Having an appointment means nothing! Waited in line for 20-30 minutes and approximately 6 or 7 customers arrived after me and were taken in first. I guess when you get in the outside line it means your last to be taken care of! Completely unacceptable! If your not willing to do the complimentary car wash to the best you can then stop doing it. I need to wash mine again due to spots all over it. The service and technical requirements were very good and extremely fast.

Was told a repair would take 2 days. It took 5. I also had a very difficult time during the process getting ahold of anyone to actually explain what was going on. I was also told that my car would be washed before being returned to me. I got returned a very dirty truck. I would not use them for service again.

I am writing a poor review due to the receptionist and the poor customer service. They do not offer a payment plan on services done on your vehicles- OK, fine. But, the receptionist mocked us while we pulled out multiple cards to use. She chuckled and said "same" as if it's some what relatable and amusing to her to have to pay for the work on our car on multiple cards. I'm sorry, but that is not acceptable. Would have much rather taken a couple payments or have had no comment be made. Extremely rude. They should represent their business better by making sure the people at the front are kind and make the customers want to come back. Not me. No thank you!

Look no further for high-quality customer service and genuine care and concern - it is overflowing at Larry H. Miller Ford! In the past, I have had very negative experiences with buying cars at dealerships because I felt suffocated and like they were trying to upsell everything. But not here! It was the first time I felt like I could test drive and inquire details about technology, warranties, and fees without feeling like something was being hidden from me. I worked primarily with Kim Shroyer, a man with a warm personality and who is incredibly knowledgeable. I could tell he genuinely cared about my experience and went above and beyond in serving my needs (and had me laughing constantly through the whole process), and I left with the most incredible deal on a gorgeous Ford Escape! I can't express how much of a relief it was to work with someone who cared about his customer instead of just making a sale. Kim, his supervisor KJ, and their manager Greg, were all just incredible to work with. I am so grateful for them! If you look really closely when you are at the service center you'll see a board with all the collected revenue from customers from each service rep. Try not to get one that is on the low end for the month. They'll gouge with fees. Really crummy service and even worse customer interactions. Would recommend you go to another dealership.

Extremely disappointed with the service I’ve not been receiving from the service department and the collision center. My vehicle was in a collision on July 26th and was towed to the collision center that day. Although everybody is nice there my car is still not fixed. They forgot to fix the front damage and I had to deal with them and my insurance company multiple times. They’ve been paid for the work and the work hasn’t been done. The paint doesn’t match up on the new back bumper they put on. And we’ve been complaining since the day I picked it up and realized that they didn’t even fix the front damage. They said they were going to “make it right” and yet I’m still driving a damaged vehicle around that they were already paid to fix. This has been a nightmare. I was sent to the service department to get my windshield replaced because there has been a defect in mine and 3 weeks later no phone calls to me not a single one and every time I call I get the run around about why they don’t have the windshield when I can call ANY windshield company and get a new windshield THE SAME DAY!!!! This has been the worst experience. Like I said everybody has been nice but I’m still driving a brand new vehicle that is still damaged. We thought we would be getting more out of FORD after the price to purchase the vehicles but honestly I will never buy again from this place I just want my vehicle fixed or replaced and to be done with this company. I will be telling everybody I know not to go here as well

It’s a requirement to put one star, but I do feel like it deserves a 1 star review cause they did put a plastic cover on my seat and floor. To start, I made an online appointment for “The Works” oil change. I didn’t have the time to do it myself, so I figured I could drop my 2018 F150 off while my wife and I ran some errands with the kids. After waiting outside in 110 degree weather for 10minutes (one of the car runners asked me to wait by my truck), I was greeted by my service advisor. I was quoted 1.5 - 2 hours by my service advisor for a standard oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours, I received a call from my service advisor that said they didn’t have a technician who could perform the services and they would need to work on it tomorrow. Frustrated, I decided to take it to another dealership. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I wait another ~30min just to get my vehicle that had not been serviced. Luckily the cashiers were very nice and made the best of several frustrated customers ahead of me. I would consider them well trained. The rest of the crew could use some coaching. I took my tuck over to San Tan Ford and found it to be a night and day difference in customer service.

