Lease buyout: After four years of leasing our 2016 Kia Sorento we decided it was time to purchase it. I called and spoke with Dominic from the finance office and he was not only able to find us a great APR but he also was able to get us the monthly payments that we were looking for. Have always had great service at Peoria Kia. I was like 40 minutes early for my maitenance and they took my car back in a matter of minutes. All my service was done within an hour. I give these guys a lot of credit because i know what its like to do that type of work.
Was in and out within an hour ! Spectacular service from the time I pulled in until I left ! Got a great oil change, and the air filters for the front and back of the cabinet done, they really needed to be changed out !!!

My family has purchased five vehicles from the same person at this dealership. Impeccable in all phases!!! Victor is my car guy (that's right, I have a car guy!). Never any screwing around with pricing or the marked up options and hidden fees you get with other dealers. I found my last car and was in and out in 25 minutes at this location!!! The same with my brother (twice). Obviously, these people are doing something right if a family purchases five vehicles from the same business. Just to give you an idea how good the service is at Peoria Kia: In the past, I went to start my car in my garage and the battery was dead (it happens all the time in the Arizona heat). Peoria Kia actually came and jumped my car, brought it to the dealership, and replaced the battery in under 90 minutes (on a very busy Saturday). They even put it through the car wash!!! Now granted, I live extremely close to this business, but they did not have to step forward like this. This is a super friendly, professional, and honest business. I have written some 100 plus Google reviews from experiences in Minnesota, California, and my home state of Arizona and on all things like service, hospitality and, industry. Peoria Kia gets my highest rating concerning all my reviews. They will take care of you!!!

I am always treated so well by the service department at Peoria Kia. My first oil change was free, which was awesome! I loved my experience so much that I went back for my next one. My appointment was not until 7am the following day, but I decided to drop my car off the evening prior so that I wasn't late to work. I got a call around 5pm the same evening that I dropped my car off and was told my oil change was already done! I wasn't expecting it to be done until the next day. So impressed. Thank you!!!!

Experience was great. Scott however was Short, Rude and had very little technical knowledge to share. In fact he lied to me about changes to a contract. So based on the Employee named Scott you fail KIA. As an organization as a whole.

Have bought 2 vehicles from here traded in 2 good trades. Pretty good experience. My last purchase of my 2017 optima was great until after being told they needed to work some numbers to make the deal to later find out they took away my extended warranty to make it work after looking at my paperwork. Not cool but signed the deal overall very friendly staff for the most part, great atmosphere, very clean and organized and I only come here for service on my optima.

Jackie lee was my advisor and she made sure that they checked my vehicle for the vibration as well as my oil change. She let me know my tires were rotated and the tires and brakes were still good. Jackie even looked up to see if there was anything written with Kia about the vibration and there wasn’t. The mechanic reset the transmission and the vibration has stopped. Thank you

KIA's 100k/10- Year Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty is superior and unlike any other out there. So far in just 10 months, they have replaced 2 tires ABSOLUTELY FREE NO QUESTIONS ASKED! They do not stick to their deal or word, typical used car salesman. Give a hard quote to a potential customer then change by 5 grand, then get rude say they don't care and hang up. This was the supposed gm btw Chuck weessner! WTF is no one true to thier word nowadays?
Me and my family have been dealing with peoria kia for over 20yrs, most of the salesman are good but there's a couple bad eggs in there also they'll promise things to get you to buy but never deliver on thier promises, when we were negotiating for my van they said they would throw in extended seat belts, i called and went over many times and they just push me off onto someone else, finally one guy told me straight out that they cant and wont give them to me and the 2 salesman that sold me my van were fired. Just becareful and get everything in writing and bring witnesses and take all names,dates,times

