Ms. Dayna was a most unreliable and unprofessional person. First she told me it would be a 1-2 hours wait for my car to beto fixed. So, I waited there, until an hour later when I discovered they hadn't even looked at it yet, even though I had an appointment. In the end, it actually took 6 hours before my car was ready. Then, Ms. Dayna told me, when I called to check on the status, that my car was fixed. That the recalled part was defective and a new part had been put in. However, when I picked up my car Ms. Dayna informed me that my car was not fixed as the recalled part was not defective. When I asked why she had told me otherwise she simply commented that she was guessing when she talked to me on the phone, but had since talked to the mechanic. REALLY YOU GUESSED. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THAT!!! Ahhh, but the icing on the cake: upon entering my car I found a form that had 2 check marks on it. One was next to a statement indicating that the car had been inspected. The other was next to a statement indicating that the car had been washed. It was quite obvious the car had NOT been washed!!! So, now I wonder, had it really been inspected????

Sloooooooooowwwwwww AF.... takes 2 full afternoons to buy a car. Sales mamager is not exactly service oriented.. when asking for a time frame, he disappears for another 20min then walks by while shouting they are working on it. My girl bought a car, but we will never be back.

Horrible! Terrible service, terrible customer service. Salesmen harass you and unless you get a lawyer to have them stop...or just go to the prosecutor, they won’t stop. I mentioned that I might get a new car sometime in the future and I have been harassed 3+ times a week at work asking me if I want a new car..no matter how many times I said no. My car has been damaged by their service and the only remedy was to take my day off work and show the service manager (again) what the issue was. Just don’t go here..not for sales or service.

If I had it to do over, I wouldn't. I like the car (so they get two stars), but they will tell you anything and do nothing. Finance dept. won't return calls, service depart won't return calls, customer relations pushes you off to others who don't follow through, and won't return calls. Three weeks after I bought Kia, I was finally able to speak to someone called Teara Canning. She pushed me off to the service department, who called once and has since forgotten about ordering parts (that should have come with a new car), set appointment to re-paint damage (to a new car). Once you sign the contract, they are basically done with you. I regret walking on to their lot.

.To start I was upfront and honest I wasn't ready to buy a car yet ,and made this aware from the start. I received a phone call inviting me to the dealer to test drive a new stinger GT and I stated I wasn't in the market yet and they still insist I come in so I did . What a MISTAKE, to start they tried to appraise my vehicle and take my keys but I declined, so then they brought around a new stinger and took me on a test drive as I was driving he said hit the gas so I did and boy oh boy ..... utter disappointment, it was gutless and then the sales person said do you think this is the four or six cylinder I said six because I came there to drive the GT and he said it was the four. At this point they were just wasting my time so I decided to leave. Then I get this text.from Josh..... (.You wanted me to pull my only V6 off the showroom floor so you cannot buy today? LOL) If this is how they do business, I will never be back very unprofessional!!!!!

My girlfriend and I went to camelback Kia on a Saturday. When we first arrived, it was very dead throughout the entire dealership so naturally as soon as we got out of the car there were two salesmen outside to greet us and take us to discuss details. We explained that we were looking for something new and to possibly trade in. We test drove a few cars, and were not impressed with any of them and we’re definitely not impressed with the prices on any of them. Once we got back to the dealership we asked if there was anything else that we would possibly be interested in cause what they showed us was not even close. The guy helping us kept having to go ask other people, which was fine, he was new, but when his supervisor or trainer came back they showed us a price sheet for a car we didn’t like with a $6000 down payment and the payment was still $270 over our budget. So we politely said no and asked for our car keys back since they took them to look at our car as a possible trade in. Four different people came to us to try to get us to buy. We politely explained to each of them that we were not going to be buying that day and asked for our keys back MULTIPLE times. It felt like they were holding our keys hostage so we couldn’t leave and every sales person could come take a shot at getting us to buy something. After telling a guy who I’m pretty sure his name was Bernard, no and asked for our keys for the 6th time, he rolled his eyes and walked away. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had a dealership. Coming from someone who works in sales I understand that it’s hard when it’s slow but they way we were treated was so unacceptable and I will tell everyone I know that if they are looking for a Kia, make the drive to a different dealership cause Camelback Kia was absolutely horrible.

As of today I will officially be going to Camelback Kia for my services! Normally I stay within home range and go to Peoria Kia, never again. The service my husband and I received today from Charles was outstanding!!! Very respectful, polite, and understanding! He was quick to make sure we were taken care of and that all our worries were basically nothing. Oil change, trunk latch, battery needed to be done before the mechanics leave and he managed to squeeze us in. Bless this man heart and his team..If Charles has not yet gotten a raise for his awesome customer services, he deserves one! Thank you so much, and to Craig, you are great all around man.

Recently brought my wife's SUV 2009 kia sorento to Camelback Kia with transmission issues mind you it only has 67k on it, Eric K is a very swell fellow and I feel bad for the technical that diagnosed my vehicle because the technical didn't even look over the vehicle for the issue I had. Instead the technical pointed out the steering rack was faulty and needed to be replaced along with bushings. I as a mechanic myself didn't have time to address the issue I had left it up to Camelback Kia to resolve the issue hoping it would be a sensible repair. Point is the transmission has a leak and it wasn't addressed in there diagnosed report. Camelback Kia said to replace the transmission for safety which is a 3k job on a 5k vehicle add the power steering rack and its 5k on a 5k vehicle. In the end I had gone to bell Kia for transmission fluid and adjusted the fluid levels to spec and the vehicle runs just as it did. Any mechanics know the last thing on working with vehicles all day the last thing you want to do is work on another.