That is why I keep buying my new vehicles from them. The service department has done an excellent job of keeping my vehicles well maintained and operating efficiently during my ownership.

So disappointed in the dealership/service department. My 3 year old Ford Escape' s engine light came out. I called the dealership I purchased it from. It used to be Berge Ford now Larry Miller. I called and inquired the cost and was assured it was covered (no charges) so I drove the 20 miles to get here. The bait and switch began. I was told I would have to pay a diagnostic charge of $130 +, and they couldn't guarantee I was covered. Needless to say I have no faith that they wouldn't find more reasons not to cover the repairs and find additional repairs and charges. Do not bring your car here. Bring it to AutoZone who will diagnose for free and provide reliable information. Also, in my opinion the service department is a reflection of the dealership and now I would NEVER make a future purchase from this dealership. This review will now be posted on Nextdoor to all my Sun Lakes neighbors.

Very pleased with the availbilty and speed in having my Lincoln serviced yesterday. One improvement Id sugest, is have the service staff wear clean uniforms. This was Monday morning and it appeared he worked on cars for a week. I had to wipe down my light colored leather drivers seat once I got home. Given that auto tech has changed drastically since I last bought a new car, there were a LOT of features, most of them standard on the model, that I had never heard of before. So that was a lot of questions that needed to be answered. I hadn't originally planned on buying a new car the day I went to take look, but in the end, with so much time spent looking, test driving, and going over the different features on different cars, I decided to buy it then.

I had a good experience purchasing my truck a couple of months back. Everyone was nice and helpful through the buying and negotiating process. I felt that I was given a fair deal and my sales guy Ryan Blanchard was good during that time. However, I was given a "we-owe" to fix a minor scratch and get a tow package put on the truck. I was told by my sales guy that I would be contacted within a couple of weeks to set all of that up once the financing went through. Well, about a month later and I never heard from anybody, I reached out to Bryan and never could reach him and never heard back after leaving multiple voicemails and messages throughout a 2 or 3 day period. I finally was able to get a hold of someone through the chat system who put Brandi Lemen in touch with me and she was amazing and fixed the mistakes of other people who failed to come through on their promises. She was great with my wife when she brought the truck in to get the repair done and I was pleased that she was there to take care of us. If not for the struggle of getting this to happen with Bryan I would have been sure to give a 5 star review, because other than that it was a great and pleasant experience.

At Airtech Automotive, we've been buying parts from Berge Ford for years. Although I like my reps at the dealership, the parts system and stock situation has always been hit or miss. Since Larry H Miller took over Berge Ford, we have been able to see a drastic difference in every area that pertains to our business with them. Parts are now usually in stock for most orders, the online ordering system has been revamped and is well monitored, the pricing and availability of the new OMNI line is second to none and the staff seems to be much happier under the new management. We originally called the main Quick Lane department at your dealership and they said that no appointment was necessary and that we could get right in. Arriving there, we were told that this info was not true. It would take us at least two to three hours. He directed us to your location on Southern for an oil change. We were happy with their promptness BUT today at home when we were putting our own cabin filter in, we noticed the current filter which must have been removed for inspection was re-inserted backwards and the screw on the cover was missing. In order to tell us we needed a new filter, the mechanic must have unscrewed the cover and pulled old filter out. Can you explain that? Hmm. This was the second vehicle we have bought at this dealership, the first since the name change, and I have to say we are not terribly happy. While we have always had a great experience with the service department, the sales and finance department seem to have some issues following through with promises that were made in an effort to close our deal. We were told that the dealership would split the cost of new truck tires and that we would be contacted to have a complete detailing of our newly purchased vehicle, because the truck was quite filthy at the time of purchase. Everything was great until we chose to not purchase the extended warranty. At that point the finance department seemed annoyed and put out, they took so long to process our trade in that 3 weeks later we were receiving calls from our previous lender that we were now late on payments. When we did go in to try and take care of the new tires we were suddenly told that they were only willing to give us a check for $500 towards tires because truck tires are too expensive ($375 each). This is not what we had agreed to not have they made any attempt to right this, not was the check ever received. It’s seems that once we signed and they received payment they no longer cared to keep their word to us. We will not be returning to this dealership for any reason other than vehicle servicing and will be sharing our story with our friends and family.

