I've purchased over 20 cars including BMW, Porsche, Infiniti, Audi, and Mini. The sales experience at Volvo of Tempe beat them all. I ordered a new xc90 in April and took delivery several months later. The sales process was always just right, informed but not pushy, respectful and transparent. Licia, my sales rep was outstanding throughout the process, always responding to my inquiries of progress with the order (any time of day or night) and she demonstrated a true love for the car and for the brand. The negotiations and finance were a breeze and no one ever wasted my time or played any old school games like "let me talk to my manager" (and waste my time for an hour) Delivery was not too long and Licia took the time to tell me what I wanted to know but didn't force me to sit through an hour of explanation of things I already knew. Overall...Outstanding service, I was made to feel important and I really believe they care about the cars they sell and their customers. Could not be happier with the experience.

Miserable experience here in the sales center. The girl helping us was unable to articulate a complete answer to most of my questions, insisted on several things contradictory to Volvo's website, and seemed to not understand he product overall. She shouldn't have been on the sales floor with that level of training, ineptitude, or both. We went to Scottsdale Volvo and spent an hour with a salesman who either knew or found the answer to every question we had. I've bought a lot of cars at a lot of dealers and have never experienced such a level of incompetence as I did at Volvo Gilbert.

The adviser worked with me on finding a solution to my problem which is: I have an S80 valued at $3000 in which I do not want to invest tons of money in repairs. So I chose parts which are not genuine Volvo for this repair at half cost. Thanks to this Tempe located Volvo shop I can drive my vehicle for some more years comfortably without big holes in my pockets.

We visited the Volvo dealer of Gilbert today! First of all, Brandon came to our house for a test drive, which we thought was very accommodating. The next day we visited the dealership and Brandon was very professional. We also met Robert Banes, the finance person in charge. He was professional and very polite. He made the transaction simple and easy. We wanted to negotiate the price a little and what I mean by little is about $700, but Rachel was not willing to negotiate the price instead she gave us 72 mos. plan to a 84 mos. plan with an extended warranty that we pay for. I also brought this up to finance and he brushed it off as well. She also did not disclose the $100 deductible for the warranty so if you buy a car here, just make sure you ask about all the fees that come with the warranty. She was very nice though and professional. The dealership was good and Brandon provided such great customer service! He did not makes us feel pushy like other dealerships. The few comments that I’ve made have nothing to do with Brandon. If you visit this location, ask for Brandon! Thank you so much Brandon for everything! Great customer skills and professional.

Kevin Wallace was a great salesman, very personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made the car search very easy and he wasn’t pushy. The ideal salesman to have. Unfortunately for him, he lost out on a sale due to his management team. We were set on a vehicle and we had the money ready to go ready to buy. They gave us the price and we gave them our limit, which was two grand short of their asking price. For starters they didn’t want to give any wiggle room on a used car. Two grand come on really? So for The sake of the sale and how great Kevin did we decided we would put X amount of dollars down and meet their asking price, even when you know damn well dealerships want late model vehicles off the lot and they could have knocked the price down. Anyhow, we come up with the money to put down and we asked one more favor because the car was not certified, we wanted them to certify it. The first manager, not Ross, but I cannot recall his name, said that would be a waste of time and money no we will not certify it. Then I was told by Volvo cars of Gilbert that the car was not able to be certified because it was already on the lot listed for sale. Well that’s odd. So I called every Volvo dealership in Arizona asking them if they would certify a car for me and without hesitation all of them said yes of course we will which car are you interested in, that seemed even more strange because what gilbert Volvo told me did not match this information. So I called Volvo cars USA and their answer was any Volvo dealership has the ability to certify any car on the lot but it is at the dealerships discretion. Well I guess Volvo cars of Gilbert does not want to look out for their customers and give them extra coverage. I called them back and gave them this new information that I had acquired and then we got the answer well ya we can do it but we don’t recommend it. I’m thinking to myself why would you not recommend certifying a car this is madness. So they give us the run around for a while and then say the inspection for certification cost 1-2K and will raise the cost of the car about 3-4K. Idk why it raises it more than the cost of the inspection but anyways, so why if the inspection costs 2 thousand dollars why not eat the 2 grand and make a 48 thousand dollar sale? It makes no sense to me and they seem to want to step over dimes to pick up pennies. I know for sure if you came up to me and said hey I’ll give you 48k but you have to invest 2 of it into me, and that 2 will be beneficial and build us a strong reliable relationship with one another. They did not want to do it so we decided to go to Volvo from Salt Lake City who had a higher trim level already certified for the same price and they offered to ship it to us in Arizona... HELL YES. I called Volvo cars of Gilbert to let them know we didn’t want to deal with them and explained to them what salt lake was doing for us and they’re response literally was “Ok thanks I appreciate your phone call to let us know.” And that was it nothing else they didn’t offer to take care of us in any other way or anything they literally did not care that they lost a sale to a dealership out of state. INSANE.