I recently visited the store sometime March 11 and the sales person was awsome they had me hit the damn China cong because I was approved for a brand new 2019 Kia Soul that was a waist of time let me tell u I was so embarrassed and very disappointed of the lack of respect there the worst dealership in Phoenix they will try to sale u some stupid deals and will waist three of your hours of life let me tell u first of all I was to there to trade in my 2015 car that I thought would be a deal but the lack of respect that was givin to me was the worst I’ve ever had especially from financed guy there he let me drive off the lot and calls me back to give me the worst lie and wanted me to sign papers that didn’t make no sense please people beware of what u sign and never go alone

Our saleman Jermel and Trey did a great job. I walked in there and told them I was not going to buy a car today. I spent $35K on a new Niro and drove it home the same day. There professionalism and down home approach was so welcoming it made my decision so easy. My wife use to sell cars so we hammered them pretty hard and got a great deal, they will give you the same treatment if your looking for a car. Joe the owner has over 5 different dealerships and can get you anything your looking for. Let me start by saying camelback Kia and the service team are outstanding! Adrian J my service advisor is what keeps me coming back when I purchased my Kia elsewhere. What is not outstanding is these weekly calls from them alleging I did something wrong by deferring 60k suggested maintenance on my vehicle which had 57k miles. They start with you opted to defer much needed maintenance on your vehicle ??? Okay so now it sounds like I had a dire need and said nah I’m good let’s let it roll and we shall see. The maintenance is suggested at 60k not 57k and btw it’s $600! So offering me 10% off is not really enticing to book today now and you say it as though it’s my last chance when we both know a week later at the worst possible time 5pm with three hungry kids and homework and dinner to be cooked and everyone coming home you guys will be calling AGAIN to fear me or shame into service I have elected to defer until it’s due. And I have always been able to get in within a day of a needed appointment. Please Kia pick a different route! Send a text send an email stop calling me a dinnertime and making me feel as though I did something wrong!

Beware stay away from this dealership. They are true sales people they will smile and kiss your butt to buy a car. Then after you sign the paper their attitude changes and they treat you like garbage. The service department is horrible, my car light came on saying tires are low, my wife took it in to get tires air up. They told her that their is a nail in the tire and we paid 133 dollars for a new tire. The next day the tire light came back on. So there really was no nail in the tire they wanted to make money. So we take it back and talk to a manager Bernard who took us to Mr. John Hickey qho agreed with us and said he will reverse the charges to come back. My wife came back and they told her that they changed the tire but did not air up the others. Great service! Also Mr. Hickey got so irrate with me when i called back he hung up on me, so if you buy a car their or take it to the service area beware. I suggest if you want to purchase a car go to Midway Chevy. They will take care of you.

Don't get me wrong...the salesperson was good, the Maintenance manager IS VERY GOOD and we got a decent deal in our Sorrento...but Customer service in terms of communications really sucks. Excellent sales process, but the Finance back room suffers from 1960's technology. Staff is uniformly warm, polite , and respectful. At 72, with dozens of cars purchased, this was welcomed. You still have to hold on to what you think is a better deal, even if a few bucks a month. When you're retired, pennies count. Very professional, super showroom, and customer lounge with Laptop/phone charging, WiFi, coffee, etc.

I used USAA car buying and found a 2009 Kia Rio under 35000 at Camelback Kia for $6,296 (before taxes) which included Lifetime Warranty Window Tint, ZAK Paint Protection, Document Fees and a Car Wash. Within minutes of finding this vehicle, I received a call from Mike Kimbrell. He told me the car was available and to come by there first. I told him I would there in a hour (which I arrived in 40 mins on the 13th). I pulled into the plaza greeted by two nice gentlemen who one of them opened to door for me. I was happy because I purchased a 2010 Kia Optima there in 2010 and had a great experience. I walked in talked to the receptionist and I was ready to buy the vehicle (cash purchase). Sounds to good to be true... I was. I asked about the vehicle, Mike said (first oldest line in the book) "I was thinking of buying this vehicle for my daughter,' I just looked. Then he said "the vehicle was sold this morning before you got here (second oldest line in the book)." I was pissed but said nothing and started to walk out furious. Mike said wait " I have access to 28 lots in the area." then, He said " he could not find a vehicle for that purchase and low mileage anywhere on lot. I stormed off. I felt insulted because of the sales line was trying to feed to me and disrespected because he did not even "thank me for my time" or even often me some water. Nothing. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOT OR THE 28 OTHER LOTS, if Mike Kimbrell is a representative of the kind a treatment a customer receives. I would give this place less then 10 stars if I could just because of Mike Kimbrell.

