I didn't want it, my interest would remain at 7.5%. I continuously told them, please shop this around and give me my best case scenario as far as an interest rate. They would not, they told me to sign the contract at 7.5% and the next day they would call with a better number after they shop it. There was no way I was signing a contract at a rate and locking that in and hoping they would call me back for a lower one...why would they with my signature on a higher rate?? Eric was the finance guy and he wasn't half bad but he kept pushing this $2200 warranty on me that I DID NOT WANT. Then one guy said it was a 2 year warranty...then it turned into a 4 year...then back to a 2 year. Just so sketchy. Then a tall blonde girl comes in and asks the issue and I repeat myself and she says, "Well 7.5 is the best you're getting." I told her I had been hearing for 3 hours now that 7.5 was the WORST case scenario and it would get shopped around. Now worst case became my only case scenario. So we said thanks but no thanks and then the sales manager comes in (an Asian guy) and asks why the deal wasn't getting done. I tell him the story again and now he said, "Well I am the one who wrote the contract at 7.99%." What?! When did that number come into play?? We got up and left. We were followed out by Will who was the only guy who seemed worth a darn there. He tried to save it but it was over. The kicker is before we went into financing, Sam said they were taking the car around back to detail and get the tires and alignment done...as we left, the car was still sitting in the same spot, still same unmatching tires on it. The next morning Doug calls to ask me what happened and he gives me every line in the book to get me to go buy it, he even pulled the, "Well I have someone here looking at it...you sure you don't want it?" He tried telling me we shook on 7.99% when I know we didn't, "Worst case scenario" were DOUGS exact words. Sam called back to tell me it was sold to someone else which was perfect because I got a much better car and experience at Infinity of Scottsdale. Please save yourself and go somewhere else. I feel bad for anyone who has been taken advantage of by Volvo of Phoenix/Midway Nissan.

Danny Neumann

As always, Jake was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is very accommodating.

Sheilah Lavelle

All work was done promptly. Tyler is courteous and takes time to explain what is needed. The car was spotless when I got it back.

NELL TUCKER

Overall, an awesome experience! LOVED the salespeople, fiance management and the service personnel. Got everything I wanted, and most importantly, one of the safest carson the planet! Would reccomend them to everyone, n and I have!

Brian Weekley

Updated rating. 2 days in service and all issues resolved. I will say that Volvo makes very impressive, extremely safe vehicles. Their vehicles feel substantial...like riding in a vault. I think the safety is worth the quirks in the long run.

Trashaun Washington

Sales rep and manager were horrible. I was already approved through my own finance and they still were not willing to sell me a decent car due to they wanted to overcharge me for a car since I didn't chose their financing.

Seth Davis

I went to get a simple oil change on my 2007 S40 when it had 105,300 miles on it. This was around April 24, 2017. They said they put in synthetic oil and that it would be good for a total of 8,000 miles, confirmed by the "next service" sticker in the top left windshield reading around 113,000 miles. But, here I am sitting in Jiffy Lube after my oil change light came on today and my dipstick not even having a reading. My odometer is at 108,500. So, the "synthetic" oil they used has gone less than half the distance they said it would go. It is not hard to tell when a car has on oil leak. There is no oil coming out of anywhere on my vehicle, or inside of my engine. It is perfectly clean in there and dry. I confirmed there are no leaks with a certified mechanic as well, most importantly. Too bad I was mislead from a reputable dealer and service department. Business lost.

Kevin Mayer

Nicole, the new service manager fit me right in, took care of getting me in to a vehicle (even though they had none available) and updated me before the close of business on the status of the repair.

Thomas Lassi

Not only am I a lifelong Volvo customer and owner (my current S60 being my third Volvo to date) but I am also Swedish. This sevice center does not aid Volvo's reputation. Having recently moved to Phoenix it was time to get my car serviced and I decided to head to Volvo of Phoenix to get it done. They should know what they're doing, right? The facilities looked nice enough and it was fun to go around and look at the new models in stock (although I can't speak to the quality of the salespeople since I didn't engage with them). The service folks dis the oil change that I requested and an inspection of the car, finding repairs in excess of $1600 that they believed had to be done. Most urgently, they had discovered an oil seep and suggested that I immediately replace the "engine oil filter housing" for a cost of $730. However, I was skeptical of their assessment of the cost and took the car to Tanner Motors for a second opinion. At Tanner Motors, the staff explained to me (using photos!) that they couldn't find an oil leak and that they did not see what Volvo of Phoenix had talked about. At all. Brian Lawrence (the service consultant) and C. Thomason (the technician) should be ashamed of themselves for their dishonest assessment and for tarnishing the reputation of Volvo in general. Safe to say that I am not going to be returning to have my car serviced at Volvo of Phoenix ever again.

