Here you will see all the information of real people who have information of the services of ADESA Phoenix (Car Concessionaire) in the state of Arizona.
At the present this firm has a score of 4.0 stars out of 5 and that rating was based on 267 reviews.
As you can see its rating is really high, and it's founded on a high number of scores, so we may conclude that the rating is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they are pleased, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to set reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Car Concessionaire is included in the category of Auto auction.
I'm just being honest
Quite the operation. Most people wouldn't realize how used and reports cars get sold.
Not open to the public
not a nice place to go to auction they deceive you on announcements so every dealer need to be car ful they sell you flood cars without announcements Donot buy it onl;ine from them customer service sucks
Very busy and fast paced.
Office staff is great....finding cars...ANOTHER story....a bad one
Fast paced with multi auctions going on. You better have done your homework before coming here. The action happens in minutes. From the web to the floor, everyone is bidding, hopping they win it before going broke. The out come of the bids are varied depending on who it is and how bad they want it. This auction is for licensed dealers. I came along to observed and had a great time. Before the excitement, you can view and inspect the cars to better your research. If you're not a dealer/broker, better to get one, you can walk out with a deal.
Horrible place to work for.
It's cool to work there
Good Place
Don't buy from them they rip people off. They spray paint the rugs of the cars before selling, they don't don't clean the cars well before and don't honestly fix anything just put a bandaid on it so you buy
Awesome!
First time delivering auto parts here. Very different from all my other delivery stops. Everyone was cooperative and friendly. Thank you for making my first time delivering to ADESA PHOENIX a good one!
Auto auction
Wendy is awesome!! The ridiculous buy fees.. not so much.
It's a dealer's auction, run very efficiently.
The place is growing on me praise God
Auction place
Working conditions perfect
Outstanding staff. Great deals. Competant service technicians. Great drivers. Great location..nuff said
These guys are so unorganized and can’t even complete a simple task. My bank had to call multiple times to get the lady on the phone and ask if she knew how to do her job. Seriously, they are just liars and scammers. Stay clear.
Have been buying from Adesa for the past 8 years and out of all the Arizona auctions they are my number one.
Abandoned all hope he who enter Adesa. Workers are rude, unprofessional and inept. They make you jump through unnecessary and expensive hoops. If you want to spend your money wisely,go somewhere else.
Worst place in whole US. Security does not know what is BOL, what is broker and who is buyer. Terrible
R U D E
I have to work there, not somewhere I'm going to love but from what I know it's huge. Friendly. And can be overwhelming at times
Closed upon arrival, but security was nice and were helpful.
Great place to buy cars, trucks, SUVs, and more. Great staff. Great place to have lunch.
Lots of cars
I purchased a car and the 5 day warranty inspection. Didn't receive a call stating the car was finished until the warranty 5 day period was over. Brought the car to a mechanic and it has 2k worth of stuff wrong. Buyers beware your paying for a inspection they are probably not performing. I don't know how anyone would have not found all the stuff wrong with the car.
Very nice auction site, staff was friendly and made sure everything was handled! Will return!
Very unhappy with my visit. When I called I kept getting hung up on and it took me about a hour and half just to get someone on the phone. When I received my car back it had damage to it. I don’t know if they did it or the towing company. No one even told me my car was damaged when they returned it too me. This was a horrible experience.
Love working there love my job if only some of the worker's weren't complete morons mainly people ready
Bad customer service
Friendly staff a great place to work.
very unprofessional service for your commercial account. Got transportation dep on the phone they give me fax # to send the request for pick up and then no contact at all. I left voice mail but still no response then called again transfered 5 times and voice mail again. The fax was lost in the shuffle and they are not taking any responsibility that they lost the fax and was not their fault for any storage fees that we had on the account. Now the story is to send emails LOL. I will not sent either such a nonprofessional service to blame us for your lack of responsibility
Helpful!
It's a good place to work, but being hired from the agency first sucks.
Auction is the smart way to go!
Ideal was Adesa auto auctions proximally once a month with the company I work for whatever I've been there that employees have always been knowledgeable and friendly places clean actually really nice facility
ADESA Phoenix is a dealership auto auction facility and not open to the public.
Driver working at auction,my job is driving one vehicle at a time into the auction barn and back to the parking lot then continuing untill the job is done.
Take your own jump start car with, , because then take 30mins plus,
Great place to get a job. Always hiring. I don't know how it is to be a customer there though.