Way too pushy. I purchased a car from another Kia and had a maintenance agreement that they said could be redeemed at ANY Kia in the valley. First oil change; I went to Camelback because it was WAY closer to my new home. Service did the oil change, then told me they do not honor the maintenance agreement and the other dealer just "says anything to sell the agreement". Ok, guess I'll drive an hour to go to the original kia I bought from. I recieved an email then calls from camelback saying they would love to buy my car out, and trade me a new kia. I think this may be a way to have a closer dealership. I tell them I JUST purchased 2 cars within the past 4 months so I was not looking to pay another down payment. They insisted they could work with that. I agreed to stop by and see. From there the rep and manager offered a great deal on a car with a few K down. As I am not the only person I need to consider when spending money, I called my boyfriend and we decided to wait since we did not want to put another few K down a 3rd time on a vehicle. From there the attitude changed from my rep. She was less friendly, frowning and huffing, and pushing for me to buy anyway. They insisted I implied a "well you came here looking for a new car" when actually I went there for an oil change and they contacted me multiple times insisting I could have a new car for "no money down". I continued to get calls from them that day even as I drove off the lot, and emails asking to come back. I took my car to Scottsdale Kia; they saw my maintenance agreement and honored it before I mentioned it, and never asked me to prove I still had one or have me wait while calling horn kia as camelback did. They maintaine professional courtesy every time I go there. Not going back to camelback for anything. Next car will most likely be from Scottsdale Kia.

Recently bought a 2014 Optima and I brought it into Camelback Kia to be serviced. I called to inquire about a recall on my vehicle and to set an appointment. Despite my last minute call, Jacob gladly got me in THAT day. Drop off was easy, and a ride back to my work was offered but I didn't need it. Service was completed sooner than expected and when I picked up, the check out process was extremely thorough. They even cleaned my windows and made my car all spiffy! This was my first visit to Camelback Kia with my new car and the entire experience was extremely fast, informative, and most importantly, stress-free! Absolutely look forward to bringing my new-to-me Kia Optima to this location for future service.

I purchased a car about a month ago from this dealership and from the get go I should have never done business with this dealership due to the rudeness of the sales manager Mike. He was disrespectful when it came down to what I would qualify for because I am younger and “would be lucky to have a 700 credit score” . He was insulting with the way he spoke to my spouse, but we needed a car out of desperation. My first of issues I had with this dealership besides the customer service, was after we purchased the car. They took the car to clean it and when it was brought back with a chip in the windshield. I noticed the crack not even 2 minutes after leaving the lot and called my sales associate Zach who told me they would fix it in the morning no worries. When I called in the morning to follow up Zach informed me the sales manager Mike told him, “they would not be fixing it because it was not in the line of site and that is why they had me get insurance”. I immediately told him I would be being the car back if they wouldn’t fix the chip I was not going to pay 250 to have a window chip fixed after spending over 16000 on a car. They informed me that AZ does not have to buyers remorse law here and that I was stuck with the car. I then asked to speak to the Genreal manager Joe. At this point Tera Canning, the reputation manager stepped in to the issue helped me out and got the window sheild replaced, but then completely fell off when I asked to talk to the general manager joe, about the awful experience. She stated he does not speak to customers because he is too busy and she is not allowed to give out any information to contact him. Then 3 weeks later I receive a letter in the mail from Bank of America saying that my loan application was denyed because my social security number was wrong on the application and rather than verifying it when Bank of America reached out to them. The dealership just sent the corrected application to another bank for approval. Causing another hard look into my credit. When I tried to reach Tera about this for a week she ignored the calls and emails. When I spoke to the sales manager Mike he told me it was his job “to sale a car that’s what he did, and if I have any other complaints to tell it to someone else’s that cares.” To some up this complaint they are a crooks from the top of the company with Joe the general manager to Tera the reputation manager, Mike the sales manager and Zach the salesman. Stay away from the dealership and all the ones associated to this company and GM in the area.