On August 20, 2019, I called the Collision Center at Larry H. Miller Ford, Mesa. I was told to bring my vehicle in for inspection and one of Estimators would be glad to assist. When we arrived at the Collision Center Ron Lewis and Karen at reception greeted us with a smile. Ron was very professional, timely and within minutes wrote up our quote for the damaged vehicle and scheduled repair for the next day. Ron made our experience a pleasurable one, and gets ten out of 10 for customer service. August 21, we took our Mustang in for damage repair! Ron and Karen again assisting with a smile! Ron suggested we have breakfast while we wait and drove us over to the waiting area. We had breakfast, coffee and great service by Isidro and crew. While waiting in the cafeteria another member of the Larry H. Miller staff who always takes care of my maintenance needs Joey Z., approached us to ensure all was well! After a couple of hours we got our repaired Mustang back! Beautiful! I will recommend this dealership to anyone. From the first phone call to driving out with the repaired vehicle was a great customer service experience! Nancy Valdez in the title department royally screwed up. registration was rejected by MVD due to insufficent funds on the part of LHM. Nancy never bothered to call me. Now she has said there is nothing more she can or will do.. my temporary registration expires in 10 days and no one there wants to fix their mistake....keep getting told the GM isnt around and GSM is too busy to talk to me.

Came in looking for a 2018 or newer Mustang GT with a manual Transmission but would consider a used 2015-2017. Talked with a sales guy and sales manager who seemed like they wanted my business. They were friendly and did try to help so that is a positive. They didn't have any in stock but said they'd call me tomorrow or see what they can do and also asked for my email in case any come in or were located. It's been four weeks and not one call or email. So that's what I call an easy sale lost for a buyer who knows what they want and are paying mostly in cash. This location was so much better before Larry Miller bought it. Can anyone explain why a Ford dealer doesn't have any Mustangs in stock without an automatic transmission?

Loved this Deaership for years but the buy out by Larry H Miller might have ruined it for me. Took my truck in to find an oil leak. I had a pretty good idea where it was coming from so I let them know. I left on on Tuesday, Friday comes around and no call. I called to see what the status is and I get told the truck hasn't even been looked at and wont until Monday. I'm a little annoyed. They have had the truck for a week and didnt even start the simplest project. I reluctantly tell them to keep it for another couple days to see if they can find the leak. Wednesday of the following week I get a call from my service advisor stating that the tech cant find the oil leak... and that when I got annoyed, so I decided to go pick up my truck that afternoon and take it over to a family diesel shop. Drop it off Thursday morning and my truck is fixed and cleaned by Friday morning. I just wish they LHM would have been honest from the get go instead of wasting a week.

I had to reschedule my appointment for the recall of my F-150 when I did there was no problem with rescheduling it. I arrived early to my 9:45 a.m. appointment. A gentleman came out quickly and I don't remember his name. I told him I was here for the recall and that I wanted my free oil change and tire rotation. He asked if I had the locking mechanism for my tires I said I never seen it I purchased the tires and rims from Larry H Miller he then said to me not to worry that he'll get the tires rotated. He looked all over the truck inside and out for that tool for the tires that I never received. They called me just before 5 to come down and pick up the vehicle. Recall was complete oil change was complete and tire rotation was complete he gave me the tool for the rims in case I got a flat tire and told me he would call me when the new tool came in and I could come by and pick it up I appreciate the work he did and the work that Larry H Miller completed thank you so much.

I got my truck back today after several days and my new rims that had to get replaced we're matte instead of semi-gloss like they should have been. I noticed the truck's front end sits lower than the back and the tire pressure sensor doesn't work on one of the rims. I just don't get how no one didn't catch this before releasing the vehicle. I should have looked a little closer but I shouldn't have to question someone's work. Very disappointed. Now I have to take it back. Another huge inconvenience!!!