Got a new Service Advisor on staff, Josh. Very good service. I made an appointment a week ahead and they set me up with a courtesy S80 for the day at no extra charge! Came in for an oil change and check up. Not only did they hook me up with a complimentary car wash, but they actually scrubbed the grime off my rims. A great experience for me!

Easily one of our best buying experiences... My spouse and I have a long history of purchasing new vehicles, having been together over thirty years. Between us, we've purchased approximately forty new vehicles from various manufacturers, ranging from Toyota and Honda to Porsche and Maserati. We've never been treated better than here. We're grateful for the efforts of everyone at Volvo Gilbert including Nancy and Nuoy, the two folks in Sales that helped us and explained the car to us, as well as Shawn in Finance, who made the usually difficult finance experience bearable. However, it was the General Manager, Rachel, that made all the positive difference for us. She went "above and beyond" throughout the one-week shopping and negotiating process, while dealing with the fact that we were in El Paso, over 400 miles away. I know my Texas bank tried her patience, but she hung in there and, for that, we are grateful. When we drove in to pick up our new car, a shiny, loaded S60 Insription, we were not only impressed by the impeccably clean and organized showroom floor and Service Department*, but also by everyone's caring attitude, hospitality, and professionalism. We had an excellent experience. *Seriously, that Service Department is super clean... If they pay that much attention to the floor and organization of the place, I'll be here for my first oil change and annual maintenance.

I was in the area for a personal matter from KC. My car sustained damage from a wind/ dust storm, and was dragging the front O2 sensor on the pavement. Apparently my local dealer neglected to mention I had an issue with my catalytic converter it disintegrated. The trim that was blown off my car? Still sitting in my back seat, yet I was told my car was done. Now to let loose on my local dealer, for missing that detail with my catalytic converter.

Not very friendly and they don't listen after you mention you didn't buy your car from them.. they fixed a trunk latch that came out of position and they fixed it for free but not until they let me know they did me a favor which I could of paid for gladly. They kept my car overnight without letting me know and I had to call them to find out it was ready the next day. The agent who helped me was rude over the phone and I will never go back!

Well where do I start. I also wished I could give a zero star. Had a very similar experience as Kathy Maxwell. Met two different salesman on different occasions. Kenneth and Kevin. Unfortunately, the car buying experience at this dealership turned out to be THE WORST among many car purchase transactions we have done over the last 20+ years. One of them treated us in very condescending manner, was temperamental, and was almost confrontational when it came time to negotiate for their best offer. The other salesman simply could care less and nonchalant. Checked the website few days later, the car is still sitting there and they dropped the price to a point where it was quite a bit lower than their last absolute ‘best’ price just a few days ago. It is kind of sad that they operate this way. No wonder this dealership is always quiet every time we drive by. I am grateful that we actually do have choices here in AZ and beyond. There are two more Volvo dealerships in PHX metro and both were night and day compared to Gilbert dealership. It was a blessing in disguise that we did not purchase the car from Gilbert because we ended up getting a MUCH better deal at a lower price for a higher trim level with more upgrades, at a different dealer. Will never return to this dealership, even for a routine maintenance/service for my new Volvo. Will happily drive the extra miles to see the salesman and the manager that sold us the car because they were genuinely kind and made us feel welcomed. People may not always remember what you say but they will ALWAYS remember how you made them feel. P.S. It is interesting to note that they only post five star ‘testimonials’ on their website.

I would refer anyone looking to buy a Volvo to Volvo of Tempe. Even if you had to come from far away, you'll be glad you did. We bought the XC90. They were the only dealer who would offer any kind of a discount. Licia was our salesperson and she was great! We had to order our car and she was great to deal with and communicated perfectly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend her. Jason was our finance guy. Usually the worst part about buying a car...not with Jason....he's awesome and makes it enjoyable. Yep not kidding, Volvo of Tempe is a great dealership. I went back to service for window tint and the service dept. seems really fun and cool. Overall I'd rate the experience a 10 out of 10. The XC90 gets a 20 out of 10. This car is amazing!!! Volvo rocks!