Had some weird electrical issue with my stinger. Called and spoke with Adrian multiple times. Eventually came in to get every electrical wire checked and resetting the battery. Want to give a special shout out to Adrian, answered to every question with patience and made the whole process as easy as possible. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! First Bad Experience: Traded in my car friday 8/10 for a VW and my check engine light came on saturday night. Made an appointment with Kia on monday 8/13 and Kia said they needed to send it over to VW (no big deal) Three hours or so pass and im getting worried. I called Kia which they informed me that it was a waiting game at this point and i could call VW if i would like to get an update. I called VW and they go search for a status report. They come back said that can't find my car! I call Kia and they said they sent it over; I call VW and they keep saying they don't have it. I was so mad that no one can tell me where my car was that I WALKED the 5 MILES to the garage, for someone to finally listen to me and find my damn car! Someone at VW PUT MY NAME AND VIN ON A STICKY NOTE (I saw the sticky note!) AND PUT IT ON A GUYS DESK THAT NEVER CAME IN! THERE WAS NO PAPERWORK DONE! NO REPORT DONE ON IT! NO DIAGNOSTIC HAD BEEN DONE! NOTHING!! IT HAD BEEN SITTING IN THE LOT FOR 7 HOURS AND NO ONE TOUCHED IT! My SECOND bad experience: Tuesday 8/14 the finance department calls me late after noon (430-ish) and starts asking me if I had a "credit union or something" that i had financial approval from. I told him "no, i thought we figured this out friday" Finance guy: "Well, I need to you come in. We're just having some trouble finding finance and we just need you to come here" Me: "What am i going to do? You have all the information i can give you..." Finance: "Just come in" Me: "Ok, i'll be there shortly" I come in and the salesman that originally helped me says that he really doesn't know what's going on, but finance says that they need me to pick a different car. I told them I don't want a different car, the car i want is the car that i drove up in. Why can't i have that car? Salesman didn't know. We went over to the used car lot and another salesman greeted us and again said that i needed to get another car and I have an approved amount of 18,000. Me:"If i have an approved amount of 18,000, then i want the car that that i picked out for 13500!" 2nd salesman: "We can't get you that car, because of booking value" I had no idea what that meant and when i asked for him to explain, the explanation doesn't make any sense. They keep trying to put me in cars that i clearly do not want because i clearly told them that I wanted the VW that i originally had. I even told them several times, "If i can't have that car, give me my original car back" and they would start showing me something else, I would say no and repeat: "If I CAN'T HAVE THAT CAR, GIVE ME MY CHEVY BACK!" This went on for about 5 hours, until around 9 pm the second salesman gets a call saying that I'm approved for the car that i drove up in (The VW) I leave with the VW, thinking that it's finally mine and Wednesday 8/15 late afternoon the second salesman calls me and says he'll call me tomorrow to get the final details of the approval process. He never does and friday 8/17 I call VW (because that's where the 2nd salesman worked that supposedly got me approved) to ask about the details of my finance (payment date, amount, paperwork to sign) and they say Im approved but it's through Kia, so i call Kia and some very rude finance guy says that im not approved and i need to bring the car back now. Me to finance guy: "Wait! I was told tuesday night that i was approved!" Fiance guy: "Well you're not. You need to bring the car back" Me: "Then give me my chevy back!" Finance: "Fine, it'll be here" And the line goes dead. I come up and the salesmen says that i NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD I was approved that night, someone literally saw that I was approved but didn't read into the stipulations. So I have literally been driving around for a week in a car that I was never approved for and I have absolutely no fight left in me and for the short time that I had the car, i couldn't even enjoy it.

Next, regarding salesperson Joe C. and Finance guy Tiger - my gut feeling is still that they're absolutely good people and felt they truly had my daughter's best interest at heart. They both helped her tremendously, BUT unfortunately they DO NOT have the last say or any decision making whatsoever - their managers Finance manager (Justin) AND Sales manager (Steve, I think, he is the one that greets you but shoves you off to someone and he's the one that keeps coming at you in your face to make a deal) are the reason I will NEVER send anyone here. 7 hours - S E V E N!! Call my daughter and I stupid for staying, but trust me, it will NEVER happen again. Sales tactics at its worse. Too long of a story, but yes, they make you wait while trying to purchase a car, yes, the car you saw and want online is "sold", yes when you return to make your 2nd payment they make you wait, yes "someone will be right with you" one hour, maybe 2 hours later. and on and on and on. I wish I read the reviews first.

I wasn’t in the market to do it seeing as how my last vehicle I bought new in 2016, but the last call I got from Joshua Brooks is what made me think otherwise. Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Please do not waste your hard earned money on these clowns, they're all so great and helpful until you drop $30K on a brand new car - that's where the relationship ends. Totally LIED TO about deals, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, and treated like an idiot. Not only did my sales person John (you know who you are) try to gyp me out of the deals I had come in there to receive in the hopes that I wouldn't have educated myself ahead of time, but when I get back to the finance department to sign my contracts, the guy was trying to rush me through the paperwork hoping I wouldn't notice that all the deals and discounts my salesperson had "sold" me on (once I brought them up myself and he pretended he wasn't aware of them) weren't even included! My monthly payment was $120 MORE THAN WHAT WE HAD AGREED ON in the sales office!! Luckily I'm not an idiot and read the paperwork - ALWAYS READ YOUR CONTRACTS, PEOPLE!!! Not to mention, I was promised my first month's payment covered - they told me I'd receive a check in the mail within 10 days to cover my first month payment if I "signed today". That's all they want is you to sign the dotted line so they can F*** you over and never talk to you again. That's exactly what happened - my bill has now arrived for the monthly payment and no such check has arrived. Every time I call to check on the process, I get the run around. I either get voicemail after voicemail, or someone will say "Oh absolutely, I'll look into that right away" and they never call back. OVER A MONTH I've been trying to get in contact with someone there - ANYONE - and I get the run around. Total BS. Please don't waste your time and money here. Go to Mark Kia right down the street, I've heard they're much better and actually respect their customers, unlike the jerks here at Camelback.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I had a terrible experience here when I bought from the the first time, but 4 years and probably 70 calls from them about trading my car in later, I caved and went in. After getting screwed the first time, mostly because I was young and buying my first car and I wasn't careful to check paperwork (which they switched on me and took out the payoff insurance I'd been promised originally without telling me, something I only realized later when I couldn't change anything, but that's another story) I went in with very specific requirements in mind. I did not need a new car (or even a new used one, which was my preference) and I made it clear that unless I could get my requirements I would not be buying a car. 4 hours later and I had probably spoken to 7 different people, all of which I had to re-explain my requirements to (I'm pretty sure they thought if they all came in 'not knowing' what I wanted that they could push me into ignoring my own requirements, do they think I have yogurt for brains that I would forget my own budget and needs that easily?) but even after I explained my requirements, they DID NOT LISTEN to them. They spent the entire time pushing me to buy a new car, at more than twice my current monthly payments, when "payments need to be no higher than I'm paying now" were one of my clearly stated requirements and when I had clearly expressed that a new car wasn't really what I wanted. I even test drove a used car I liked, but they refused to even run the numbers on it for a deal no matter how many times I asked. They wasted my time and theirs by disregarding my opinion and everything I said to them. Not sure if that was because I'm a woman, I'm a "millennial", or because that's just how this dealership treats everyone. Nearly a week later and I'm still so steamed about this that I had to leave a review. If I had walked in and said "here's what I want" and half an hour later they had said "So sorry, we can't do that" I would have walked out satisfied. Instead they wasted 3.5 hours of my time, dropped my credit score 10 points by hard pulling my credit score 4 times, and then kept trying to push even when I requested the key to my car back. I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend anyone who wants their input on their own substantial purchase to go in either.

