Here you will be able to see the feddbacks of people who bought the services and products of Serra Honda of Sylacauga (Car Concessionaire) near to the state of Alabama.
At this moment the firm gets a score of 4.2 over 5 and this score was based on 179 reviews.
As you can see its rating is really good, and it is founded on a very large number of scores, so we can think that the rating is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to place tatings when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This belongs to the category of Honda dealer.
Very professional
Manager of service Tommie was very helpful and honest.. I will be bringing my daughter's car back to him
Went in and discussed my Lease turn in for my 2016 Honda Accord on March 18. Manager and sales person told me that if i just turn it in and move up to a newer accord I wouldn’t have to worry about my overage miles. So I said why not and upgraded to a 2018 Accord sport. 2 months later get a bill from HONDA financial for overage miles and turn in fee. First thing, their shouldn’t be a turn in fee if i upgraded to a new accord second i was clearly told by the manager and sales person i didn’t have to worry about it. Never going back! Especially when you live in bham and drive an hour just to do business with someone. Ridiculous. Also called up to the dealership and the manager was no help and corporate was no help. So now contacting HONDA customer resolution center to make my case. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
Great experience buying a 2016 Honda CR-V. Jeff Batson is a wonderful Salesman. My husband & I enjoyed doing business with Jeff. He meet every request. Made sure we were very happy with our new purchase. Thank you Jeff & Tom for being honest!! Hershel & Patti Walker
Able to drop off and pick up next day
Good people all around. Got a beautiful Explorer Sport with a extra unexpected rebate after deal had been set!
Just bought a new (2018 year) Honda Odyssey EX-L and could not be happier with our experience. First of all, I lived almost 5 hours from the dealer and they made everything extremely simple. We were able to get our trade-in appraised ($800 more than anyone else btw), the paperwork virtually all done, and approved for the loan at a reasonable rate. The entire process was smooth, relaxed, and expeditious. Best of all, when we made the drive to get our vehicle, there were absolutely no tricks or bull. The numbers were exactly as they were quoted over email, the remaining paperwork took 15 minutes, and they gassed up the van and detailed it inside and out. Actually, our saleswoman wasn't happy with the detail work and sent it back to the shop so they could get it right. Speaking of our saleswoman, I highly recommend asking for Kayleen. She knows her products and isn't remotely pushy. She kept every promise but one, and that's when she said my credit would only be run once, but in fact it was run twice. Other than that hiccup, it was the best car purchase I've ever had. I never thought I would be able to afford a new Odyssey, but they made it happen. Oh, and a big shout out to Kevin, the finance manager. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend making the trip out to beautiful Sylacauga. Oh, and pro tip. Don't forget to eat at the BBQ restaurant next door that's inside a gas station. You will NOT regret it. Get the porky fries and BBQ sandwich. I believe it's called Good Ole Boys bbq. Go there, I mean it.
We love BIG COUNTRY (Jessica shell) SHES THE BEST. Jim Knight is such an amazing manager great work guys thanks for the beautiful new car and everything y'all did for us...
Terrible customer service. I have ordered car from this dealership 6 weeks ago. I have placed a deposit 6 weeks ago. They said they were going to get the car from another dealership. I still don't have a car. No one picks up the phone. No one returns the call. I am going to the dealership to get my deposit back. Never buy a car from here unless they have it on the lot.
Great staff!
Serra Honda is by far the best place I've been! Great staff! Anyone looking needs to swing by!
She is the best I've worked with!
Fast friendly service.
Very nice people especially the lady service writer and the cashier!
Sale of the Civic Type R by Deanna E. and staff was A+!
I only have good remarks. Very friendly staff and very sufficient. We was only there about 5 minutes before they took our vehicle to change the oil. We was probably only there 45 minutes. Very thankful for that.
The worst place I've ever seen to buy from! They are rude and customer service sucks! I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone!
The service dept is fast and competent.
They sent in a buyers order to my bank with $1000 less than they said for my trade and then on the new car added $4000 more to the advertised price on there web site. ... THIS DEALERSHIP IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!! DONT BELIEVE THE PRICE THEY ADVERTISE AND CHECK THE BUYERS ORDER BEFORE YOU SIGN THE PAPERS.......
Purchased an Oddessy at a decent price but even though we had a verbal offer and told them we were coming to finalize 3 hrs in advance and were told ot would be clean and ready we still had to wait for an hour after all the paperwork was done just for them to finally get around to detailing the vehicle.
Great dealership to purchase new or used vehicles. The staff who work there are very nice and most are knowledgeable about the vehicles they are trying to sell. Even the managers seem to be very friendly and they try to work with you on the prices. The nice thing is that right across the street or the other side of the parking lot there is a Nissan dealership and on the other end a Ford dealership. So they have quite a variety of new and used cars at either Lots.