I took my Volvo s40 in to their service department to have a laundry list of repairs conducted, with hopes of them being covered under my extended warranty. To my surprise, all five repairs I sought to have taken care of were covered. A big thank you to Jeff (whom I've noticed already has quite a few outstanding reviews about), in service, who corresponded with both myself as well as the warranty company I purchased from; keeping me up to date within minutes of any updated information on my claim. Jeff was able to diagnose and repair all of my concerns, in addition to some cosmetic work I was hoping to have done (headlight restoration, cabin components). I am expecting my car back on Tuesday, which is theoretically two business days after my initial drop off, and to go a step further has accomodated my time schedule for pick up. Fast service, extremely professional technicians/sales associates, and big smiles on every employee in sight. Proud Volvo owner; my only regret is that I didn't purchase my s40 from Volvo of Tempe! I will definitely look towards buying my next one from them! Keep up the great work. It's no wonder this Volvo dealership was awarded the "Presidents Award." --edit-- After reading one other review, I thought I would give one of the same negative aspects--the hard water spots after the car wash (though it was complimentary, they should try to dry the car a little better). To follow up, I got my car back, a little later than expected, but everything was repaired with 100% satisfaction.

I had the pleasure of buying our first family vehicle in 2015 from Licia at Volvo of Tempe. As my wife and I began our search in the spring of 2015, we started to land on the new 2016 Volvo XC90. The only problem was for as much as there was available online with videos, written first impressions, previews, etc, the car was just not available anywhere in the US to test drive. I reached out to Volvo of Tempe and came in contact with Licia who kept us up-to-date on when their first models would arrive on the lot for a test drive. The moment the first test drive model arrived into Volvo of Tempe, my wife and I took an initial test drive and were hooked. Licia and the rest of the team were very accommodating throughout the entire test drive process allowing us to come back to the dealership multiple times to test drive additional 2016 XC90 models that had more of the bells and whistles my wife and I were looking for (ie: B&W sound package, HUD, Inscription package, etc). Additionally we placed our order through Licia for an overseas delivery at their factory in Gothenburg, Sweden which she was very knowledgeable in. Overall the ordering process, even for an OSD was extremely easy (locked in public pricing). After our initial order was placed, we booked our tickets to go to Sweden and picked up the car at the factory about 3 months later. We had a trip of a lifetime with about 1000 road miles in Europe and turned the car back into the factory where it was shipped to the Tempe dealership and arrived about a month later. We took the car in for an upgrade of the Volvo Sensus connect once the Apple Carplay came out and the car spent less than a day in the shop. Overall we've been very happy with the ordering and service experience (including the OSD delivery in Sweden), and would highly recommend anyone interested in a Volvo to do the same overseas process and purchase through our awesome Internet sales agent Licia for their next new car! I don't live in the state of Arizona so the car had to be shipped to me. I felt very confident that it would get to me safely because these guys were watching out for it and it did. This place might be great for rich 60k car buyers, but if you are a mortal looking at a used car there, be aware that they will have every single bank run your credit, (15 inquiries in my case), then they say they got you a great interest and send you home, only to call you two weeks later to sign a new contract at 16% or to return the vehicle, in my case they made me take it back on a Saturday afternoon. They are a modern expensive car dealer, but when it comes to used cars they use all the slimeball tricks in the book.