Don Hollandbeck

Tyler Negrelli has always been very professional and friendly to deal with. The service on both of our Volvos has always been top notch. We have used this dealership for some time and continue to come back.

Mark Herman

I am so well satisfied with my Service Manager, Jacob Johnson, that I would hire him into my own multi-million dollar business if it was still in operation today. Thanks, Jake!

Loren Molever

Salesperson Andrew Caron was very professional and helpful. He drove a vehicle out to my house in Scottsdale from their west-side location for me to test drive.

Dina Martin

Best service department ever! They always go above and beyond for their customers!

scott kent

Jesus and the service dept took excellent care of me.aways kept me i formed of what was going on. Will be back for anything elae needed. Thank you.

Sillisa Ross

I was recently at the dealership twice, both times our salesman Miguel was kind and friendly. left the first time with no car but decided to come back a few days later and attempt the process over again. we left with a car the 2nd time, interaction with all the different staff members was pleasant. shouldn't need a car in the near future but if i do i would have no problem returning.

Eric Dean

Let me start off by saying I have given Volvo of Phoenix several chances during this transaction and this for me is the final straw. First off, I bought a 2016 S60 here that was a total lemon. They decided to let me swap cars out for a different Volvo, so I did. Financing took about a month for them to finalize, I traded my car into them, and now (3 months later) I am getting calls from them saying they can’t figure out the title on my old car even though they sold the car to a different dealer and I can see it on other websites. Horrible at responding, super slow, and horrible customer service.

Ashley Steinmann

Best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Andrew Caron is a very helpful and honest salesman. I recently moved to Phoenix without a car and called Andrew before my move. He helped me pick out the perfect S60 over the phone so all I had to do was sign the paperwork when I arrived in town. He was even nice enough to pick me up from the airport. I will definitely be returning to Volvo of Phoenix in the future and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Elano

Excellent service Jake Jonhson took great care of us! This is one of the best dealerships for your Volvo in Arizona.

Timothy Prochaska

Very fast service. Did not get my backup camera fixed but the guy explained ahead of time about that.

arun kumar

Went for car service couple of times so far and the staff were excellent. Nicole is very good and is to communicate with.

Clare Purcella

When my car died, I call Volvo. I was not happy, but Brian Lawrence assured me they would do everything to help me. They sent a tow truck and picked up my car. The next day they gave me a loaner car. Every step of the way was professional, and I can't say enough about the staff at Volvo Phoenix. I consider them family.

Jamie Perry

We were having electrical issues with our xc90 including airbag warnings. We came down from Flagstaff to have it evaluated and they said it was an inactive code and cleared it and sent us home. The airbag warning came back on later that day, so we brought it back a week later. They said our central electrical module was bad. They replaced it for 1500$ and said that should fix the electrical problems, including the airbag warning. Two days later the airbag warning came back on, the electrical problems were back and worse than ever, including the dashboard instruments failing intermittently - speedometer not working, turn signals not working. We called back and they said they would tow it down, but if they found any new problems they would not cover towing, nor would they refund us for the work done prior that did not fix anything and we would have to pay for new repairs that could be another 2000$. They were completely unapologetic and unwilling to accept responsibility for causing worse problems to our vehicle. Very frustrating experience. We will not return here.

Michael Teodori

We bought our XC60 in 2013 from Volvo Cars of Phoenix--they treated us great then, and Jake has taken care of our service since then. He has also been great, always taking good care of our car and providing us a loaner when we needed it. We have to travel a ways to get to Volvo Cars of Phoenix, but they are well worth it. I will buy from them again.

Matthew Winburn

The Volvo of Phoenix service team really went above and beyond recently when my 2004 Volvo S40 would not start. My wife and two daughters were stranded with the S40 late in the afternoon. I knew about the loaner program at Volvo of Phoenix and Tyler Negrelli made an exception by loaning me an S60 that afternoon! I picked up the loaner and rescued my princesses within about an hour of them being stranded. With the help of roadside assistance, I had the S40 towed to the service department that night and dropped it off after hours. The next day Tyler called me with the diagnosis and had my S40 fixed within 24 hours of the incident. Tyler and his service team went outside of their job descriptions to help a Volvo patron in need. I sincerely appreciate their ability to expedite service to meet my needs in a dire situation. Thank you! By the way...my wife wants to trade in the S40 for the S60 (with Turbo)...Any ideas??