I went to Peoria Kia to have my driver side front seat checked out. The service department quoted me $1,500 to make a repair on the seat. So I tell them no way, and please provide me with the part number. They give me a part number for a whole new seat. So as frustrated as I am about them trying to charge me for a whole seat I go online and look at how to remove the seat. Upon removing the seat I find a bolt that came out. I put the bolt back in with some locktight and issue is solved. Moral of the story is these guys were about to charge me $1500 to put a bolt in. What kind of service department does that? I will not get my car serviced here in the future.
Came in today after my vehicles engine blew up and talked with Dominic about getting a new vehicle. He was very understanding of my situation with my car and other concerns that I was faced with and provided exceptional customer service! I can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone! Excellent cars. I have my Kia Soul 2012 for 5 yrs with no problems, Love my Soul i was very sad to let it go. Now, i have KIA Forte Ore 2017 model, love the sound of the engine, it drives smooth, steering wheel is awesome. My Salesman was super nice and patience his name is "Richard". I realized that i can get more of my KIA Soul since its only 28,000 mileage, well kept, super clean and in perfect condition. Overall, i will recommend KIA vehicles to my friends and family. I completed an application online, scheduled an appointment the next day then purchased my new car within 4 hours. Michael (Finance) and Jason Cunningham were so great. No pressure, No upsellng, No surprises and very efficient. I would recommend my friends and family. I love my new car and enjoyed the professionalism at this dealership.

Just bought a 2019 Soul from Peoria Kia. Mark Cronk, their internet sales manager was my initial contact and he shepherded me and my wife through the process - almost effortlessly. I'd like to think of myself as sort of an Arab camel trader in the car buying process - I actually enjoy the back and forth of negotiation, and shopping multiple dealerships, as opposed to what dealers like to call 'a hassle-free experience'. Turns out you can play at being a camel trader and still have a hassle-free experience at Peoria Kia. They treated me the way I wanted to be treated - honest negotiation with no games . Mark was courteous, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I don't think anyone would describe the car buying process as a true pleasure, but this is as close as you can get.
After Peoria Nissan gave me the run-around I went here and Larry helped me out. Here there's no forcing you into something you don't want or can't afford.

Shame on Peoria Kia. When we purchased our vehicle this February we were told we had an extended warranty. Now less than 6 months later the AC pump is bad and they are saying it’s not there problem. We have two young boys who need AC this summer. Don’t buy from this company.
I went in to have an extra key for my Kia Forte made and was treated very well. The staff member who made my key was incredibly helpful and efficient. The key was less expensive than I expected too! I really appreciated my experience here.
Took my car to a different dealership for service earlier this year and the problem still persisted. After bringing my car in for service at Peoria Kia, Mark Cronk ensured me that everything would be looked into thoroughly- and he followed through! He found what was wrong with my car that was not fixed previously, fixed and and put my car through the wash all while updating me, being so kind and respectful, and making me feel welcome at Peoria Kia. Very pleased with the service I received from him and will be returning to work with him from now on!
Manager Nate verbally abused my wife and I when we came in to sell them my kia. Nate swore at us, called us names, invaded our personal space and threatened us. When I emailed my concerns of what happened to Ron another manager. He not only didn't apologize but he condoned and defended Nates actions and that he did us a favor with their excellent customer service lol uhhh what? If you like an environment where you get harassed, and verbally abused by power hungry individuals then by all means this is your dealership! **Update** Now Nate has gone completely unhinged by stalking my wife on Facebook and finding out where she works and writing lies and smears in retaliation for my review and his discipline for how he treated us. I have filed a police report. Kenny, the general manager defended Nate claiming he can do whatever he wants on his free time. What a dealership!

Go to Sands, don’t waste your time here, figured we would give them a shot since closer to home. Dominic at Earnhardt Peoria was extremely rude to a first time car buyer, and was unwilling to find a way to get a deal done. Their loss not ours, as we are extremely happy with our brand new 2019 purchased at Sands the following day. The environment and staff at Sands Kia surprise destroys the competition, especially this place. Won’t ever be back in the future
What words can I use to describe this place? Firstly we were advised after arriving that their preowned vehicles are not inspected unless someone wants to buy it, the guy spoke to my wife like she was completely stupid, saw an advertisement online for a Serento and called to check it was there before driving all the way there. They said it was then another agent called 2 minutes later and said it was there too. We get there maximum of an hour after calling and get told its not there it's gone to auction. No apology at all, their exact words were it's not here it's gone to auction do you want to look at something else? (This is at 8pm) After 2 bad experiences with them enough was enough. I feel they advertise cars that they dont Intend to actually sell here just to get you in and then their aim is to sell you something that's way out of your budget. They may be okay for new cars but I wouldn't ever go here if you are looking for a used one. I would also advise if you are a woman, dont go without a man because they act like all women are stupid.