I just got done buying a Volvo Certified Pre-Owned S60 T5 AWD at Volvo of Tempe yesterday, and it was the best car buying experience that I have ever encountered...which at almost 40 years of age and with 8 cars in my rear view mirror, that is really saying something. If you don't read any further in this review, I would like to point out that the Volvo Certified Pre-Owned warranty is second to none in the premium car class....7 Years/100K miles is unheard of for this class of car in the industry. I worked with Kim Knorr in sales, Jason Moroso in Finance, and Charles Inman as the sales manager who worked the deal. At every stage of the process I was met with a smile and an extremely comforting amount of honesty. When I got to the lot, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, Kim spent hours with me viewing and test driving multiple cars without a hint of frustration or impatience. Furthermore, I left that day without buying a car, and Kim didn't pressure me on the way out the door; he just gave me his card, made sure that I had all of the information that I needed, and wished me well. When I returned, I had poor Kim take me out on 2 more test drives and had him dig into the details of each car before I made my decision, and again, I was met with a smile and a lot of patience. Additionally, when I voiced a couple of concerns that I had around cost of ownership of a Volvo, Kim introduced me to the Service Manager, Brandon Bonds. Brandon was completely honest and up front with me about all of my concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and relieve all of my concerns. I'm sure that Brandon is a very busy guy, but he had no problem spending almost 30 minutes with me while I asked him about everything that I could think of, and he never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. Once I made my decision to get the S60, it was on to the "deal", and working the deal with Charles was about as easy as it gets. First of all, the sticker price on all of the pre-owned cars in the lot was very reasonable to begin with, so not a lot of haggling was required. That was very pleasant, and Charles made sure that I was very informed about every aspect of the deal. Fantastic. When it came to finance, Jason was very knowledgeable and fast. He showed me all of the financing quotes that came back, and he even showed me one quote where he went back to the vendor and asked them for their "lowest and best"...ultimately, Jason's effort shaved almost 1/4 of a percent off my interest rate! I had tons of questions and Jason had all of the answers and even provided me with some nuggets of information about the car financing business that I can hold onto for the future. When I left Jason's office, I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting and what I was paying for it. It was easy, fast, and informative. To top it all off, Kim drove me home. :) I decided not to trade in my old car, so I was stuck at the dealership with 2 vehicles, and rather than working something out where I would come back and get my new vehicle the next day, Kim just followed me home in the new car while I drove my old car, and then I jumped in and took him back to the dealership. EXCELLENT customer service! I can't say enough about everyone involved in my process. I will definitely work with Volvo of Tempe again in the future...I wish I could give them a 6 out of 5 rating.

Actually, we didn't come to amicable resolution ... Volvo of Tempe kept some of my refund on the VSC which was not explained to me. I want the full refund. I have filed this complaint with multiple consumer agencies since Volvo of Tempe is not willing to admit they didn't present this optional product properly. The person who did the financing was not just filling and perhaps was not aware but they should take accountability for their employees. purchase a 2009 Toyota Venza on 9/13/2012 from Volvo of Tempe. I recently trade in my 2009 Toyota Venza and submit for a refund of my vehicle service contract since it is 4 years or 75,000 miles. Please see the attachments. They are only snap shots since the contracts are large. As you can see my 2009 Toyota was purchase as used as it states on the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Contract. An employee Jason of Volvo Tempe advised me yesterday that my vehicle service contract administrated by Vehicle One expired at 75,000 miles since I purchase a new vehicle. I advised Jason that I did not purchase a new vehicle as stated on the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Contract. Jason proceeds to advised me it is because there was a manufacture warranty still on my vehicle that is classifies my vehicle as a new vehicle purchase. I informed Jason that this was not advised me that I would base only have 30,000 miles left on the vehicle service contract since it would start from 0 miles since Vehicle one would classify my vehicle as new. If I had known this at the point of sale, I would have never purchase the vehicle service contract. I would like my vehicle service contract to be refund to me in full as this optional product was not presented properly to me at point sale. As you can see, it is very deceiving to have on a Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Contract that you are purchasing a used vehicle. When you refer to the Vehicle One- Vehicle Service contract that is attached it does not explain the difference because new or used. Therefore, naturally a person would assume there vehicle would be classified as used as on the vehicle service contract a start counting from the mileage at the point of sale. In addition, Volvo has delayed the process of refunding my wheel and tire protection. I started the process with Volvo on 8/5/2015. It has been approximately 75 days and I still do not have my refund. In addition, they never provided me a copy of this agreement, My experience in refund optional products with Volvo has been less than ideal and very frustrating at times.

I booked an appointment to have a damaged rear taillight replaced on my Volvo XC60. I drove to the dealership in Gilbert from Sedona. The service department rep assured me they would have the part before I made the trip. After I left the car for service I got an email saying they did not have the part and that I would just have to come back and have the taillight replaced some other time.

I have used the service department at Tempe Volvo on three occasions for both routine service and for repairs. All of these experiences have been very positive. A single person is assigned to facilitate each customer’s process. In my case, it was Jorge Bejarano. He was efficient, helpful, and personable. In several occasions, he diligently investigated specific questions that I raised and found answers. The waiting area is comfortable and has three partitioned areas. One of these has a TV, another is for small children, and the third is quieter. (Hooray!) There are free hot drinks and various snacks. For longer waits, a replacement car was available. While I was waiting, I also spoke with the service manager, Brandon Bonds. He was very informative about a variety of technical topics regarding the engineering of Volvo cars. (I am an engineer and interested in safety systems.) The work got done. The waiting was agreeable. The people were supportive.