Good service staff and very knowledgeable service manager. What he said he would do, he did. Honesty goes a long way with me. I had a great experience when I took my car in to be serviced. Will do again when I'm in Sylacauga.
These people at this dealership are jokes if I was the owner of this dealership I would have fired the person's that I had 2 deal with they said things about another company that were lies trying 2 say there cars were bad because it was 2000.00 cheaper and 40 thousand less miles than the one they were selling when they had no way of knowing weather the cars are bad or not of the other company's cars so that discussed me to think I would buy a car from Serra Honda of Sylacauga so I will take my green backs some where else maybe to the company they were bad mouthing saying there cars were bad... to the dummies at serra honda of dummies the company is a carfax certified dealership so if u find a better deal don't go to serra honda of dummies stay away from these dummies.... u will be sorry if u deal with people like that's my thoughts and experience at serra honda of dummies....
Great customer service
2 stars are NOT for deficiencies or poor service or dubious practices, but for very high rates.
Great people who treated me friendly and honestly. Most of all they service our Hondas exceptionally and at a fair price.
We were coming from Arkansas to FL and our radio needed a new code...they hooked us right up in the service dept. thanks! 16 hours without a radio is a long trip
Recently bought a used vehicle here. Kristen, my salesperson, was amazing, fast, very friendly, and made buying a car tolerable. She deserves a raise as well as the rest of the staff I interacted. Thanks for the help, yall.
They r nice people's and treats u with respect that makes me wanna come back
Push salesman
Good service no waiting
Friendly staff
Visited service dept, low air in tires. Refilled and advised me 1 tire needed replacement. Fast, friendly, courteous service
Great service. Donate was the best salesman. Great price
Jodie Pate and her internet manager made my first internet purchase a pleasure. Jodie gave me all the information and pricing on a CR V EX AWD. Jodie gave me out of the door pricing on the SUV in stock and offered the same price if I wanted to order another color. She is a down to earth sales professional. I hope to do business with her again. Great job Jodie!
Professional crew. Couldn't make a deal but treated with courtesy.
Everyone was so nice. Loving my F 150
Our salesperson was awesome
They were honest in pricing. Didn't give me a bunch of accessories I did not need. They did what they said they would do.
I love my experience
Bought a new 2018 Honda Pilot around April this year and I love it so much. On the way to pick up my son the tire started making an awful noise so we took it straight to the dealership. A wonderful guy named Key took it straight back and was done in maybe 10 minutes. (A rock got wedged) everyone was super nice and fast.
I have always had good service with Serra Honda.
I walked into this dealership with the intentions of just window shopping. I walk out with a brand new vehicle. I didn’t realized what had happened until after it happened- and that was a good thing. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. From the sales staff to the finance office to the management team- everyone I encountered was courteous, professional, and they listened. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take me for all they could get. I’ll be back! Good job team!!
Staff is professional yet very personable. Comfortable waiting area. No pressure attitude. Love the staff!
Absolutely love coming here when my Accord needs servicing! I travel close to 45 min to an hour depending on traffic because their customer service is second to none and even better than my local Honda dealership! Cindy P. is the sweetest person I've met and she really takes care of her customers and makes sure your vehicle is in tip top shape! I recommend everyone to this location for an amazing service and fair pricing!
Nice "just looking" visit.
Very helpful especially the Internet team. Everyone was helpful throughout the car buying experience. We loved the dealership so much we will be going back in the near future to get a second vehicle.
Stay far away from there service department! Paid over $900 to have timing belt replaced. One and a half years later my car stops in the middle of the road and loses all power. My husband who has worked in automotive for 13 years found it to be the timing belt. Come to find out they said they replaced one pulley and they never did which then in turn shredded the belt. For 110,000 miles we never had one problem with our Honda. Serra Honda has ruined our engine and will not stand behind their shotty work. Watch them like a hawk and make sure you get back the old parts from your repair so you know if they actually changed the parts or pocketed your money.
Excellent Customer Service. Great doing business with Honda Service Department.
Very great experience, Deanna was very helpful and fun to work with. I recommend shopping here!!
I love the Serra Honda Dealer of Sylacauga, every time I take my car in to be service they do a wonderful job and I am well pleased.
Excellent service: quick and thorough. Friendly staff. Great waiting room at dealership. Overall a great place to have car serviced.
They're very polite and sincere in helping me get the car I want. And it's well kept and in a good location.
My husband and I looked at 3 dealerships before finding Serra Honda. Each one when we asked to price match said that the price shown online with Serra was a gimmick. We called Serra before making a long drive to verify the lowest possible price for our Honda and they went even lower then the advertised online price. When we showed up to purchase the Honda, they had it detailed, all financial done except for signing and full of fuel. We also paid $1000 less out the door then the price stated over the phone. Serra Honda was amazing. We both highly recommend this dealership!