We bought a car on 7/7 and left the dealership at around 8:40, on our way home on the 303 at about 9:15 the car started making a loud noise I told my fiancé on the phone and he told me to pull over, when I started to pull over I heard a pop and he told me get out of the car now it’s on fire. We called to tell the dealership and they told us to contact our insurance that once we drive off the property it’s our responsibility now .WE didn’t get in an accident, the engine caught on fire while driving not 30 my minutes from leaving the dealership. I had to jump out of a burning car! You act like it’s no big deal. Didn’t even ask if anyone was ok. We could have died in this, what would have done then. The car was engulfed in flames within minutes of me getting out of the vehicle.

Be kind and tell them your out the door final price. We did. They said, yes I think we can do that. Sweet! Then when they come back with the paperwork $6000 more then what you say. And if they can get a car from another lot to match your price. Just run!! They wasted 3 hours of our time and couldn't come close. They will say they can! Multiple employees will! Whatever you do heaven forbid if you try to give this dealership a personal check for $10000.00 they will tell you they don't take checks that large and they were kind of rude about it. So I opened my bank app to my account and flung it across the desk so she could see my balance, then all of a sudden they agreed to accept it, yet they let you drive off their stupid lot with a brand new car no money down. Also didn't even have an inflater kit in it for fixing flat tires because evidently they don't even give you a doughnut tire anymore so they should at least make sure you have the inflater kit. I wanted to share my experience at Camelback Kia. My first 1.5 hours working with Joshua was pleasant and we had some great conversations. However, the last 2 minutes is what soured the experience for both my wife and I. One of the managers, Ron, came out after 3-4 rounds of negotiation only to throw his papers away and act like a child when we could not come to a decision on the price of the vehicle. Not to mention he neither greeted or showed any of the same courtesy as Joshua did. While this would have been acceptable behavior in kindergarten or first-grade classroom, this should not be acceptable behavior in a professional environment. Being a manager, this tells me that this behavior is not only accepted but endorsed at all Camelback locations. I can understand why customers in large are now purchasing their cars online to save themselves from the experiences at the dealership.

We bought a pre-owned Kia from Camelback Kia last weekend, and had a great experience. Joe Cota helped us, and was fantastic. He was not a pushy salesperson, and got us out the the door with exactly what we asked for. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful, very personable and helpful. We were there for a few hours, but that's normal. They have a fun little basketball game (I'm very good at it now), a fancy little coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine, and a cool little TV room for young children. I'd purchase from them again in a heartbeat. We spoke with many other dealerships before we went to this one, and did not appreciate their manipulative tactics. Check for special internet pricing, do your homework with regard to trade in value and financing options/figures, it will make the process smooth.

From personal experience, it is rare to have a pleasant car buying experience. Drake at Camelback Kia was the exception. After a long day of car shopping we left our 6th dealership of the day after a terrible experience. We called Camelback Kia on our way home at about 8:30pm to see if the vehicle we were interested in was still available and if it would be alright to stop in at about 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. We knew it was late and were hesitant to walk into a dealership so late assuming we wouldn't get any help. To our delight, when we arrived Drake had already pulled up the vehicle we called about and he welcomed us in without hesitation despite the time. The best part was being able to hit the number we wanted within two trips to his sales manager... something that had taken at least a half dozen times at the dealerships we had already visited. Within 20 30 minutes of arrival, we had reached a deal painlessly. Not only that, but the car was detailed and ready to go by the end of the night. Truly an easy, painless, and generally quick process. Would highly recommend.

QUICK and VERY COURTEOUS service. Worked with Charles Bain today to get some routine service done; oil change & tire rotation. I was interested in having my car sprayed with protection wax that they offer, but was hesitant as I was in a time crunch and needed my car back before work ended... Charles called to update me once oil & service was done but also to inform me the techs found a cracked serpentine belt and went ahead and fixed it. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him servicing my 2016 Sorento and each time he is absolutely the best to work with, kind and prompt. I literally have no worries when I leave my car there now because I know he'll make sure it's taken care of, that all my concerns are addressed in great detail even before the work is completed. He always calls me to let me know what's going on and follows through on a promise. This is what you should expect from a marketplace exchange with a business as a wary consumer but the fact that not only does he deliver as he should as expected of his employer, but he makes me feel comfortable knowing he's "got this" that I'm not coming back to things I didn't agree to that have been added without my consent, my car is cleaner than when I brought it each time, walks me to the car to make sure I approve of the work, just an overall above an beyond experience. I remind him now how much sincerely appreciate his help and knew when it was time to service my SUV this time around again that I picked the time that HE was available. I live in Peoria, minuets from Peoria KIA, and I'd rather come to Phoenix which is near my work just to work with Charles Bain.... Long story even longer, I needed the basic service to my SUV. Oil change and I requested a tire rotation but I also was coming in because the power seat wasn't working. When I came back he told me I didn't need the rotation yet and didn't do it to save me some cash - He could have just done it regardless but his integrity kept him honest. I appreciate that. Also the seat fuse just went out so it was no charge and all I did get done was the oil and a engine filter. I haven't worked with anyone else at Camelback Kia so hopefully they're all like Charles BUT in any case management needs to start looking at Charles as the role model for the standard on how consumers are treated.