My C70 has over 75,000 miles on it and same thing. Because of the great work that Tempe Volvo does to maintain these vehicles, I would take either one of them on a road trip to any where in the US with out worry of any issues. After a completely miserable experience at Volvo of North Phoenix I connected with the General Sales Manager at Tempe. Within a couple phone calls I had a deal done vs. the 5 hours I spent the night before at the other dealership. The other dealer spent more time trying to meet their goals then understand mine. Tempe Volvo listened and found a way to get it done. I told our rep that my wife and two kids were coming with me to complete the deal so I couldn't spend all day. They had all the paperwork done, reviewed my trade-in, and had us out the door in just over an hour. The entire experience was exactly what I would expect from the Volvo brand. The showroom has a kids play area to keep them entertained, although my 16 month old was much more enamored with getting in and out of the real cars. Bought a brand new 2018 XC-90 Inscription. I live in Colorado so I flew to Arizona to buy this car. First, the buying purchase from another state was okay, not great. The price was outstanding, though. I will give them that. On my way back to Colorado, in my brand new car, 400 miles on it, the check engine light comes on. I stop in New Mexico, stay the night, and go to the the local dealership. They told me it was the thermostat. The thermostat on a brand new car... Well the part takes 2 weeks to get here from over seas. I call over to Volvo Gilbert and the sales guy says he will do everything. Then I get an email that I need to work with the customer service department of Volvo. Which I have done. Two and half weeks later, I am still fighting to get my car delivered to me. This dealership literally has no followthrough after the sale. Get the money....and poof. Its a shame. Play the good guy card all they want, just another bunch of car salesmen.

This is my first Volvo experience, and I stopped by late on a Friday after weeks of unsuccessful car shopping. The team listened to me and patiently walked me through their full line of vehicles. We quickly narrowed down the options and I test drove the new XC90 SUV. The test drive experience was much better than many dealerships I have been to in the last few years. They have a big circuit they test drive in, allowing a good representation of different street and traffic conditions. We went in to purchase or lease a vehicle and they just argued with us over terms for an hour. I put together the numbers in a spreadsheet and tried to replicate their numbers and we were never even close. All the finance person could say was "I don't know what your program is doing but my program is coming up with different numbers." During this hour long argument they never offered another car, tried to alter any terms or do anything to make the sale work. The original sales person was fine, but you don't really work with him at all once you start talking numbers. It was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We ended up purchasing basically the same car from Courtesy Volvo in Scottsdale at a very fair price.

Well I normally just read reviews to see how everyone else rates the place, but I decided that I would take the time and give this place what it deserves.(This might be long)..Starting with Service Advisor Richard Kazanjian he made the appt for the next morning for a gas smell I had on my XC90, when I showed up earlier than they opened as I expected to just sit in my car and wait,.. I was greeted by the service guys and they let me in to the lounge right away to whom I was greeted by the nicest lady(sorry I forgot her name) as she made sure I got any refreshments of my choice along with getting me the Wifi password...Wow she has great customer care skills. Next as I'm waiting for the place to open I mentioned to her that I was interested in knowing about leasing and had questions, well that's when she went and got the next gentlemen by the name of Kevin Wallace whom met me in the lounge and took me out to go through all the cars that they offer on the programs. He explained everything to the T with No Pressure just great knowledge on each and every car. Well now the service dept opened and Rick made sure not only to get me right in but gave me a beautiful loaner car and would call when they were done. With having a fuel pump problem along with my timing belt that he took me out to show how it was worn they fixed it all and put me back on the road. As I'm a snow bird I have never been to this place or a place like this before but I will be back for anything I may need whether it's a repair or a new car. Usually when dealing with Volvo dealerships you expect a better level of service. I find it frustrating that they tack on extra fees for VIN etching regardless of wether you want it or not. Thats clearly a ploy to make more money and I really don't like that tactic coming from a Volvo dealer. So as is common with many used car dealers, you can negotiate a lower price but in the end you will be charged fees to compensate. Also if you are an out of state buyer, you have to pay city sales tax in Arizona which is a negative. I also don't appreciate the dealer running a credit hit on our credit even though it was clearly stated that we already had a secured loan through USAA. The point of doing that is because they can make better money on us if we finance through them. Also I don't appreciate our salesman's lack of communication that he would be unavailable because he took two days off. A more professional salesman would give you a head's up that they would be unavailable and provide you with someone to contact regarding the sale. If this was a Chevrolet dealer then all this would be expected but its a Volvo dealer and I just expect more.