Penn Almoney

Traveled from Utah to buy from them. Marcus is a great sales person. Love the car!

Paul Hejja MD

Great maintenance to date. Pleasant staff. Handy off I-17 E along Bell

Rick Stokes

I've owned my current XC60 just over a year and take it in regularly for scheduled service and on occasion anything that might come up to check. Jake and his other associates in the service department are always professional and make sure my vehicle is in and out and ready out to go.

Brandon Wheeler

Very disrespectful employees. Never. Fixed my car and yet still charged me $192 for a key they did not program to the car. I was able to just get the car running myself and I'm not a mechanic. Powerfully disrespectful. I don't not to recommend this place whatsoever.

Susan Bokorney

I am new to your dealership due to following Brian Lawrence in the service department...I am very picky about my car and he understands this. When I made my appointment I didn't think about having a loaner car and when I arrived he had already made all of the arrangements. He thought of my needs before I did! Thank you

Isaac Monson

Great dealership. Honest, straightforward, friendly! Sean, EJ and Ulises made us feel valued - and more importantly, they valued our time. Feel like we received VIP service and a great deal on our new car. We love Volvo, and we love working with Volvo Cars of Phoenix!

Ruth Prophete

I came in with extremely poor credit and the dealership worked with me to make sure that I not only had a fair Apr but my monthly payments were manageable. Please if you need a car ask for Christopher Zingali he will work with you. I didn't feel hassled or pressured to buy. I had just gotten out of a bad wreck and had only two days to find a car and they helped. Thank you. This girl is forever grateful

Omar Lakhdari

I bought a XC90 there a couple weeks ago. Had a great experience. The young salesman Chris Zingali was very responsive and awnsered all the questions I had about the car over the phone, sent pictures (was an out of state purchase for me). And you can tell that he wants to help you out. He also gave me a ride from the airport, had nice little chat unrelated to the car. He also followed up when I drove back home to make sure I made it alright. Very caring and professional. The dealership itself is nice, they have what you would expect, coffee...very nice friendly staff. The cars they have (and they only have a small stock) are very reasonably priced compared to other dealers, that's why I flew over there to get one! Thanks again to Chris.

Joe G.

Good staff

Lisa Wampler

Fabulous! I ordered an XC60 with Andrew through Overseas delivery. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Very easy and a wonderful vacation included. The hardest part was waiting for the car to arrive after driving it in Sweden.

hailey jewll

Wish I could give no stars. At the end of December I bought a used 2010 Mini for $5000, I had issues after 1000 miles of driving in February. I called the dealership and expressed my concern because it was blowing smoke out of the exhaust, would hesitate when eccelerating and the check engine light and oil light were blinking. They said “I can’t seem to find any issues, can you tell me what’s wrong” after telling them multiple times and inspecting. They said they were just going to replace my exhaust, that didn’t work for long, I was at my last straw taking it to mechanics that wouldn’t give me an answer and being a 21 year old girl with no experience in any automotive knowledge I opened the hood and the first thing I noticed was my coolant absolutely bone dry. Why was I the first to notice? Since then, my car dies any time I take my foot off the gas, it sounds like there’s a tin can filled with rocks violently shaking the core of the earth every time I eccelerate, the check engine and oil beep haunts me in my sleep. I’ve taken it to 5 mechanics because I’d rather do anything than suffer a trip all the way to bell road to have one of the slimy car salesman tell me there’s “No mechanical issues, it’s just a sportier car!”. I’m paying for a screaming, dying chunk of metal on wheels.

Amy Gilner

Volvo of Phoenix was very helpful when I had a dead battery on a Sunday. The manager let me bring my car down after having called Volvo Roadside Assistance for a jump. I was given a new car to drive since I was starting a new job the next day. Got the car back on Tuesday and everything was covered under warranty and service contract! Thanks Volvo of Phoenix!!

neil smyers

Returned parts

Jason Reed

They have vehicle's online posted prices far below what they are when they get down to their dealership. Very dishonest!

Michelle Braden

Excellent service as usual. I the past Jake Johnson has been the service advisor and I have always had excellent service. On my recent visit Tyler helped me out and he too was wonderful. Great job Volvo.