Was satisfied with the service we received when we purchased our vehicle. The salesman was very nice and Austin in finance was amazing. However I called to ask why we have not received the plates for the car and the person that answered the phone was not helpful at all. Incredibly unprofessional the way she answered the phone ( when she answered and didn't send me back to the main menu). It's a shame that in order to get to the person we need we have to go thru her first . Calling 6 or 7 times and was the same thing. Perhaps they should be trained a bit better. Terrible service. This is my first Google review, but this company needs to fix it's processes/customer service. My mustang was not starting so I had to hire a tow truck to drop it off. Two business days later (after I called them to get an update) they said it was a key issue and sold me a new key. 2 days later, the car is not starting again and I had to hire another tower truck (after being stranded until 1 am) to get the car back to this dealership. I come to find out that they DIDN'T even run a diagnostic on the car in the first place. Another 2 days go by and they tell me it is a starter relay issue, and that the car is fixed (again after me having to call in multiple times for an update, as I am now out several days of a car). I pickup my car and within 24 hours it is not starting again, and again I am stranded somewhere and I have to bring it back. 5 more business days later (and me calling multiple times) the car is fixed and I am out over $1200. They gave me a small "discount" which covered the cost of the tow services I had to hire to get my car "fixed". The customer reps do not communicate well with the technicians which means they do not know much about the vehicle or what is going on, I never received a update call unless I called in first, and received a tiny discount after bringing my car in 3 separate times and not having it for a total of 14 days, due to them not checking the car thoroughly the first TWO times it was brought in.

Lets just say I wanted to give a 0 but will go with a 1 because of our sales women Adriana. This was my wifes first time purchasing a car and will probably never do it again due to the experience we just had. Our family has come to Berge for years for cars, parts and service only now to take our money else where. They tried to sell us a car that the CE engine light came on 2 days after we left, almost like they cleared it to sell it. Fishy huh. We sent multiple emails and text telling the SM Mike Jackson, we wanted to return the car with no answer. So we decided to show up and drop it off. He then told my wife its to late we are stuck with it and they will check out the CE light and let us know when to pick it up. later we got a call saying the fixed the issue and if there was anything else we needed to let him know and he will it right. We then scheduled to finish the sale that next week. But they CEL came on again. I called Mike and told him the issue. He told me to give the car back or buy it. I then told him I wasn't going to buy a car that is by Arizona Law deemed a Lemon. This is poor sales practice and I will be taking my money else where as well as telling my friends and family not to return for anything else. I just wish I could give something to Adriana since she lost out on a sale that was not her fault just her managers for trying to sell lemons on a major dealership lot. If you're reading this please call us so we can take you out to dinner or something.

The name has changed but not the great service. My service advisor, Dave Harney, is still on top of his game. I had a battery issue and he was able to get it taking care of immediately on a very busy day. The kindness and professionalism has not diminished. Thanks again Dave!

Makes perfect sense toMe NOT and after I have to fight to get the seat covers and they finally come in them they talk me they aren't going to install them and no wiring for my hitch either. I recently moved to Arizona from across the country and am having some issues with my Ford. I found this place and it was close and had mostly positive reviews. I called twice and got to speak to the receptionist at the service center. She was very friendly and tried to help me with my issue. She wasn’t able to so she transferred me to a service writer. This is where the rating comes from. Both times that I was transferred, no one picked up. I left a voicemail with my number, my name, and my issue, as the voicemail requested, and never received a call back. Going elsewhere with my car.

I had the oil changed, tires rotated , brakes checked for about $50. I was there for about 2 hours. The only issue is that the waiting room smells like a backed up toilet every single time I go there. If you can handle that it's a good deal and the wait isn't bad!