Update: We just bought a XC90 for our son here. Kim the sales guy was great as always. While we were there we learned that the previous service person and the department manager had left the company. So we gave them another shot with fixing a loose headliner in our 2013 C70. The new service manager was very professional and took great care of the car. It's amazing what a difference good people make. We'll be taking our two Volvo's to Volvo of Tempe for service. ------ Bought a new Volvo from Volvo of Tempe and the sales portion of things was good. Now the Service Department is the opposite of good. Had an appointment at 2 but didn't get started until 3, minor thing but that meant the rest of the day was shot. Had to get some parts replaced but it turned out that they had ordered the wrong parts, how is that possible I bought the car from you and you have the VIN in your system? Then when we had an insurance claim we wanted to have the repairs done by a "Volvo Authorized Body Shop" which they had a plaque on the wall for, but they refused to meet the industry standard rates as they cost $72 / hr more than that and refused to meet the rates even when Volvo of Phoenix would. I highly recommend you go somewhere else if you want good service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Had been going to the Tempe location previously. 2011 XC60. Judd was always fair, super helpful and honest. Loved service there. Judd moved to Scottsdale when they moved. Just not convenient since I live in Gilbert. Recently went to Gilbert location for my 75k service. $800 glorified oil change. SMH I was told I needed my rear brake pads replaced in the next 2-3k miles. $380 and no way I was going to find someone else who can do the job due to special software needed to put the brakes in service mode. ALL LIES!! Since warranty is over, I found another place to take my car in for the brakes(way less expensive and very good reputation) They told me I was nowhere near needing brake pads. My boyfriend dropped my car off and they showed him, he confirmed they are perfectly good!!! Not happy at all with this new location. I was a customer for life when Tempe was open, and Judd was my Service guy. I will never go back. Terrible disappointment. Volvo owners, Try Marzocchi Imports!!!!

Kevin in sales was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. But, Mike DeBartolo in Service was terrible. Rude, unfriendly, and not helpful. I dropped my car off for a minor fix and a detail. 2.5 hours later, my car was still not detailed, sat in the detail area, and the detailer was not present. I asked for an estimated time to completion, Mike responded, "I don't know". I had to ask him to find out for me. I ended up leaving before the detail started because I had another appointment. I was not offered a loaner vehicle, either. When the vehicle was dropped off, the inside was a mess. Kevin picked up my car, took it back for detailing, but unfortunately the car came back with cleaning-solution puddled in the back seat. The beige leather was stained blue as a result. The dealership picked up my car again, finished detailing it, removed the blue stain, and delivered my car back. The detail looks OK and the all-weather mats came in as ordered. These were the right size this time, but when I went to the dealership to pick them up, I noticed that one of my rear carpet mats was missing. I think it was accidentally removed and not replaced, but nobody would take responsibility so now I have 3 of my 4 stock carpet mats. Sales in this place was fine. Kevin and Josh were both helpful and low-pressure, but the other Service was terrible. I'm really disappointed because I hoped my experience in a luxury dealership would be better.

Had my S80 in for scheduled service (full synthetic oil change) this afternoon. I should mention that I called for an appointment this morning. The car was bug splattered and nasty when I drove it in; returned looking new (read: perfect) when I drove it out after service. Love the new location. Complimentary wifi, more than comfortable waiting area, and the car was returned within the time promised. The vehicle condition report was very accurate (no unnecessary service recommended). CES Electric

I approved putting an battery in my car for $203 total installed. I was charged $274 when I went to pick it up. When I ask why I was told my car required a more expensive battery. I ask why no one called me to tell me this and I was told I was being unreasonable and if I didn't stop asking questions they would increase the price more. Do NOT go to Josh for service!

While my first review was not favorable due to poor customer service I really appreciate the Service Director following up so promptly trying to address the problem. Still wish customer service was more consistent as this is not the first time this has happened here. They used to have consistent excellent service.

One of best car buying experiences I've had! Pre negotiated deal on phone and email with Daniel Clark, deal was better than I could get together at Courtesy which was walking distance to my house, but they played to many games with a bunch of fees... Once at Gilbert my wife got the demo of features while I went in to finance to sign, in and out about an hour! Everything at Gilbert was as promised and they negotiated well on a new Xc60 that no one is really discounting yet.

EXCELLENT ! That is the service that I receive at this Volvo Dealership! Robert the service representative that assisted me. He listened as to what I wanted done. He did a full inspection to see if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed. I also had a coupon for service that was sent to me in a email. They honored that and I paid my bill then walked our to see my car clean and waiting for me! As a single Lady over 60 it is good to know that I have a Dealership that is going to treat me as the Valued Customer that I am!