Initially set up an oil change, but had a recall check, so I left vehicle. Another warranty repair was found, and Maegan did a superb job handling and communicating all details. Very satisfied with outcome of visit.

Mr Ed special financing is a God send. Earnhardt dealers are the only one’s with this option. I was able to get a 2015 vehicle under 60k miles. Im so hype. I upgraded from a 07 Chevy Cobalt. Went in and drove out same day.
We came in not planning on signing anything that day, but we ended up leaving with a new (leased) car that day. Johnny in sales was really great to work with, and the entire time we didn't feel any of that icky, high-pressure "I gotta close this deal tonight" kind of stuff a lot of car guys feed you to try and get you to sign that day. He was able to get us a deal that was within the range we needed, which was great! Before we left he took us out to the car and went over the basics of it (we went from an 05 model with no extras to basically a spaceship ha!) and even how to connect the phone through bluetooth and everything. The finance guy we dealt with was great but I can't remember his name for the life of me. Overall everyone was really nice and if I didn't want another Honda we would come back here for sure!
I'm on this with the dealerships this fella was rude I messed up on my application and he didn't even try to fix it then he starts telling me how I'm not going to be able to get a car anywhere. Who is he God ... He's was a horrible service rep... Will never return here or recommend this place to anyone....

I am so disappointed with my experience. My husband and I went in to trade our 2018 Honda in for a Sorento. They tried telling me that I was $10,000 upside down on my car (right!! did I mention I had a 2018 Honda Accord) then he tried to say I had to come to the table with a big down payment. I reminded them that I had a 2018 Honda Accord outside, I didn't need a new car. finally we all agreed on something and we went onto financing, where we were told what our interest rate would be and our payment, she said she could guarantee it. But 25 days later and after my credit being pulled by 6 different companies and receiving letters of denial but nothing saying welcome I got concerned so I had to call them to find out what the hell was happening with my loan. I was told they had to re work my deal with the bank I was recently using and I would need to come in and resign papers, and it had to be that night cause the month was over. We went in and guess what?? my interest rate was higher and so was my payment. (shocker) I was told there was nothing that they could do. So we sign our papers and we are on our way ... But wait that's not all, 12 days later I get a call from someone at Kia asking me to verify my VIN on my car. when I did, I was told I was driving the wrong car, all my paperwork was for a different car. I was told I had to come back and sign new papers for the car I was driving. and for my trouble they would wash my car and fill it up with gas. My car only needed a 1/4 tank but it was dirty so whatever!! we go down there for a 3rd time and signed different papers, when we were done they handed me my keys back and guess what? the tank was full but the car was not washed. (insert eye roll here) I have never had such a horrible car buying experience in my life. I am so disappointed!

My husband Went in today to purchase a 2018 Kia Optima that was advertised for $ 16,197 plus tax , tile , license and $489 doc. Fee . They would not sell the vehicle to me for the advertised price but instead increased the price by $ 2500. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Rip off. Dishonest Dealership
I have to say I’ve been to many dealerships in the past and had many different service advisors but Justen Swett was by far the best to deal with. He was very detailed and took care of all my needs.
Had to go here for a recall notice. They estimated an hour and a half for repairs, but was out of there in just an hour.
It's always a pleasant and stress free visit. Larry Orris was very professional and saved me from a potential catastrophe by discovering that my tires were severely worn and cracking. I have complete trust that they will do a good job and will never hit you up for things that I don't need and will discover anything that I really do need. I'd say we were there a good 15 to 20 minutes before we were greeted. The guy that came out ended up leaving us and some other gentleman came out and helped. He was nice! The other guy was rude! What kind of car salesman leaves in the middle of "helping" a customer! SMH!
My mom owns a 2018 Kia Soul. It has roughly 14,000 miles on it. Her fuel pump went out on the vehicle already. Obviously completely under the power train warranty still. The service writer who has been in contact with her has been extremely unhelpful, and rude. She's been treated as if they're doing g her a huge favor by not charging her for the repairs. That's kind of the point of having a warranty on a brand new vehicle isn't it? We have purchased FIVE brand NEW vehicles from here and are seriously considering taking our business and money elsewhere the next vehicle we get.