Your service was great. I will suggest that you advise your lot people and/or tech who drove my vehicle to leave the radio alone. I had turned it off when I left it off and found it on when I picked it up. It was tuned to a station I would never listen to and hard set. If the tech did this then he could not listen for the noise I had described to the service writer. The service writer was really great and really helpful. Got me in quick but service was poor. New batteries 10 months ago and one was now dead. They had downsized my batteries last time and i wanted the original 850s restored but they wouldn't. Testing showed nothing wrong with the truck so for only 1 battery to go bad implies a defective battery . I asked for price to restore original strength batteries vs just prorating (?) the defective battery ( believe they should at least have replaced the defective battery.) .While I was on the phone checking options at another location, they just swapped out the battery for the same undersized battery without telling me what my options were - without my authorization - and handed me a bill. Only disappointment was that LHM Ford doubled the number of rewards points (earned during Berge Ford ownership) from 4000 to 8000 for a free oil change. LHM should honor the prior system for its 20+ year customers.

I have purchased 2 vehicles (this year/2019) from Larry Miller Ford Mesa. A 2013 Honda Civic and a 2018 Ford Escape. I was promised a resonator on the Civic because it was missing and the exhaust sounded horrible. I worked here so I asked several times when I could get it replaced. Never happened. Now I traded that in for a 2018 Escape Titanium Certified Pre Owned. On the “we owe” document I was promised window tinting to make the tint darker. Again. Being a salesperson at this establishment I asked more than 5x when I could get it done. Was completely blown off. When they washed the escape the day I bought they ruined the antenna by not taking it off. Was also promised that would be fixed. It still is not. The antenna is damaged at the base and the antenna was removed because it was completely bent. I would not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle.

It took a bit longer than expected, but it was my first experience getting an oil change on a diesel. Otherwise spent a lot of time in the coffee shop. My daughter and I ate twice, very good little restaurant! She played in the grass and collected pine cones, and watched the tow trucks coming and going. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I edited my review to reflect that it was a very positive experience, and I have recommended it for service to most of my friends. The only negative thing I can say ( and it's super minor) is a family bathroom that would make changing a young child easier would be super convenient.

I have purchased two cars from what was Berge Ford and is now Larry H. Miller Ford. I bought a Raptor and a GT350 from the dealership and the overall purchase and buying process was great overall but when it comes to the service it is less than excellent. Every time I have had my cars serviced at this location it is way longer than expected and I am never updated throughout the process. Even when trying to schedule a service or talk about what is needed I never am able to reach Joey and no one ever calls me back. I eventually speak to the operator in the service department about it and she schedules it for me after the third call this most recent time. I made sure to do the earliest appointment at 8 am so I can be done and go back to work. Upon arriving at Ford at 8 am I am directed to speak to a new employee I forget her name but a young blonde girl because Joey is busy. I talk to her about what is needed and what I want. I want an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. Pretty simple things and ask how long it will take. She replies with 1:30 and 2 hr at the most. I said perfect and start to walk away and then she comes back to say it will be an additional fee for the alignment which is fine but no mention of any additional time. Two hours go by with no update then three hours and I call her and she is out on a drive and can't get back. Eventually, I get a callback and she says they just started on the alignment almost 3:30 hours later and it will be done in around 45 min so I head back to the shop and it took another 90 minutes to finally be done with it. I spoke with Joey about all these issues which he said she misquoted me the time and they didn't start the actual car for 45 min after I dropped it off and took an hour extra than normal. I am fine if something takes longer to be done if it needs it but you need to communicate that upfront and throughout the process. I would certainly not have waited around If I have known it would take 5 hours instead of 1:30. Joey did cover the alignment fee which was very thoughtful, but the worst part about it is after this way all done the alignment is even worse than before and the steering wheel has to be held at an angle to go straight. So I have to take it again to another dealership. It is most unfortunate I have to drive further and stop using the place I purchased my vehicles at but that is the option I am left with.

We were able to go on an extended test drive to make sure the truck rode comfortably enough for our family trips to Utah and Idaho. We need 4WD and also sprung for the Platinum package so I could get my seat warmers! Overall the pricing was competitive with other Arizona dealers in the area, and we found the exact truck we wanted on the lot so didn't have to wait.

