My S60 was having a lot of issues so I called the service department and spoke with Mike. I probably sounded like a complete moron trying to explain what was going on with the car, but Mike was very patient and helpful. I had the car towed there on a Tuesday in the afternoon and received a call from Mike the next morning with a rundown of what was going on. The customer service these guys give is seriously outstanding. Mike stayed in communication with me throughout the entire 5 business days that my car was there. The labor here is reasonable and they even cleaned the inch of pollen off of my car before I picked it up!
My experience at the dealership was very good. The service manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The service was excellent. The staff was friendly. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I feel like I had to wait too long for the work that was performed. Also, there was an annoying member of the team walking around with music blaring.

Had a safety recall performed they were professional enough, I understand they didn't stand to make a whole lot of money from it. But the service manager could have acted like he was interested in my questions instead of just blankly staring at me and nodding. Service was preformed in a timely manner so that's the the reason for their three stars. Otherwise they'd have gotten one star.
First time buying a Volvo. The experience was great. AJ was excellent at showing me all the features and benefits of the car. Wasn’t pushy at all. Enjoyed the experience and the process. Mike in service was great. Little upset that only 3k miles on the car and had to get it serviced. However, everyone was genuinely nice and cared.

The purchase itself was pleasant but service after the sale horrible. It should not take a month after the sale to get title application in order to register car & get license plate. Poor response after numerous attempts resulting in late fee at licensing office. Then did not have all paperwork required. Would not recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Service dept manager was the only friendly person in the building. Salesmen at desk no hello no good morning maybe he was busy. Parts guy seemed to not like the fact I rang his bell at the counter maybe he was busy also. Maybe I didn’t look like someone there to buy a car. Maybe the second sales person I encountered was busy also. Maybe everyone was having a bad day. Would I buy a car here probably not. Would I have my car service here probably so service manager represented the owner of the company well. Get some more people like him.

We wanted to see some cars to get an idea on what to buy in Europe. Most car dealers were rude, knowing we wouldn't buy from them, but this one was very friendly and helpful!
We have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for two months. Along the way, another Volvo dealer suggested I have some maintenance done when I had some time. I called and talked to Mike about coming in, did so and got that done...and more. Mike is a good listener. I asked about checking two or three other areas of concern. He said sure, did the inspections and fixes at no cost. The vehicle was washed after the work was done. On the way to pay, I asked about military discount, since I had received it at other Volvo dealers. He checked on it, said yep and adjusted the bill on the spot. The five stars are for Mike and the Mechanics (did I just say that?). However, the waiting area could use some sprucing up and I thought it strange that I had to go to VW to pay the bill??? I would certainly go there again for service.

The depth of technical knowledge that Brand Specialist Santwan Wiley has impressed me, and the entire Volvo Cars Mobile team gave me confidence that the V90 Cross Country that I recently had pleasure of purchasing was the right fit for my needs. The V90 Cross Country T5 is honestly the best driving car in hard rain that I have ever driven, is a tech lover's dream, and is a comfortable interior cabin! My favorite vehicle experience to date.
I have always been happy with the service I receive at Volvo of Mobile. They have taken great care of me since I bought my car several years ago. They get me in and out promptly for service and give me a Volvo loaner if I need to leave my car. The service manager and mechanic are always very nice and professional. I have received a follow up call from the dealership every time I have been in to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend for purchasing a vehicle and for service!