Stay away from this place, they will show you that they care, try to help you in every way.. at first, when you need something they will push you aside, dont return phone calls, and drag there feet. 20 miles after I bought a car from them, the tire pressure monitor system went off. I took it back they said it was low and just needed air added. They gave me this big story about you have to drive it for a 100 miles for it to clear for the computer to reset. Which was bull, cause I took it to my neighborhood shop and they said the sensor was bad it was not reading. After buying a sensor for it it was fine, I tried to call them and they said you didnt get an extended warranty. But I asked them if the oil was replaced and a inspection was done? They said yes but never gave me the inspection sheet or maintenance records. One guy who I was able to speak to there said sometimes they just reset the oil lights and clean them up, push the cars through. If that wasnt a problem alone, they didnt get my pate and title to me! 45 days later I'm driving on a expired temp tag hoping not to get pulled over cause finance said they will send it to me in the morning. Stay away from this place, they will deceive you ***Updated***11/06/2018 After many attempted phone calls and emails. Been unsuccessful getting a hold of anyone to return my phone calls. 5 days passed expired temporary plates, the Mvd still does not show change of the title, and showed registered to the dealership. Reported to Better Business Bureau, meanwhile my vehicle still sits after I paid cash in full. Dont let these people take advantage of you, avoid this dealership.

Charles was INCREDIBLE to work with. Careful dealing with this service department. They replaced my faulty engine after it passed the recall test and then died on the side of the freeway. Their fabulous technicians then clamped my oil line while replacing the engine which then led to my turbo going out. Of course, they are now denying responsibility and refusing to cover that. Attempted to escalate it through Kia Corporate and that is a worthless cause. Lastly, the service manager also insinuated that their products really aren't built to last much longer than warranty goes. The poor service I have received has my family and friends ready to sell their current Kia and look for a more reliable car, thinking Toyata or Honda. *I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere, don't get a Kia.

Do not buy from Camelback Kia! A couple years later I am finding out that I did not receive the correct copies of my paperwork, I was WAY over charged on my finance products and now I am trying to get correct copies of my paperwork. I apparently never had GAP insurance, even though I have a copy of the contract and my warranty contract is completely wrong. I went to Camelback Kia because I was told they would take care of an active duty single mother. They did the exact opposite and I am paying for it years later.

It was horrible. I came there once to a see a Honda CR-V and I saw the car and let them know I was going to be coming back another day with my mom. I come back and the car is sold. They show me another car and said they can work on lowering the 10k price to my budget of 6k. I come back the next day like I told them and they say they can only use 6k as a down payment and they can’t lower the price down to what they said they could. I drove all the way out there three times for nothing. The management sucks. The salesmen had no knowledge that the mangers were talking to me about this. I’m never coming back. Finance rep Gary dropped the ball. My brother and I came in Saturday 2/9/12. He found a car he liked. It was actually at their sister lot Camelback VW for $9700 online. The sales rep Justin said they couldn't match the price even though they are tied to that lot and we were getting the car with them. However my brother really liked it and let it go. After we got to Gary, he took our deposit of $400 and told us we would have an answer by Monday 2/11/19. 4 o'clock came around and we hadn't heard anything. Mind you, my brother took the day off in case he needed to come in to sign final paperwork. We decided to go in. after waiting 20 min to see a finance rep, Dakota, he told us that Gary was not in. No wonder why we didn't get an answer even though we were promised. Dakota also promised we would get an answer back Tuesday 2/12/19. Guess what, no updates. When my brother and I try to call we get no answer. I explained to Dakota on Monday that we need an answer to get the deal done because my brother needs the car for work for which he drives out 50 miles and didn't want to miss another day finalizing our sale. I didn't want my brother to lose his deposit if the keeps driving it and doesn't get approved. Dakota guaranteed that he wouldn't lose it and he can go ahead and drive it to work. But they are dragging their feet and I feel like he will lose it after a week of no updates on whether he is approved with the bank. We took a chance on this dealer because his friend referred us to them for the car. But this is not working out. Next step is finding out how to get the deposit and giving back the car since they obviously don't care enough about our business to muster up some urgency to get this resolved.

Extreme pressure to buy, salesman didn't really listen, showing us trim levels and vehicles that were not what we wanted or gave incorrect info regarding features and model years. Every time we would attempt to leave another "manager" would suddenly appear with a b.s. "today only" deal. At one point we had 4 men hounding us at one time as we were trying to walk out. I love Kia but hate this dealership, we ended up with a new Chevy from a dealer down the street that was very Courteous with their sales strategy.