Just picked my vehicle up from the service department. Rod Mills was my tech. There was a small issue with a bolt on my vehicle. Rod said they could throw a nut on it until I was able to get it fixed. He then charged me over $100 for it. He said he told me about the charge, which is a flat out lie. Do not trust these guys. It seems that once Larry H. Miller took over the service department turned into a bunch of crooks.

Bad experience at the service. Department.. tocked in my 08 super duty diesel for motor and transmission oil and antifreeze. Went I left my truck started overheating .After I suspected something was not right I checked the oil filter and found out that it was never replaced as well the transmission oil... becarfull if you go there.

This place is not the same since being bought out by Larry H Miller. About a month and half ago I went in to see about trading the car I was currently leasing in for another one, just looking to get rough estimates not wanting to spend the whole day there. The guy who initially began to help us was very personable and had an upbeat personality. The guy who came to “assist”, as that guy was new and wasn’t that savvy with leasing yet, when I had asked for my keys back and told him I had other plans and didn’t want to be there all day immediately changed his demeanor from I’m God’s gift to a very passive aggressive attitude. Brought my keys back set them on the table with such arrogance and passive aggressive behavior I was astonished to the say the least! I called today to ask what the process would be for returning the car early as I no longer want any part of it, the end of the conversation went like this “why do you want to get rid of it?” Me “I just don’t want it anymore” him “well let us know If we can help you further we have a lot of USED vehicles here” are you kidding me? I haven’t looked to purchase a used” car in 11 years. You assume that because I don’t want to deal with your sales people that I can’t afford a new car? I choose to take my business and my money elsewhere! Rude people!

I took my car to their satellite location and was in and out in 30 minutes. Had a scheduled appointment for a recall (again!) today and, again, was told it will take 3 hours. Can they ever fix a car in under 3 hours! It's not like they didn't know I was coming today. I'm now bracing myself for the service upsell. At a minimum, I'll probably never bring my car to this dealership again.

My father has been shopping for a new Ford F-150 truck for several weeks. After visiting a few local dealer we ended up at Larry H Miller Ford of Mesa. My father is 75 years old, and very set in his ways. I have to admit he can be extremely difficult to deal with, and this particular occasion was no different. Our salesman was new and was obviously frustrated. We were about to leave when one of the managers, Jeremy Ransom came outside to greet us. My father had his door open and was getting in the car to leave. Jeremy spoke with my father and after just a few minutes we were following him inside. Jeremy walked us to a desk, offered us coffee or water, and asked for just a few minutes to get us numbers on the truck my father wanted to buy. Jeremy quickly returned with numbers and we completed the deal. Jeremy sat and talked with my father and I while we waited to complete our paperwork. It was nice to see my father open up and make small talk. We went into the finance office and met Pedro to complete our paper work. My father was so impressed with the way Pedro and Jeremy handled this transaction that I had to write this review to thank these guys for ending my three weeks of misery. My wife will be purchasing a small SUV soon and rest assured, our first stop will be Larry H Miller Ford to Visit Jeremy and Pedro. Larry H Miller , you made a great decision hiring these two guys. I brought my Mustang to fix my rear view mirror that just have fallen by itself due to poorly engineered design of it. However, the staff in the service department said that they can't fix it and I have to install a new one myself! They told me to go buy a new one from auto parts section. When I asked about the part it was way overpriced. I wasted my time going there! I ended up buying it from ebay by 25% of the price estimated, and fixed it my own. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Today however they tell me there free and able and to park my truck. 10 minutes later a guy comes over and tells me it’s not gonna happen today. It is definitely all change at Berge Ford. So far I am looking for some way it is better. I usually plan my oil change for my Birthday month. Because part of the incentive plan with Berge was a free oil change during that time. Berge even extended that into the next month on one occasion as I had not been able to make it on time. All I have ever got from Berge was the sense of family and belonging. Now I am struggling to find a positive after the takeover of Larry H Miller. Some of the friendly faces have gone and so has my Birthday oil change. It’s disappointing and while I expected all change. I was surprised after receiving an e-mail stating that all benefits remain in tact. That was not actually the case. The constant and comfort was brought to me by Sergio who is my go to service writer. He is a massive asset to this location and I would hope you recognize in a time of change he is doing amazing. Shout out to Michael Jackson who took the time to talk to me about the change. But, obviously was not empowered to address my concerns. He did offer me breakfast. But, hardly compares to the luxury of a free oil change. I have always appreciated the care that Berge Ford took with my car. But, given incentives other service providers offer. It has me on the fence as to if now is the time for change for me too.

