As a driver I appreciate how fast they get you in and out. Security procedures change depending on who is in the security gate. Warning if the dock only gave you one BOL hide it and dont show the security gate because they try to keep it and wont give it back! Security and main operations need to communicate more efficiently.

Drove 2 hours for a tour with my 8 yr old. Arrived at the gate and was told we needed to go get breakfast or something and come back at 9am. The current time was 8:53am. I guess we will drive around for 7 more mins.

On June 14th, 2018 around 8:55am Pacific time I called this plant to assist me on determine what type of interior bulb my Hyundai takes. I first talked to the operator who was very rude and kept repeating I need a name. I told her just to transfer me to a department. I then demanded to speak to her superior . A very rude black female by the name of Cassandra took my call. This woman was of no help. She even tried to talk to me as if I am a child. She then demanded my name to which I gave her since I have nothing to hide. These stupid women believed perhaps I was some type of FBI undercover or something. I later find a way to bypass the stupid ditz of a operator and her supposed superior named Cassandra. I get of hold of a guy named Venny whom sounded like a 60's hippie. No big deal but he claimed he can figure it out once he talks to the Hyundai Engineer. I then get a text message like in 5 minutes or less from Venny saying "I know this doesn't help but the engineer told me to tell you go back to Autozone and ask them again, good luck". I am like are you freaking serious?!! So to be clear there is a angry stupid black woman named Cassandra who refused and couldn't do her job if she tried, a incompetent phone operator and some employee of Hyundai close to engineering department who couldn't get any info out of the engineer!!! I do appreciate Hyundai products but not the incompetent and lazy idiots who make up the workforce of Hyundai.

Got a tour here today at the HMMA plant where they build the Sonata and Elantra (soon the Santa Fe sport) and it was a really cool tour. Great if you have young children, they especially, seemed really fascinated about how the cars came together. I didn't really realize they manufacture 1550 cars a day and have now hit over 3 million cars. Our tour guide Alan was really good, had lots of facts and funny, which is key. The tour takes you around the entire plant on a golf cart trolly system so you got to see every part of the build. No pics allowed on the tour though, sorry.
