I was a little apprehensive about buying a car from a Porsche dealership just because I've had a bad experience at another luxury dealership in the past. However, the folks at Porsche Chandler were extremely nice and made the car buying experience very very easy. There was no pressure to purchase and I didn't sit there long hours playing the typical car buying game. In the end I walked out with a great deal and a great luxury car that I absolutely love. I want to thank my brand ambassador Chris Pauken for making things extremely easy and for being a great salesperson. I also want to thank Manager Steve Rotonda, and Ginger D'Anna in finance for being easy to work with and being very patient through the process. I would highly recommend folks to purchase from this dealership. Even if you're not buying a Porsche, they make you feel extremely important.

This is my second Porsche and my first from Porsche Chandler. Every step of my purchase was literally perfect. The call to request information on the car I was looking at. Mike was well informed about every aspect of the car and even helped me look at not only the car I was replacing (Porsche Macan S) with another Macan GTS that I was contemplating to help me be informed about my choices and my trade offs. Chris then assisted me with gathering all of my information so that when I arrived at the dealership my car was prepared, my trade in was evaluated, and Finance just needed to have me go through one of the cleanest paper work signings I have had in the last 6 cars that I have purchased (LOVE the computer signing and the paperwork validation). Fair/Honest/Real... When I spoke on the phone with both Mike and Chris, I was very clear that I didn't want to play games. That was the easiest way for me to just say no to a new car. Every step was a real cost on the car, an honest evaluation of my trade in and they treated me fairly. It IS a Porsche. Someone once asked me why I loved my Porsche so much. First, it is just a pure pleasure to drive. Second, the service that you get when owning a Porsche is 5 star every step of the way. But, Porsche Chandler adds in so much more to the relationship. From answering the smallest question on the phone and running back to my former car to validate the tint colors on my window to just making sure that I am welcome as I drive into their Air Conditioned bay, you know that you are a person that they care about making sure every aspect of your experience is to bring you joy with your car. I would one hundred percent recommend Porsche Chandler for purchasing a car.

My OCD got the best of me and I decided to try to buy my birthday (May) car early if I make a deal on the car I had in my sights. Porsche Chandler is about an 8-hour drive and I felt it was within range to drive down, drop off my trade-in and pick up the new car if we agreed on a price. With financing in hand I started the process of negotiating via email. Knowing I was anxious to buy, but also jumping the gun on my birthday present. It was exciting and fun to work the negotiations without sitting in the showroom with the car in the background prompting me to spend more money than I budgeted. We agreed on a price, Chris sent me the Purchase Agreement which I signed and returned, made arrangements to drive down the following Friday and complete the transaction. Arrived at Chandler Porsche around 2:00 PM for them to check out my trade-in and inspect my new ride. It was already staged and ready to go. Was on the road home by 4:00 PM with the top down and very excited and happy with the whole experience.

Had our first experience buying a fancy, new vehicle this weekend. We visited several dealerships - NONE compare. We had an outstanding experience with this dealership, especially Emil. I am a “penny pincher” by nature, but my husband has wanted this car as long as I’ve known him, so it was time to splurge! Emil never pressured us into anything (as we had experienced in other auto-purchases), and he never talked down to us when we had questions (like I said, first time buying a fancy car). No help at all whatsoever! I came into the dealership last week with my family and was totally ignored. We parked our car at the customer parking, walked around for a few minutes outside to check out the cars then walked inside to look at all the cars. There were several people which looked like salesman's talking to each other (we saw them looking at us but they didn't even bother to stop talking and even two people walked towards the back once they notice we were looking back) throughout the building and after a few minutes of walking around and looking at some of the cars, still not one person came up to us and the only person who said something to us was a gentleman at the reception desk and that was only when we made our way towards his area. We looked at a few more cars and decided to leave after spending a total of 15 minutes in the dealership. I have never ever been in any type of dealership where we were ignored especially when we were ready to buy a new car... I can feel the discrimination coming out of this place because of what our ethnicity is. A Porsche salesman that works in your dealership sees someone like me and think i cannot afford your cars just by looking at us so you decide to not even bother coming to say hi? I can tell you i will never ever buy a car from your dealership nor will i have anything good to say about this place to anyone. I wasted my time at your place when i should have gone to the dealership in North Scottsdale instead, which i will do in the next couple days.