I recently bought a used Sorento from another dealership they made me mad so I'm now taking it to this dealership to be serviced, Mark Cronk met me at the vehicle door as soon as I pulled up he is very professional, polite and is noligable at his profession I'll definitely be back when I need my next service. Mark Cronk is the representative I primarily worked with. Very cordial, friendly and knowledgeable, and a very personable individual. I enjoyed our interaction a great deal; I already knew what I wanted, what price point I was looking at, and what route I intended to go for my purchase. Mark spent very little time in "salesman mode", instead speaking to me as a human being and an intelligent individual. He showed me a number of vehicles that were within the scope of what I was looking for, and was a joy to negotiate with. Mark also stayed a half hour past the end of his shift to negotiate with me, and was open and honest. He treated my family with respect and provided an absolutely stellar experience. Ultimately I walked away from a different dealership to return to Peoria Kia to buy my new car, and am very glad that I did so. The next time I go to buy a new vehicle, Mark Cronk will be the first guy I call!

My salesman Sean was a straight forward, no bs, no hassles, very knowledgeable of the Telluride. and set up all my info for my vehicle. Walked me through all the gadgets and options on the vehicle. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Woke up one Saturday and got the urge to go look at cars. Have not bought a new car since 2006. Dominic greeted me when I arrived and he spent time with me looking around and he was friendly and helpful. I'm sure I was sending signals that I wasn't a real buyer ... cause I didn't have a clue what I was really doing! He didn't seem to care, we were having a good time in 104 heat! The short story is I bought a 2019 Forte and want to thank both Dominic and his manager, Nate, for providing the best service, and the best deal! The next day I returned to see Dominic and my wife bought a 2019 Optima! Both of us never planned to buy cars, but I must state that the deals we got were remarkable. Thank you Earnhardt Peoria Kia!
When I sold my late father's 2014 Soul to Peoria Kia they promised to send a check in 7-10 days. It was a classic case of "the check's in the mail." They lied. While I was at the dealership, the excuse the sales manager gave me for the delay in payment was something about "getting a new title." Which I knew was nonsense. I suspected the real game was they wanted to sell the car before paying me. As shown in the pictures, they offered $10,700 and listed the car for $15,000. Assuming they sold it at the asked-for price, they made a good profit on the deal. (Note: If you are logged onto Google, click on my name, then click photos, and I think you should be able to see the pictures.) A week later, back home in Boston, I called the dealership and spoke with a woman in accounting. She said, "The check was sent Wednesday, but may not have been postmarked until Thursday." She said if it hadn't arrived by the following Wednesday to call back. A stop payment would be issued for the first check, and a new check would be sent. Based on what she said, it was apparent that no check had been sent. But places like Peoria Kia count on people like me giving them the benefit of the doubt. The following Wednesday I called back, and took a different tone of voice. I had seen the listing for the car online, and I was certain that no check had been sent, so I felt that I was being stalled. I told her to send a check for the full amount, with no deductions of any sort, via FedEx and to provide me with a tracking number. The alternative was having my attorney in Sun City West issue a demand notice and contacting the Arizona Attorney General's office. She called back with a tracking number, and I received a check. The first check never arrived because it had never been sent. Meantime, the listing for the car had been taken down, presumably because it had been sold. If I had been buying a car I wouldn't have been allowed to walk out the door without the money being settled. But when selling a car I was expected to leave without my car and without my money. That's bad enough, but what's intolerable is that PEORIA KIA LIED TO ME. To be precise, they made the woman in accounting lie to me. They are not to be trusted. Go to Sands Kia in Surprise instead.