Not organized
Personally, I'm a Honda lover, but the customer service department is beyond rude!!! You do not ask a customer what they need this time, when your department is lacking... I do not feel like a valued customer and I can about guarantee if some of you don't get fired that place is going to drown...Respect goes a long way!!!
Friendly, helpful and easy!
Do you have places you simply enjoy buying things from? I'm one of those persons who love having a good deal and once I got exactly what I needed I always come back. That's what happened to me after I have bought my first car here. I came back for my second car too, sadly they didn't have the color I wanted. A few days ago I got my car from auto auction repokar and I'm really happy about it. I would recommend both of these two places if you plan on buying a car!
Great customer service! They have some awesome people that work with you to get you a great deal and work with you! I will do business with them from now on! (:
Great service with very personable employees! Everything was completed thoroughly, and a review of my vehicle was broken down to me to show everything was in order! All around great experience.
Bad customer service! Do not waste your time!
I bought a 1985 Civic and it has over 140,000 miles and is still going.
It's great service, my experience with Serra Honda service was great, the people that work there was nice and they know there stuff, the staff are very knowledgeable about there products and services, and parts I would recommend Serra Honda to all my friends and family,my oil change and tire rotation for my Accord was quick and affordable, thanks Serra Honda.
The sales manager was horrible!!!! I got the car I wanted and at the price I could afford BUT only after he was screaming at me so the entire sales room could hear and throwing papers in my face... I should have left but I drove almost 2 hours because they were the only Honda dealership that had the exact car I wanted. I have never been treated so bad!
I loved it, very friendly towards my mom and I. I appreciated them taking time with me and letting me test drive some of their cars. I highly recommend them.
Terrible customer service
Excellent service with great value of customer appreciation!
James was a Great salesman Nate was very helpful too. Bought our last 3 vehicles here!
Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Jeff was, without a doubt, the best car salesman I've ever worked with. His commitment to making the buying process simple and efficient was second-to-none, and that's on top of the great deal I got. I'm not typically a 'reviewer', but such effort demands recognition.
Paul Ziffer and Dante Dye are both amazing. They are both very knowledgeable, kind and caring! They make sure you feel important and comfortable. Thanks guys!
I purchased a car from Serra completely remotely. I took risk and didn’t even fly there from North Carolina to inspect or pick up the car. The outcome exceeded my expectations! They arranged the payment process and mailed me the paperwork very quickly and efficiently, detailed the car before the shipping company picked up the car. A very honest and customer caring dealership. They made sure I feel confident about my purchase. Definitely recommend.
Service and sales are fantastic!
Top notch service team!
fun place to buy a new honda
Very happy with the dealership staff. I believe I have got a very good deal and was treated fairly on my trade in.
It was good this visit.
Ran my credit without asking.
Had my GPS stolen from my truck while having it serviced and it took them a month to reimburse me
Great place! the customer service is amazing.
Horrendous Customer Service Experience My fiancé and I were interested in a car for $12.6K before fees and tax. We live 225 miles away (4 hour drive each way), so we wanted to get pricing information and an estimation of the value for a trade-in to determine if it would be worth the trip. We called and explained our situation to a sales rep, Mason. We asked whether we would be able to get the car for $10,000 out the door with a trade-in. He got the year, make, model, mileage, and VIN number from us and said he would check with his manager. We got a call back from Mason, where he said he spoke to his manager and based on the information we provided, he should be able to get us the car for $10,000 out the door. We went to our appointment, provided our car for inspection and test drove the car. To our surprise, the pricing sheet had our car valued at $1,000 for a trade-in for a total of roughly $12.6K. I noted the price difference, and Mason said that it was a different person inspecting the car and that was what they valued the car at. Mason left and returned shortly after with a manager. The manager apologized to us, and said he was not the one present when the phone offer was made. He said he would not be able to give us that previously agreed upon price based on the CarFax history and a previous accident, which we were unaware of. I replied that we previously provided Mason with made, model, mileage, and VIN number to run the vehicle history, and that I was upset that no one contacted us prior to our appointment to notify use that there would be a difference in the price based solely on the CarFAX. It became apparent that no one actually ran the CarFAx before our appointment, and that they misquoted us over the phone. Had we known this, we would not have wasted the time and money to go. A second manager stepped in. He went on about how his car is priced very aggressively, and that most of his customers drive an hour or so from the nearby bigger cities due to their prices, minimizing our 8-hour roundtrip drive. He said he still must make a profit on the sale, and he could provide us with his cost of the vehicle, but that we would not believe him even if his did. He said it would be impossible for him to give us the car for $10,000 out the door as previously mentioned. He appeared to be more concerned about his profit margins than rectifying the situation to make our experience less negative. We repeated our concerns and what we were told over the phone. He asked us who told us that price, and referred him to Mason. Mason stated that he did check with Don, the manager present that day, and he told Mason that he should be able to get us that price. This manager then stated that he did not believe that the part-time manager Don would have given that price if he had reviewed the car. He stated that he did not want us to feel like we were lied to, and that we must have misunderstood what he meant. He made follow up statements of how Don must have meant that he could match or better any deal that we were offered for our car. He essentially blamed us for misunderstanding the situation and chalked it all up to a miscommunication. He then noted that the sales tax was on the price sheet. He then stated that to make it right, he took off the sales tax (which is a moot point since we still pay it in Florida) and would give an additional $500 for our trade in. We took several minutes to discuss the interaction amongst ourselves, and when we returned the manager was gone. Our experience with Serra Honda of Sylacauga was highly unprofessional and there were several disconcerting and negative points of the interaction. The second manager we dealt with treated us so discourteously that we would never consider doing business with them.