Amazing service and great selection. I had the opportunity to work with Joshua, he was patient and understanding while helping me decide what I wanted and never made me feel "less" for changing my mind or wanting to test drive a multitude of cars. He addressed all my needs and followed up with me numerous times after the purchase to make sure I was taken care of and answer any of my questions. The worst customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. My husband called and spoke Michael who said he would assist us. When we got there, the guy we were supposed to meet with passed us off to a purple haired saleswoman. We ended up waiting 45 minutes and didn’t even get to test drive a car! We left after an hour of no understanding of what cars they had available. All we did was sit in a car because the purple haired saleswomen didn’t have the keys to the car. She didn’t know how much it was, what the mileage was, nothing! I could not believe she had the nerve to walk us all the way over to a car that she knew completely nothing about. Not only that but the car was filthy! She told me that she was not prepared and would set an appointment for us tomorrow. She said someone would call us to confirm the appointment. We agreed and left to realize the saleswomen did not even take down my phone number! I wanted to give the saleswomen the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day since the guy we were supposed to meet with passed us off to her. With that, we decided to come in the next day which was a big mistake. I called in ahead of time to set an appointment since the purple haired women did not. The guy I spoke to was rude and snappy. He cut me off every single time I spoke and did not ask me what I was looking for. I had to quickly tell him what price range I was looking for since he was trying to rush me off the phone. When I did, he said they had plenty of cars available in that range. After hanging up I had to call in again to meet with a different salesman due to his rudeness. When I called, they apology and said I could meet with one of their better salemen. Salesmen Josh and Michael were supposed to be assisting my husband and I. Josh had us walking around the parking lot searching for a car that he had no knowledge of where it was located. And Michael kept saying how he had a car to show us when they really didn’t. It had been another 45 minutes! We didn’t get to test drive a car that day either. In total we wasted 2 hours at a dealership. Not once did we get to test out a car, and not once did it seem like any of the salesmen knew what they were doing. They continue to call me in hopes I’ll come in for the third time to see the cars they claim they have available. A lot more training needs to be done at this location. If the managers saw what happened, it would have been embarrassing. I’ve never received customer service from a car dealership as bad as this where NO ONE knew what they were doing or how to sale. I would have respected if they were honest and said they didn’t have anything available instead of having us wait for nothing but sadly they didn’t do that. I did find a car at the Honda dealership. It’s located on the same street. If you are looking for a reliable car and great customer service, go to them. We received an amazing deal from them that helped me and my family. They are very kind and will work within your needs.

On April 11th I went into the dealer to see if they had a Stinger GT1, black, AWD, with red interior. Quentin and Robert offered to help me. They assured me that there was a stinger with those options in the overflow lot. While they needed time to get the car out of the overflow lot they offered to test drive a GT2 (clever sales tactic there). I declined due to the fact I didn’t want to drive a car out of my budget. Some time went by while they were pulling the numbers on the GT1 they “apparently” had. In that time I agreed to drive the GT2. Get back to the dealership and they let me know there is no GT1 with those options in their inventory. So they show me an offer on a GT2 that is eventually marked up to $80k, when I came in looking for a $45k vehicle. Then, again, I have to tell Quentin, Robert, and two other managers what I want. I’ve done enough research to know what I’m looking for. They tell me they can see the incoming vehicles 3 months out and there is no GT1 with those options coming in. They head back into the tower and find a Stinger with those options in Flagstaff. I agreed to the deal for the one in Flagstaff. They head in to start the dealer trade and I head into finance. We weren’t able to finish the finance process due to a printer malfunction, so they ask me to put my down payment down and come back the next day to finish paperwork and take delivery of the car. I show up the next evening (24 hrs later) to finish paperwork and take the car. None of the people I worked with on Wednesday were there so the manager on Thursday had to check up on it. He tells me the car was never delivered apparently due to the Flagstaff manager not wanting to release the car yet. I declined to finish the paperwork until the car is presented cause something seemed off about this deal. Friday a manager named Bernard left a voicemail saying they’re willing to do “whatever it takes to make me happy and find the car.” Odd comment seeing as they found the car and it was supposed to be on its way already. I called back and spoke to Bernard, and he changed his story back to the Flagstaff dealer still holding the car. Called back a few hours later and Bernard said the GSM was on the phone with Flagstaff asking for the car at that very moment and he’d call back in 20min. I call back at 7pm and Robert takes my call. Robert informs me that Flagstaff sold the car. I tell them I’m on my way to get my down payment refunded. I show up, and Robert apologizes that they couldn’t get the dealer trade. I ask what he meant because I was told the vehicle was sold. Never got a clear answer on if the Flagstaff car was sold, but then I get a whole new story. They found a different one in California and attempted to do the dealer trade, but the California dealer would only trade if they took 5 used cars along with it, so they declined. He offered to do a special order which would take a few weeks, so I remind them they looked at incoming vehicles 3 months out and nothing with those options was available. It is so frustrating that every time they said something it was a whole new story. Buying a car is a stressful process, and this team of people made the experience so far beyond complicated and frustrating it’s ridiculous. I would have appreciated honesty throughout the process versus catching almost every person in a lie. As a business, this dealership should have done what it took to make the deal instead of acting like the whole thing was an inconvenience to them. There wasn’t a line of people out the door fighting for this car or any car for that matter, makes sense seeing how they chose to operate.