When you are charging someone 600 dollars not everyone has that money readily available. Also they broke the button on my shifting stick and two of my tire pressure caps were missing. Our first experience with the service center was great, so we returned for a more significant repair several months later. I already knew what was wrong and had an idea what parts etc. would run. Unfortunately, I received a phone call informing me the cost would be twice what the Chandler and San Tan service center would cost. The other dealer shops both told me LHM was “taking me for a ride”. When I question the LHM service manager and provided the estimates from 3 other shops, he was almost combative and accused me of not pricing it correctly. False! We saved over $400 using another shop. The receptionist was also not very professional in her interactions with other staff member (eye rolls and arguing) which just made this an even less desirable place to be. Maybe just a bad experience or off day- if we are giving them the benefit of the doubt...but based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealer.

Service Tech, Francisco, was nice. Would have liked to have a little more communication, even if it was we don’t know anything yet at the end of every day. The price was in line with other companies. I called around to make sure. They were able to complete the service 2 days ahead of schedule, so that was nice. You do have to ask for a loaner. It was not offered and I was not able to get one until they diagnosed the problem so I didn’t have one for the first 3 days it was there. A few small things we really didn’t like, there was a coating of dirt and grease on the steering wheel, door, etc. Had to clean the inside when I got home. The service guys also moved the seats and all the mirrors. I’m not talking just forward and back in the seat or a little adjustment on the mirrors. They changed the height, reclining, everything. That was annoying.

I can honestly say do not buy a vehicle from this ford store. I brought my truck back the same day, do to my check engine light coming on before I even made it home. As well having a ticking nose, it took them almost two weeks to give me my truck back and gave it back empty of gas. They got my light to turn off after having to fight for it but the ticking stayed. I'm writing this review maybe two months of owning the truck and I am currently waiting for a towe truck. Do to a transmission failure.H I'm so fed up with this store, when they try and get this taken care of I'm going to ignore them and get it taken care myself, this is one unhappy costume they cant satisfy.

When I got there they told me the technician who does the scanning didn’t show up, they wouldn’t be able to do it until Monday. I rescheduled for next Saturday. Not happy that you weren’t able to check it then. I waited over a week to get the Saturday appointment. Now I have to bring it back. They were very quick with the oil change.

I really love this location. I got my oil changed here and although the wait was a little long even with an appointment they had a large seating area and a little coffee shop there that served breakfasts and lunch options. (Pancakes were pretty good) and they also offered a complementary car wash. The staff was very nice and Sergio was great and even called a few days after my appointment to make sure everything was going well with my vehicle.

Had my car towed to this business becauae it was the closet repair shop to where i broke down. They charged me 100.00 plus tax to "diagnose" the problem. While.i was talking to the mechamic about the diagnosis he said the guy who was assigned to look at my vehicle tried to start it and it WOULD'NT start so he made the assumption that it was the timimg chain that slipped off and did internal engine damage, but couldnt.positively diagnose it without removing the valve cover and actually looking at it. Which would take about 2 hrs at 135.00 per hour on top of the 100.00 they already charged me JUST TO TRY TO START MY CAR!!!! This is my 2nd bad experience with a Larry H. Miller business. NEVER AGAIN LARRY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