Lloyd Bierer

I am amazed that after witnessing an expenditure of 50K on a 2018 Volvo that the salesman still could not get the navigation system to work having tried, sitting in the car for over 90 minutes

JOHN ROSS

I like the service department here. They do a good job and are pretty fast. An oil change will cost you around sixty five bucks and take about an hour with an appointment. They will check out the car and let you know if additional services are needed, but not push you to get them done. Jake has been there for quite a few years and is helpful and professional and knows his cars.

Kymberli Fitzpatrick

I have been bringing my 2013 S60 to Jacob and his team of service professionals for the last 3 years. Every visit exceeds my expectations. Everyone is friendly, service is fast, location is convenient, and most importantly the quality is top notch. I have never felt like "just another customer" ...its more personalized. I have never felt more comfortable at another dealership, anywhere. I have no doubt, when I am ready for a new car...it will be another Volvo, and I will continue to bring it to the Volvo service department off of I-17 and Bell Road!

Cynthia McDonagh

My experience with Brian Lawrence on February 11, 2016 was TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TOTAL RIPPED off $1300 US for brake disc and pads that was not required. No discussion from service advisor as to last time brakes were check. No questions as to the measurements on last time brakes were check. Brakes were check on December 15, 2015 in Canada at which time the Service Advisor measured the brakes, knew we were taking a 5 day drive and firmly stated that I did not need any work done the brakes. The measurements were all with the parameters of the mileage on the car. So when I drove in with plates so CANADA did the Service Advisor at Volvo of Phoenix think. WOW! Stupid Canadian and FEMALE to book. Well I'm an American. too..... Lets take advantage of this old retiree. I'm pissed and I've already filed one complaint with Volvo Canada and I will follow up with a complain to Volvo USA after Canada responses as that's the process with VOLVO. My family has been Volvo owners for over 40 years with no complaints. It saddens and frustrates me that "people" in this world just want to take advantage of others. $1300 US is a lot of money and the exchange hurts more. Oh how I want to be so "vicious and mean" with my words but I wont. I want this Volvo dealership to admit it was wrong and to reimburse me my $1300 US for work that was not necessary. Not needed. This female retiree is not backing down.

I bought a used car and it broke down. They were able to help me despite the fact that it was 18 days after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a way to make the deal; however, I would say they are superstars, a special out to Ulysses who stood above the crowds. Thank you all for your help.

Scott L

I was referred to Volvo of Phoenix by a family member who had a good buying experience with them. I was in the market for a new 2017 S60. I met with Will who made the entire experience extremely easy and effortless. Their price was highly competitive and Will and his Sales Manager, Ulises were very professional throughout the entire process. I did have an issue after the sale, and both Ulises and Will went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thanks!!!

Jeff Veden

Jake did a great job. He worked with the technicians to identify and repair a difficult transmission fluid leak. He kept me informed and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Thanks again.

Julia Xarmant

I was very happy with the quality of work Volvo put into my car. They take good care of me as a customer and went so far as to offer me a free detail at my next service because there was dust on my car when I picked it up. Don't tell but this is Arizona there's usually dust ;)) ( I didn't mind).

Andrew Stanley

Thanks for the loaner car, unexpected but very appreciated!

Jerry File

Excellent timely service on my XC90. Jake is good

Jacqueline Brown

I appreciate the professional and friendly service I received this week. Tyler was very helpful and explained the problems. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Thanks!

Anthony Jacobs

I have one set of keys and one door, trunk remote for a 2002 S60 I bought for $2400.00 I ordered an aftermarket key exact serial #s and specs, and an aftermarket door, trunk remote control. They programmed the remote but said the key they would not do because it is not Volvo. The salesperson I dealt with, Wayne, said that the last time they cut one of those keys it broke their $80,000.00 laser cutting machine. The customer service representative from the aftermarket key manufacturer said that key is an exact duplicate and exactly the same, it will not break the machine, it cannot break the machine and the chip in it is no different than the chip in the original, in other words they are being disingenuous I say greedy, and ruthless. One star for Volvo in Phoenix on Bell Rd. $400.00 and I brought in the key and remote new in the package! Pure greed, rediculous

S Paul Prinke Jr

Recommended Dealership and Service Department. We have a 2013 S60 and the team at Volvo of Phoenix are a good group of folks to work with. The Service Director (Mark W) of this dealership has staffed his team well. He gets engaged when needed on complex issues to ensure the work is accomplished correctly. Thanks to the team at Volvo of Phoenix. We are a repeat/returning customer. Thanks!!

Sage Hospice

Never been there. Volvo must have hacked into my cell phone.