Peoria Kia is fabulous! When I was looking for a new vehicle 2 years ago I did a lot of shopping around. I was greeted right away and all the questions I had were answered, they definately made me feel like they wanted my business. The service department, specifically Larry O, is awesome as well. Imagine my surprise to find out this was an Earnhardt dealership, since my experience with Rodeo Kia was absolutely horrible.........The exact opposite of how great Peoria was and still is!!
This dealership was much better before earnhart took it over. Now it's just money hungry thieves.
I have to apologize for being so rough on this dealership but right off the bat I was lie to by the salesman and very offended by the loan officer. I walked across the street and autonation made me the same deaI i was looking for at kia and actualy autonation did a lot of work to get me in to car. Kia did not even try to run a credit report after they told me they were.
So we bought a car from this place... We were there all day to get this done and now that we have to get it serviced there... I wished we could have gone somewhere else. The service department employees are rude and don't really care about what you tell them is going on with the car. If you're there for an oil change that's all they're going to do even if you've mentioned you feel like there's something else going on
I have always had a good experience at this dealership. Dominic is a wonderful salesman - friendly and very helpful. He's helped multiple friends & family purchase. Mike (a manager in the credit area) was very patient & did all he could to put together the best financing possible. They are not overly pushy or bothersome if you don't decide to make an immediate purchase.
Terrible customer service; I was interested in a new car and asked some simple questions via an email that they started with me, but they didn't respond.
Great sales people Jenni Brown and Zachariah Hinson were amazing and very friendly....I made sure they knew I didn’t want to be there all day from shopping for the car and getting financed they made it happen quickly made my choice and was out of there fast and extremely happy !!! I recommend them if you want to receive the best customer service a dealership has to offer !!! Also thank you to Michael in finance for getting us out quickly and answering all our questions we had and we didn’t feel pressured to purchase extras so thank you Peoria Kia, Jenni , Zachariah and Michael !! I bought my 2015 Chevy Cuze from here. All I can say is don't buy a car if it hasn't been serviced and detailed first. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I really needed a car. The upholstery did not come clean and the paint is all scratched. I drove it off the lot and had problems right off. It had to be towed back. Yes after 3 times of taking it back, it was repaired. I guess what I'm saying is buyer Beware! And make sure it's been serviced and detailed before you even sign any papers!

I have never felt more taken advantage of and almost scammed by the service department. Took my son's car in for a shaking problem. They say it was the alignment, balancing, and it had a bubble in the rear tire and needed a new tire. Okay great. Well then the service guy Justen went on to say he needed 4 new tires and quoted it to me. Remembering that my son has a warranty on his tires from Discount Tire and has had 4 new tires in the 8 months I decided to call them. I picked up the vehicle today and took it straight to Discount Tire for second opinion. Sure enough not only were both rear tires new and one of them was on warranty with Discount Tire. The front tires clearly did not need to be replaced. No words for how I feel about our experience and they almost got us for $500. So disappointed to say the least. This dealer is clearly out for your money and I will never trust them again. Our family has two Kia's and they will not be getting our business ever again. I wonder how many others they have scammed cause how would most people know the difference. No words for how I feel about our experience. Justen I hope you sleep well at night knowing that you are taking advantage of people.
Tires checked needed gas cap replaced and said needed appointment for a gas cap? Really. Take 10 minutes or less to replace no good.
Just bought our second Kia last night. Daniel Sanchez and Richard Suarez were great. Did a couple test drives last week. Daniel contacted us but wasn't pushy or awkward about the fact we were looking at other dealerships too. Paperwork was fast, clear to understand, and we got a great price and financing. The entire crew at Peoria Kia was fun to deal with and didn't make us feel like we were being picked apart by vultures like at some dealerships.