We found the car we wanted on our first visit, a 2014 Accord. The car had several things we wanted fixed or changed, such as minor things that needed touch up. We were told these could all be fixed. We live a ways away, so we asked to take it home for the night, which we did and came back the next day and purchased it (not before we were told the number give the day before was a mistake but it would be honored, sales ploy? Maybe? Honest? Not sure?). We got a few more things we wanted done, such as a full detail (since it wasn't detailed at the time). We were told that was fine and that they'll also clean the carpets and all. We were told all of this would take about a day to get done. The entire process took about 2-3 hours, and we were out the door and instructed to bring the cark back the next week when their body guy was in. We purchased the car at the end of April. We were about to bring the car the first week in May and was told there was a death in the family, so the body guy wouldn't be in. Understandable, we'll come next week. The next week, we were told the body guy actually changed his day so we were told we'd need to wait another week to bring the car in. Eh, mistakes happen I guess, no huge deal. The next week, we bring the car in and are told that one day was laughable. It actually would take a full week to get the things done. That was a little upsetting, but hey... sales guys aren't exactly known for their ability to accurately judge some things. They're sales people after all! We call the next week and are told that one of the people who usually come in, didn't come that week and that we can either take the car to Birmingham or we could wait and just pick the car up in a week. We waited. I should say this, everytime we've called in we were told we'd get a return call and, only once, did we actually get a return call. We had to initiate everytime. And we're pretty laid back people, if you say you'll call in 30 minutes and it's 3 hours later, no big deal. So, we waited for next week to roll around. It's Thursday and we call in the morning and are told to expect a call back later to try to check if the person will be able to get our car done that day. We wait 3 hours, and call back. We're told they've been working on it and that we'll get a call back soon. About 45 minutes later we're told we can come and it should be ready around 5, or not too much longer. We get there just after 5 and are there until 6:45 when they are done. By this time, my pregnant wife is very hungry, so we briefly looked it over and took it home. We felt the service department was very overloaded with work, unorganized, or not staffed well. As far as the detailing and vacuuming and washing the carpets? That never happened... Thankfully most things are good, perhaps not done how we were sold that they would be done, but it is how it is and we're not entirely dissatisfied.
Go see Deanna Sapp best sales person ever
Jeffrey Adams took very good care of me and looked out for my specific needs!
Try to meet the needs we have in an efficient manor.
Everyone is very helpful
Do not go to their Ford service department. They want to charge you $100 to tell you how much they are going to charge you for a job. Then when you question them about it, they will hang up yhe phone. Apparently they all they care about is the money.
Nice people
Poor customer service
Awesome place to buy a car and get it serviced!!
They go above and beyond.
Great environment
Upon arriving I went to Ford service first where I saw big service sign but was directed to Honda. At Honda service the lady was very friendly and helpful.she kept me informed for the 2 hour wait . Everyone was nice and helpful. I thought Express would be quicker though. I will use them again. Price very reasonable.
The parts guy was great.the cashier was no where to be found...after15 minutes I put air filter on counter and left....
They will screw you over
Our experience with the service department with Phillip was a very pleasurable experience. Thank you SERRA HONDA for making us have a great day.
Eager to help and a get answers to you promptly.
They have wat we need its jus so high
A+
Drove over 55 miles to purchase a car here and it was well worth the trip. The sales rep and manager listened to my requests and were able to deliver as promised. This is how business should be done.....organized, good communication and quality service. Everyone was exceptionally professional and not overbearing. Service department gets 5 stars too. Will return here to do my servicing and will recommend to others. Keep up the good work guys!