I live in Scottsdale and usually work with the Porsche dealer by my house. However their service department is overbooked so I thought I"d give the new guys a shot. I was selling my Boxster and needed an inspection report. I was granted an appointment the following morning, on a Saturday no less. The drop off experience was flawless (drove the car into an enclosed service area - perfect for hot summer days!). Even better, they gave the car an honest clean bill of health! really put the buyers at ease. it's a bit out of the way for me, but I will definitely give them a shot for my next Porsche purchase.

I have been a happy Subaru customer of Richard Cvijanovich's twice now, and knew this would take the whole experience to 11. From when I first contacted Richard to place my order, to when I finally got to drive my new car home, they were the best. They made sure I had all my questions answered from start to finish and made sure everything was just right for me. This dealership was by far the best to work with - they found exactly the Macan I was looking for, made a fair deal and made it extremely easy. The sales manager, Steve, was involved to ensure everything was going well and Adam was very professional and did not pressure me into anything. My wife's dream car turn to reality thanks to Porsche Chandler! We drove 40 miles to this dealership based on many positive reviews. Joe was not available when we walked in so we were greeted by another salesperson. This person later turned us over to Joe when he became available. What a great teammate! We advised Joe of the vehicles we wanted to test drive and the amount of time we have. After test driving 3 vehicles, We took some numbers down and went to the competition to have another look at different vehicles. Our experience with the other dealerships were just plain terrible. We were looked down at and the salesperson was rude. Ok so we drove my Prius out of habit and did not drive one of my bimmer. I'm so glad I did because this enabled me to see who truly deserve my business. Called Joe worked on some numbers and boom we came to an agreement. I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris Pauken on the trade-in of 2 of my vehicles for a brand new Panamera. Chris was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and service-oriented when my wife and I visited Porsche Chandler on two occasions in January. He gave us his utmost attention, alleviated any concerns we had, and was extremely informative. Once I purchased the Panamera, I reached out to Chris a few days later on a Navigation issue I had. Turns out it happened to be Chris's day off. That did not stop him from making sure this issue was quickly resolved as he coordinated with others in the Service Department and, by 9am on his day off, we had a plan of attack. By 2pm that day they had driven up to my office, left me a Macan loaner, taken my vehicle back to service, quickly connected me with Porsche Connect (turns out the issue was that I had not connected to their Porsche system), and had my vehicle back to me. Our whole experience at Porsche Chandler has been top notch, most notably with Chris Pauken and Ginger D'Anna in the Finance department. What a great group of folks, my wife and I would highly recommend any potential buyer to seek them out!

When you think of buying a new car, you dread the experience, the back and forth negotiations and the stress. Not with Porsche of Chandler and not with my sales rep Miles. I decided to get rid of my Range Rover and was interested in the new Cayenne. Miles was patient, knew the car inside and out. I mean every little detail. I guess you expect this from a sales person at this caliber of a car but trust me, my partner just purchased a new Mercedes GLE and the experience was the complete opposite. When the car was ready, finances was a breeze with Ginger. Miles went through the entire car. Was so detailed that he saw a small mark on the car and got detailing out quickly. I didn’t even have to point it out. He followed up with me the next day to see how the car is going and if I had any questions. I mentioned a few questions and he sent personal videos to me via text. This was my first Porsche and honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I have had the privilege of owning other cars like BMWs and a Range Rover and this by far was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. My wife and I were in the market for a sports car, so we visited Porsche Chandler to see if we could make a deal. We felt so welcomed by everyone we met at the dealership. Our salesperson, Chris Pauken, was great- very down to earth and helpful. He showed us the inventory on site, suggested a few cars, and took each of us on a test drive. He explained the process of having a car built to order and gave us a projected delivery date. However, the silver Boxster on the lot was just right. I had talked to Chris Pauken a few times over email about a few cars, but found a CPO GTS in manual that looked amazing. We went back and forth on a few emails wanting to make sure the deal would be agreeable before I go in there and we reached one. Went in there, took the car for a test drive and loved it. Chris always took the time to answer any questions even before inquiring on this specific car. Ginger helped put everything together and dealt with PFS personally to make sure we could get the deal that was on the paperwork (we actually came in less than what was quoted!). We had some issues with another bank showing my previous car was paid off, but she took care of it and made the transition incredibly easy. This might not be as big as the dealership in Scottsdale, but everyone there is great to work with and they have a great selection of cars and the pricing is better!