Cool auction
Good services
Nice place to buy a car. Mist are dealer auctions.
Very slow service
As a car hauler, this place sucks. No car pullers and took over 2 hrs to find all my vehicles.
Fast
Very friendly staff
Es un lugar donde concurre mucha gente hispana sería bueno que los guardias estuvieran más enterados acerca de los vehículos que tienen en custodia por que no tienen ni la menor idea y además ninguno habla español
Great
Do yourself a favor and go to Manheim instead. Adesa is fulled with Undertrained employees and Under Funded software systems. Bought a car, auctioneers announced "SOLD" After I made the final bid. I even got a notification from Adesa on my laptop that I won the bid. Adesa system then asked me how I want to pay for the car and how i want to get transportation. ALL Clear indication of me winning the bid. I go to auction to pay for and pick up the car. When I get there, they said I didn't buy anything. We pulled up the video, they sold the car to the bidder before me for $100 less.....Claiming that "Their system did not get my bid in time since i did it online". What is the purpose of bidding online if their systems aren't synced to communicate in real time?
Extremely rude guard's at the gate! Hope I never have to go there again.
New fees, to high!
Great Auction for dealers!
Verry good customer service
Nice people that work there.
Good
This place is always quick and fast if you know were everything is
Great place to work
Just attribute the horrible customer service as another reason to pay your bills, and a reminder that repo lots don't care. Can't schedule an appointment, no one returns calls. There's only ONE person that handles releases, no one else...guess what? Out of office for whatever reason. Beware the monopoly.
Great selection of new and vehicles at an affordable price
Worst place to work. They treat employees like garbage . Oh and you’re probably gonna have a lot of problems with your car your get because they just make them look nice and don’t really fix them.
This location has questionable bussiness practices that the average dealer won't look into. They have relationships with specific buyers that they structure the deals so they get the units. The relationship with the banks are scetch they never notify the banks with the correct info. Looks good on the outside but major shady bussiness going on at this location I'm doing a further investigation on this location if you have any situations please send me the info.
Yeah you're typical auto auction and facility
Lots of help getting cars
Just go..
Very unprofessional...
Top notch service and misters... thank god. If you get burned here on a car then you must be new to the business son!
It's a car auction. ..it's hot as he'll . you'll walk more than you want. It depends on what guard is on duty
This place has a real good breakfast menu.
Treat the temps as tho were slaves! Yell and scream at you and decided amongst themselves to take your break away! Gotta beg just to use the restroom! Not very friendly to the temps at all!
Don't buy here. This place is by far a shady place to work and to purchase a car from. They don't care about their customers. They don't fix their cars before selling them. They spray the cars carpets and seats with spray paint to cover the dirt on the car rugs and fabrics. They spray Armor All and water underneath the hood of the cars in and around the air intake and electrical components to make it look clean. Mechanical issued don't get fixed, just covered up enough to not find at first sight. Many cars are knowingly sold containing mold. In many cases cars are washed with Windows down, not to be dried soaking the inside and causing mold. Employees are treated poorly and not valued or listened to even in regard to health problems. Many cars come in the shop containing drug paraphernalia, needles, used condoms, used tampons, and body fluids. The only provided employee safety measures are latex gloves, safety glasses, and occasional dust masks. None of which are enforced unless a safety check is in process. Employees often have to chase down their checks in order to get paid. For the sake of your health and the value of your money, it would be wise not to do any business with ADESA.
Absolutely love this place!
Were a transport company and ADESA is easy to work with.
Cheap
They do great work
I will like to say that Adesa is a nice friendly place to work. I started working for Adesa through people Ready to drive at the auction. Kathy who works with People Ready is a kind person who offer me a part time position. During the fast pace and chaotic, everyone tries to get the job done with a good attitude.
Unless your management, you are treated as a second class citizen!! Management acts like they are so above everyone else. Doug (Manager) is just rude to employees!! If your a female and want to move up, sleeping with Doug will get you that promotion. (right Alyssa) They also use On Demand staffing which is a joke. On Demand will bill them for employees that aren't even there. On Demand will scan in employees when they don't even show up. So ADESA needs to get their head on straight. This is why fees are passed on to the dealers. So much money wasted !!!