LHM uses a dedicated customer service contact which is a great innovation for allowing the customer to feel in the loop during shop services. They quickly jumped into the issue I had and surprised me with the speed they found a possible root cause. Overall they were great and I would bypass an independent mechanic and go to this dealer. Will never lease a car again, especially with a trade in. Car had problems from day one. Had traded in car to get payments down. Problems stumped repair so turned in lease to stop payments. LOST trade in car plus you got lease vehicle back plus 3 months payments. Had car 3 months and you got 2 cars plus payments and I got NOTHING!!!! However Cody Garbis was a great help and I bought a 2019 Escape Titanium FWD. Would go back to Cody if ever need anything again and I will recommend him to anyone I know wanting a vehicle. My Ford was towed here after a belt broke on my elExplorer. I did not purchase my Ford here. I would also like to state that I have owned several Fords in my life and have had my ford serviced at several Ford dealerships across the valley and Larry Miller Ford is a disgusting attempt “service”. As inconveniencing as one can imagine a breakdown in the middle of a Phoenix 111+ degree letter my car was towed to the closest Ford dealership on a Friday afternoon and was held hostage until monday despite vital documents I needed from the vehicle and no one would allow me access to my car. The general manager is a waste of space and the service center is unhelpful and probably will fail at replacing the belt. As soon as my car is no longer a hostage to this pitiful establishment it will be towed to a Ford dealership better equipped to provide customer service and adequate repairs.

No stars here! Took my truck in here bc Ford dealers are the only ones with a specific reader my code needed. Long story short I left it with them for a day and came back the next morning. I asked them what the news was and they said “our tech called out” and the other technicians are busy. Not to mention I wasn’t even updated as to what had taken place, and had already paid for a rental car. Being inconvenienced with no apology or no solution. Horrible customer service will not return or recommend.

I actually had a surprisingly great experience buying a truck here! I expected the usual high pressure sales presence that dealers are known for but found the whole gang was actually very cool; casual, conversational; less like "salesmen" and more like a bunch of car enthusiasts. At no point was anyone pushy, they were actually very accommodating, bending over backward to make sure I had everything I needed (including a laundry list of fixes). A++

As usual, Martin Fernandez and Nathan Riggs nailed it! I've purchased 5 truck with them now and every time has been so easy, as a business man time is very important and they have me in and out within 20 minutes its assume. This truck was my first since the new ownership so and plan on continuing our relationship I just hope that the experience stay the same and they don't make there staff start doing a bunch of useless procedures that take up to much time. This was my first time coming to Larry H Miller Ford service department and it was the worst place to go for a oil change. I will never come back to this one ever. First off I made an appointment for 2 p.m. so I got there at 1:30ish I waited for the greeters to come out as I'm waited another person drove in with a nicer car then mine he got out n waited also, then the greeter went to that person first n finally to me. I told him I wanted full synthetic he marked my name off n walked away so I then asked another guy where I could go to wait, he asked me again what I was here for, I told him I was helped already but he asked me for my info anyways. What the first guy didn't tell me was that I had to wait for the service guy to talk to me. So again I'm waiting... Service guy came asked me again what I was here for I told him an oil change with FULL SYNTHETIC and I had an appointment at 2 he got my info again n I asked where I could go to wait for my truck, he said let me call n see how long of a wait it will be, he said over a 2 hour wait, now I consider an appointment to be on time n not put me behind people that didn't make one. I am very frustrated with this way of service at Larry H Miller I do know how long it takes to CV change oil n waiting over 2 hours for that, that's unacceptable.. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS TO TAKE UR FIRST LANE AND MAKE IT ONLY FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND THOSE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT GETS IN N OUT FIRST... SINCE THEY DID MAKE AN APPOINTMENT...

Had a great experience buying my truck there, fast forward a year later to the day I needed service, made an appointment got there early, waited 30 minutes with nobody coming to help, watch people come and go right through, ask for a manager after I started getting upset nobody came, eventually I left my truck and had to call in later. I left a voicemail on the service managers voicemail and still have not gotten a call back, when I pick my truck up I told the attendant to have the manager call me, I've still not gotten a call. Now let's talk about the service, the service on the truck was fine, however they put my truck through a tunnel Car Wash which I do not do and scratch my truck up, I checked my fuel mileage and I was getting about 2 miles per gallon while in their possession which means somebody was hot rodding my truck. Then they have the audacity to send me a message asking how my experience was LOL. Let's see if they give me a call and handle this situation now that I'm leaving this review for them.