My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating with me, even after hours. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.

This may have been an isolated incident as it looks like the dealership gets really great reviews. About a year ago my father and I were shopping around for a car as my dad was getting close to retirement and wanted to buy himself a nice sporty vehicle, he was interested in a few cars, one being the Panamera. So we pulled up to the dealership and started walking around outside and were looking for around 15 minutes and were never greeted, so we decided to go inside to see what else was available and once again we were never greeted or spoken to. Needles to say the other vehicle he was interested in was a CTS-V, so we went down the street and ended up purchasing it that day. Again this might be an isolated incident but i would recommend to atleast say hello if you see people walking around looking at your vehicles, some people may not look like they can afford your vehicles but are very capable of purchasing a six figure car cash. Im a huge fan of Porshe and was the one trying to stear my father to atleast check you guys out, unfortunately it was a turn off when we did not even get any attention.

From the moment I walked in the front door I was treated with respect. I was not judged by my color, gender or age. I was there "just to look" and walked out with a 2016 Cayenne. After I got the vehicle home I noticed that a key feature was not available on my new car - which seriously was a deal breaker for me. Not only did Porsche Chandler offer solutions and ultimately remedied the situation they went out of their way to ensure that my customer experience was "Truly Exceptional". Have not purchased a Porsche. I simply visited and learned a ton, thanks to Emil Najar. He took his time to learn about what (little) I know about Porsches, explained to me the various models and "trim" levels, and was simply a patient and nice person to an interested novice Porsche lookie loo. If and when I am in the market, I will be looking him up. The owners of this Porsche dealership also own the Subaru store next door. I have been a customer of the Subaru dealership since 2006. Both dealerships seem to value customer service, and that feeling was definitely delivered again when I visited Porsche.

I am very happy with my experience from the Chandler Porsche dealership. I originally started my correspondence with them from out of state because the vehicle I was looking for was hard to find in my area. I called and originally spoke with Haydn to get the ball rolling and he placed me in the care of Steven to complete the sale. The whole time things were very professional and I was well taken care of. On the day I flew into Phoenix to finalize paperwork and take possession and things were smooth. Steven picked me up from the airport and we traveled to the dealership in style. I was really impressed with the pickup vehicle. I was in the market, originally, for a new 2017 Buick Enclave. I don't live in the Phoenix area so I started making contact with several car dealerships before my planned trip to Phoenix. I kept getting a variety of responses which included "you should come in to our dealership to have the best negotiating power" and the price quotes I was receiving were outrageous and not even close to what I wanted to pay. I was not against buying a used car but if I was going to buy a used car, I wanted very, very low mileage. I was getting responses from dealerships for used vehicles with 20,000+, 30,000+ miles just to get to my price range. I had given up hope. The weekend I was in Phoenix, I searched CarGuru and found a 2017 Buick Enclave Premium package at Porsche Chandler with 1,500 miles very close to my preferred price range. I contacted the dealership and heard back from someone right away. I gave them my ideal price range over the phone, they came back with a price via e-mail, I went back with my final price and they accepted. Everything was negotiated before I even got to the dealership! When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was exactly as described and just as the pictures provided. The vehicle was practically brand new! I was surprised to find the vehicle had way more features than I had even hoped to get given my price range. After I arrived at the dealership, I test drove the vehicle, everything was prepared, signed, and I was out the door in less than 2 hours!! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE MADE TO THE PRICE I AGREED TO BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE DEALERSHIP! That was absolutely the best part of the whole experience. I did not waste my entire weekend shopping for a car, sitting for several hours trying to negotiate a price, or driving around all over town trying to get my ideal price at several dealerships. The staff is amazing, courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience ever! Thank you Porsche Chandler!

Chris was great to work with and understood our needs. They made us an offer we couldn't refuse to purchase the 2017 Panamera in Carmine Red! We traded in a 2014 911 Porsche and 2016 Lexus CT500H and were given good trade values which enticed us to go forward with the purchase. They also threw in a few extra perks; powder coat the rims and split the cost to clear coat the front of the car. Ginger was also very helpful in the Finance Dept.