Not a good first experience with Peoria Kia. Contacted the dealership and offered them exactly what they were asking for their new car. I didn't even haggle on their nonsense dealer add-ons. I sent them all my trade information including the window sticker so they could see exactly how my trade is configured so there was no questions about my trade. My trade is a brand new 2019 truck with only 6500 miles on it. I have also installed $3000 of upgrades (all terain tires, tonneau cover, ceramic tint all around, etc.) It is immaculate like it just came off the showroom floor. I asked for LOW trade-in blue book (I asked for $20,000 less than what the truck was worth when I bought it six months ago) and was told that they had to inspect it but would have no trouble giving me what I was asking if it was in the condition I stated. I went to the dealership thinking we had a deal and test drove their vehicle. I sit down thinking we're gong to sign paperwork and all of a sudden they bring out the haggling sheet and offer me $6000 less than low trade-in blue book on my trade. I asked why and they gave me a story about market demand. My trade is a immaculate 2019 Ram 1500 4x4 Limited Crew Cab fully loaded Motor Trend Truck of the Year. They knew the demand prior to bringing me in and trying to steal all the equity from my trade. I didn't haggle on their asking price and they just wanted to rob me on my trade. Sands Kia was much more willing to work with me and gave me just the deal I asked for at Peoria Kia.

They have gone above and beyond for me! I went to 4 dealerships total, KIA being the last on that day and i explained and was straight forward on what I could afford every month and what i needed. They were able to get me closer than any of the dealerships to what I needed (technically they got me the deal I wanted but we added extended warranty). I am very impressed and would refer this location any day! Dominic Ochoa was my sales person and he didnt presure me into something i didnt want, he listened and explained very well. I am very happy with my experience and new car! 2019 Kia Soul- before i got this car, I had 3 people tell me the Kia Souls are reliable and none of them had any issues with them. I was in a tough situation with a car that was a drive or two away from completely dying after years of use. I needed a car that could last me for years, and I was also a first time Buyer. After hours of searching, and dealing with other scummy Car Dealers, I finally gave in and went over to KIA as the rest of my family now also has a KIA. The Manager, sales, and Finance worked with me for 5 hours, and I walked out happy with a Brand New Car. Everyone that worked here seemed excited to help, was not pushy, and continued to assist me against all odds to find something that really worked in my favor. Thanks Peoria Kia!

We had a great experience with Peoria Kia. We were taking our vehicle in for recall work and they were prompt, communicative, and effective. They didn't try to up-sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need and the car was ready on time, in better condition then when I left it. We did not buy our car from the originally, but I would recommend them over the dealership we did use. David D was our service writer and I can't recommend going to see him enough.
Got the tally on everything that needed to be done, will work on it by little at a time thks for the patience on this old 2003..recomend u & we will return soon ..

What there not to love . I got my second car from them this month. I can tell you few names. I mean friendly and very accommodating. From my angel Victor to Nate , John, Earl and Justin. A very nice service waiting area. A very nice sales sitting area. They give car dealers a good name. Never felt the pressure there at anytime. Keep it thus way.
I got my Kia Soul about 3 days ago. When I got there I was met by James Arroyo right away. I told him exactly what I wanted and my price range. He immediately found me exactly what I wanted. He answered any questions I had about the car. He was nice, polite, and didn’t take advantage of my first car purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person to take care of me. When I go back to get my next car I know who I’ll be talking to.
I had Jon V help me out and can I just say wow! My experience was incredible and my fiancé was very strict since he was helping me and Jon and his team were so patient and understanding and worked with us. He showed me one car and I loved it. He knew exactly what I wanted and needed and it was so simple. Thank you guys I can't say it enough!
I had a great experience at Peoria Kia, especially with Sarah in the Internet Sales department. She was helpful, friendly and not pushy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly; it was crowded when I went but I was helped quickly. Sarah made the process easy and the experience was really positive.

Johnny from internet sales and Scott the sales manager were the best at wasting time and using crazy math, short tempered, wants you to buy and not ask questions, their prices are never as stated anywhere, save time and do not go there they will change the price on you many times till you get tired and give in .