Love my job I work for this place best place wholesalers
Great employees
After many years in business I finally found the auction that I can say is the worse so ever 2 months and they still can't come up with the title even though I paid with a wire transfer and they have the money now for a truck that I can't sell .not only that they don't want to help with getting the title ,they don't answer the phone and they never call back I can say that they are worse than manheim Texas Hobby with only one purchase , by naaa 30 calender days with no title you can return the vehicle but this place is a 30 business days
Great place good customer service
Work the auctions as a temp everyone is friendly and helpful
Adesa SUCKS! Is it true Tom Caruso has a little PEE PEE
I've got to say for a transporter of myself for a first timer they was nice also didn't know main lot open 24 hours for pick up, but off site not, I liked had 1 in Enterprise lot but they gave me a ride for my 1 car. Thank you hopefully I pick up more here for my dealer in Long Island, Ny
Friendly staff.. Jamie was super nice helping me purchase my car back it simple and had no problems
We haul cars from this place to Texas , i recommend this place .
Not a good place to work, I used to work for them for about a year. They treat their employees poorly
A bit of staffing issue, not bad.
Long wait, but very thorough.
This is a very good auction site. The custodians are very good especially Miss C!. I love this place. Bought a Lincoln Navigator here about 8 years ago. Perfect truck with all the bells and whistles. Looking to get an S550 2014/2015, but the guys who bid are insane. They bid these cars for more than you can buy one at a dealer. Hopefully one day, I can get my dealer to get one for me at a human price!
Need to learn how to put the cars I special for people that was a tow trucks that got to walk all over to look for vehicles are picking up for a insurance company they need to learn to put all insurance cards that are being picked up and it's closer and easier area for tow truck drivers to walk to get them especially one tow truck drivers are some of them have disabilities and walking long distance
Poor selection of vehicles!
Nice people
The people was so unbelievably slow. I’ve seen people move faster in reverse. Both times I was a visitor at this facility this was the case. I am told the also have what is called a plate grave yard. When my car came here they removed my plates from my car and insisted they didn’t know where the plates were. I had to place multiple calls to the the police, tow Company and the bank before I could report them stole.
A very expensive place to buy vehicles, and buying fees are to high
Customer service sucks. When checking for titles they transfer me to an answering machine.
Great car auction!
Nancy in registration needs to get a crash course on customer service. She was rude in person and rude over the phone.. see a pattern? Purchased some vehicles today and went to pay and she said I can't take your check you need to get this paper filled out. Oh and if the paperwork doesn't process within 2 days from your bank you owe 150.00 on each car as a late fee. As if I didn't just drive an hour and a half one way to come do business with ADESA, Nancy thinks she can just be rude to people for no apparent reason. Well if you won't accept my check Nancy then why was I even allowed to bid and given a bid badge? ADESA, in case you are wondering...Nancy just lost you a customer.
Well I never had the privilidge to do any car buying there but myself and a few other ex-crew members (you know who you are...lol) did the new layout and striping of the entire lot. Every Adesa employee from main security all the way to the top awesome and respectful about staying out the work areas til we were finished with our jobs. Its a madhouse there but well organized
Fun
Work
Car auction

(Translated by Google) Good place (Original) Buen lugar
Fun place to buy a car
Its good auction
Very festive. The caffeteria food was excellent.grills Desserts. Hot cold everything. Great salsa! Nice bathrooms. Bad parking.
Good people good vibes. Some amazing cars go through here.
Best auto auction on Earth!!!!
Been coming here for 25 years to transport cars. The only thing that changes is they seem to make a game out of making that harder.
Best auction in town !Hands down
So after doing investigation when I picked up my car my stereo was missing. I thought the stereo was taken from Alpha towing. But they showed me pictures that the stereo was in the car. So I found that my car had been moved to Adesa. I called and talked to Gale who was in charge of my car repo and found that she had pictures of the car with the stereo in the car. I later found that Ryan Sonaski who was in charge of the department lied and said the car had the stereo in it when he dropped it off for me to pick it up. As you see in this picture the car is still in the yard and they said I lied and the car had the stereo. I spoke with the manager of Gale and she told me she takes her employees word over my word. Since I signed a document stating I was responsible after I took the car. This managers ethics is horrible and will be reported to the police. I will not stop with this post, I will post and share my experience with YouTube and Facebook. With call recordings. I have uploaded more photos with the time stamp of the date and time I took the pictures at 9:16, I scanned my drivers license out of the gate of Adesa at 9:29. Unless by some miracle of time travel it was impossible for me to change the date and time of the vehicle in the compound. I really hope upper management makes this right.