I went there to buy a car last Sunday. We found a car and negotiated everything fairly quickly. I put some of the down payment down on the car and i was supposed to come back on tuesday to put down the rest and pick up the car. I live 30 miles away from the dealership so I had to wake up at 5 am to get there at 7 am before work at 9 am because thats apparently what time they open. the only person there at 7 am was a receptionist so i had to wait an hour before someone helped me. when robert finally did come and help me he didnt know anything about my car or the purchase. He told me i needed bank statements as a proof of address and that is fine but i did not bring any because no one told me that on sunday so we had to wait for the “bank to approve them” and i was already late for work at that point so i left and said i would come back later and i did. When i came back 9 hours later,they still had not even talked to the bank. I was upset because I really dont think it should take that long. They kept telling me that I needed all this stuff that they never mentioned at all and the general manager, Steve, started talking with us at that point and he was being very condescending and acting like the dealership was the best thing that has ever happened to me. Eventually he made me start crying because virtually no one was helping me and I just wanted to cancel the deal. They ultimately wouldnt let me and we did figure things out and I got a car after almost 4 hours but I never want to go back and I would never reccommend the dealership to anyone. Everyone was rude and genuinely horrible people.

It's a bad dealership when you think you're being sold a timeshare! I visited Camelback Kia several months back because I was set on purchasing a 2019 Kia Forte. I had the great pleasure of working with a salesperson, Amanda, who was patient, kind and deserving of my business. I tend not to always buy the best price, but rather the best salesperson - I'm purchasing the service and rewarding good behavior. It says a lot about how you'll be treated down the road. So, everything's going great! Enter Mike Younan. Mike is the kind of guy who should not even be allowed to work as a Wal*Mart greeter - it's above his pay grade. I told Mike, just as I had Amanda, that I wasn't purchasing today, but rather finding the dealerships with whom I wanted to work. Then, I asked Mr Younan for a quote. His patronizing response was, "I'm not going to give you a quote unless you're buying a car today." I looked at Mike with a dumbfounded expression, thinking, "Did he just say what I thought he just said?" It turns out he did. And he would not relent from his stance. Meanwhile, Amanda was in the background, clearly uncomfortable with Mike's timeshare approach to sales. So was I. I called Amanda about two weeks later to request a quote. She said that good ole' Mike wasn't going to provide one since I wasn't purchasing in his designated timeframe. Flabbergasted yet again :) But I did cross this business off my list. I can't speak to Camelback Kia as a whole with certitude as I dealt with only two people, but I know it is their business model to have a pleasant salesperson to warm you up, then to send in the rude guy to close the sale. Camelback: the 1980s called and they want their salesman back! I've had my Forte (Sands Kia) for two months now; it's a great car! Word to the wise: Don't go to Camelback Kia! It's a horrible place with some horrible people.

Worst dealership, do NOT purchase a car from here. The General Manager Justin says he has all the decision making and there is no one above him. He is not a problem solver he is a problem creator. He sold me a car with a bad engine along with other numerous issues. The engine is going to cost me half of what I owe on the vehicle. My car has been in numerous times since I purchased it 6 months ago and they wait until my warranty expires. to tell me I need a new engine when they knew that before it expired. Another mechanic told me this has probably been going on since I purchased the car .They did not even do a oil change when we purchased the car. We drove off the lot with a tilted steering wheel due to wheel alignment. The car battery died before financing even went thru, had a coil issue. This car has been non stop issues and now the engine supposibly from a oil change. I contacted their corporate office Bershire Hathaway to help since Justin the General Manager refuses to help. He also stated they will give him the final say so on what to do. This place is has horrible customer service. Read all of the reviews of the problems ppl have had. I wish I had prior to going here.

I went here today for my brake lights being out and I ended up needing a few bulbs replaced. I ended up paying $160 for 3 bulbs.... Very displeased with the price as well as having to wait over 2 hours for 3 bulbs to be changed. I would love my money back but I'm not one to throw a fit. Unfortunately I won't return or recommend to anyone. Unnecessarily overpriced please go elsewhere.

I set up a deal with Mike Kimbrell via email before going to Camelback Kia. I was emailing and calling other Kia dealers in the area, but I kept getting a HUGE runaround the second I asked about an "Out The Door" price. One dealer in particular has great advertised prices on their website. But when I finally got them to disclose the dealer fees (after numerous attempts and hours of waiting for a call or email), I found out their final price, when the dealer fees are added on, puts them above nearly everyone else. I simply didn't want to play the hidden "dealer fee" games on an advertised web price. I refuse to pay over $2000 for overpriced "add-ons" I would never want a dealer to install. I just wanted an answer to a simple question, "What is this car going to cost when all is said and done?" - period. Mike Kimbrell was happy to answer that question. Mike gave me a couple of "Out The Door" prices on a couple of cars. The prices were where I wanted. My wife and I went down and looked at a few cars. We worked with Rodney in sales to test drive and finalize the deal - Rodney was absolutely fantastic. We settled on a car, but they didn't have the color we wanted. "No problem", they said, "We'll get one in a day or two". The paper work came out to sign. The price quoted with fees, tax, title, and licensing was what Mike said it would be. No games! No surprises! Just an honest deal. The only downside we experienced was a very long wait to talk to the finance guy to close everything. I'm not sure what the problem was there - but everything else was great.