Patti HS

Volvo of Phoenix did a deal for me yesterday I didn't think could be done. They gave me a SCREAMING GOOD DEAL on a beautiful brand new Volvo XC90. Sam, my salesperson, was very accommodating and helpful. His Managers, Brent and Kurt were very professional and to the point. Aaron in finance was great too. It was a very pleasant buying experience. They really worked hard to make sure I went out the door happy. I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff :)

Tyler did a great job as usual. He is courteous, prompt and pays attention to detail.

Volvo has always been very good to us when we bring our car in. They are always friendly. Always a good experience.

Jose Simental

This us the place to look for your original volvo parts.

Do you buy from Volvo of Phoenix or Midway Nissan doesn’t make sense My husband inquires for Nissan at Midway Nissan and Volvo of Phoenix calls him. To make a long story short We went into both dealerships to try to buy the used Nissan what a scam they both offered different prices and both prices were higher than internet price. Really who falls for this. I am going to review both dealership s with bad reviews both were terrible experiences. At Volvo it was much more pleasant until we can hear the manager talking very rude about us up at the podium. At Nissan there was practically a fist fight in front of us. Both places are were bad experiences. We won’t be back EVER.

Not being a Phoenix resident I have not had any previous experience with this dealer. Both my wife and I were very impressed with every aspect of the facility and the staff. Great place to do business. They did everything I requested and they did it in the time promised.

At one time, I was very happy with my service experiences at this dealership, but something has gone drastically wrong. I took my 2013 XC60 in to have a battery replaced and was told I needed another $600 worth of work as a result of the "multi-point checkup". I agreed to have the work done (about $1000 total including the battery) as I had always trusted these folks previously. Then I received a call as they were changing my battery, that I needed a new alternator. I decided to not have that done at the time as I didn't have the additional $1200 quoted for this. A week later I took my car to another service provider for a quote, who then, after looking at the car, told me that I didn't even need a new alternator. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but I also felt very violated, because as I mentioned earlier, I had always trusted these folks. This was a very tough lesson to learn and, needless to say, I won't be returning to Volvo of Phoenix for either service OR a new vehicle.

All my voicemails to set up an appointment were never returned, as it turned out the service person who assisted me, was no longer with them. It would have been nice if someone let me know she was no longer there. When I did come in, I got no acknowledgement or greeting. Not a good start. When my service began, I was informed there was a recall on the issue that brought me in. Again, it would have been nice to know about this recall. Had I not brought it in, I would have never known. 4 hours later my car was still not ready! I'm sorry that is unacceptable. There was no updates on the progress of my service, I had to ask serveral time for the status of my services. Customer service has gone down and I really don't want to have vovlo car again because I don't want to return here

I was very satisfied with everything. Brian Lawrence goes over the top to make sure I am properly taken care of. Thank you. Keith Kendig

Clean, low mileage cars with enough stock to meet most any buyer's needs.

What a hot day! It made it more difficult to shop for a car. They were helpful and accommodating but it just was not as good an experience as I had hoped. The vehicles were not as expected, but that is what used car shopping is all about. Hopefully they found some buyers, we just weren't the ones.

Ron March

A supply of very clean used cars as well as new cars on the lot. The place was Modern clean and quiet. I didn't feel compelled to purchase at the time and appreciate the lack of strong arm tactics often experienced in the past by other dealerships.

Jake is wonderful to work with and ensured that the repair I needed was covered under the extended warranty. I received a loaner vehicle during the time it took to complete the repair. I have always had wonderful service here.

Tyler is the best service person I've had during all my years of owning cars. I am very impressed with his attention to detail and ensuring that check in and check out are hassle free. I never hesitate dealing with Tyler and the Volvo dealership. It has honestly been and will be a factor in past and future car purchases.

Love, love, love Volvo of Phoenix! I have been working with Jake in service for almost 7 years now & cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! Jake has treated me like royalty with his hospitality, like family with his honesty and like a friend with his kindness. He single handily has won my loyalty to the Volvo brand & I’m beyond grateful he did! In his absence he put me in the equally amazing hands of Nicole, who is awesome too! She jumps right in, matches his professionalism, providing me with the same great customer service I’ve become accustomed to with this dealership. Then there’s Shawn, my sales guy. He too was a referral from Jake & did not disappoint. Shawn is the epitome of genuine. I honestly have not ever enjoyed purchasing a car in the past, until I bought my S90 from him. His knowledge & love he has for Volvo is astounding! He is truly selling something he believes in & only further convinced me of why I love this brand. Shawn truly went above & beyond! These cars, these employees, this dealership is the best! Thank you, all of you!