Bishop was a refreshing experience when shopping and buying a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable in his product, honest and did his best to over backwards for me. Even after a minor issue he was quick to correct it and work with me so that I was completely satisfied.
Courtney helped me pick out a great car. I went in to get a different car, but he showed me the Volvo which turned out to be a much better fit. He was very pleasant to work with, and he was very patient with all of my questions.
Social Media converted me. I have 0wned two Infiniti’s, and never considered Volvo. My Daughter and son own Acura's and love them. I only came to Volvo because I was targeted on Facebook from a National ad. It featured the xc90 interior and I was interested in the technology of the VOLVO things that the Infiniti does not offer yet. I have never…….. considered that Brand. I thought it was for old people and yuppies. HAHA I was searching for Infiniti, BMW and looked at the Audi’s. But then on my next visit to facebook, I was targeted as an auto purchase intender and the ad popped up in my newsfeed on my iphone. I saw the ad and decided to look at a couple of reviews, then visited the dealership to take a look. I met Inez and she was super helpful. I drove several different Volvos, then I fell in love with the XC90! Then bought the new Volvo 2 days later for the Summer end incentive, plus a little extra incentive because I was converting from another Luxury Auto Brand. I feel in love with the VOLVO and the team at Dean McCrary!. I highly recommend you give them a try before you buy somewhere else.
Dont waste your time
We are from Mississippi and drive 1.5 hours to use this dealership even though one in Jackson, MS is closer. We have an older Volvo that needed some specialized Volvo service in terms of mechanical expertise. Mike and the service team here are the only ones we would trust in getting honest and reliable service at a reasonable cost. If Mike can work the issue within his service means and different warranty coverages, he will go out of his way to take care of you and your vehicle. A lot of time, the backend (services) of a automobile dealer is the Achilles heel of a its business, in this case, it is the strength of the dealership. I will continue to praise and recommend this dealership each time I visit them based on their level of taking care of the customer/car owner.

Horrible experience with the service department. I purchased a few parts for them to install. When I called them and found out the parts were there (since they did not call me), we set up a time for install on Friday. This was Thursday, so I specifically asked if he meant tomorrow or next week. He said next week and I marked it on my calendar. When I bring the car in, I drop off the keys and find a seat in the waiting room. After an hour and a half nothing is being done, so I ask why, and then he tells me they won't be able to squeeze it in because I was supposed to be there last week. They don't know how to use a calendar, and somehow this is my problem! No loaner car, no paying a technician overtime, not even so much as an apology. Truly horrible customer service!
We had a tire blow out on 2016 XC90 and were stuck in MS while we tracked down a replacement. Mike at Mobile Volvo went above and beyond to help my family out and we are truly grateful for the exceptional service that provided for us. This is not a dealership that is out to do anything other than provide excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone in the Mobile Area
Mr. McCrary i brought my VW CC for an emission recall on Thursday, December 10, 2015. Customer Number 43044. Since that job my car has stop running. I had no transportation on Friday night to attend church service. Before this I have had good service from my vehicle. I have had service done at each required interval. I am asking that my car be pulled to your Mobile office, the problem corrected, and I be provided a means of transportation until corrected.
I did not give a 5 star due to phone calls not getting answered. I ended up just driving my car from Daphne to Mobile without an apt. Receptionist needs either more help at her desk or needs to be more responsive. I called 4 times trying to set up apt. Mike is awesome!
This rating does not reflect the car buying experience. Everyone was great when purchasing. This one star is for the lack of organization when trying to get my car serviced. The service people are actually very nice, too. I wouldn’t have complained, but this is the 2nd time (note I have only had one other service), that the entire experience was a waste of time. I had to leave and come back after planning my day around the service. Both times went like this: Call the service department to set up appointment. Under buying my car I get a loaner. The person who answers never knows what’s going on and says the service department will call me back to set up time. They never call back. Never...I never have been called back. So, I gave them about 3 days (both times) before I called them back to try again. I get through to service and they fit me in to the rotation and I supposedly have a loaner available when I drop off. I show up at appointed time and no loaner vehicle is ready. Of course the service department opens before the main floor so I have two options, wait an hour for the sales to show up or reschedule. WHY? Why, did I not call to check the second time? Well, I figured a higher end car service place would have their stuff together. I wish and I advise you to go ahead and make the drive to Pensacola to buy your Volvo. My mom bought her Car from the dealership over there and they come to her house, drop off a loaner and pick up her car! My goodness...service is a big deal. TWO times the exact same problem. I have to use Volvo service bc it will no longer be under warranty. I wish I had another option. By the way, I had a piece of my brand new car pulled off about 2 days after I purchased bc it was never properly adhered. I went in and they had to order a new part to exchange it. I waited a couple of weeks to receive a call. I never got one. I called only to find out it had arrived days before. Note this was a brand new car and a manufacturer problem. I should have been treated better than that.
