Unless you make minimum wage or look like a bum you will not be able to buy from this place. They want people who will not pay there bill so they can repo the car and resell it. I had more down payment than 95% of customers that go in there and they would not work with us. I highly advise all to stay away.

My wife bought a Honda Van and it was three and half times more then blue book value. At the time we didn't have a vehicle and we have children. We didn't have good credit so this was like are only choice. We paid over 4000 and the total price is 11000 some odd dollars, blue book value is only between 2300 to 3500. Well after two years we found a new and nice vehicle and decided to let the vehicle go back. Well now the manager keeps calling everday harassing wife and being rude and even hanging up on us once after two weeks of this we reported this to the head quaters

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a 2007 mercury mountaineer in 2017. I needed the third row because of my children. The third row seat behind the driver side did not work. I was told by the then GM that if I bought the car he would get it fixed. Well... never got fixed. Enter a new GM I explain the situation to her and she tells me that since the first GM said he would fix it she would make sure it was fixed.AGAIN never fixed. Enter a third GM i explain the situation to her and she tells me “I” took to long to fix the seat and she can’t and won’t fix it. I explain that the only reason I bought the car was because I needed a third row. No care, no simpathy, no I’m sorry I’ll try my best to fix this for you. Basically I got a well you’re screwed. Do not buy from this company. A terrible experience. The only person that seems to care is a sales associate named Liz. I have never done business with a company as bad as this in my life.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Instead of the name Carmart they should name it Cartrap. These people appear to be nice and eager to help until you drive the car out of the lot. If you bring the car back for any issues the salespeople and general manger are going to show you some totally different attitudes. One of the sales people had the gall to tell my brother with a straight face that good marks are reported to the credit bureau. NOT!!!! I pulled up the experian website right in front of her and she decided to back track. So just know that it does not matter if you make every payment on time or pay the vehicle off early. It will not increase your credit. They do this to keep you trapped. They know that if you increase your credit you wont continue to use them but will instead go to a reputable dealership. I would encourage any of you to read the fine print before buying the lemons they are selling. FYI!!!! Some one the people leaving 5star ratings placed those ratings after they started working there (Sarah Ghea).

Please, please, please make sure you read all of your paperwork in it's entirety , and know what you are getting yourself into before purchasing from here.!!!!! 1.This place isn't for those trying to build their credit, because they do not report the good they only report delinquencies . 2. This place isn't for those who want to be treated fairly and respected even after the contract is signed, because April the manager will talk to you like you are a child if you disagree with what you is saying or aren't dancing to the beat of her drum.(Her smile is painted on and she is in fact obnoxious, rude, not at all compassionate or customer service oriented.) 3. This place isnt for the hard working people who expect honesty, integrity or car lot that stands behind their word and have a reputation they would do anything to protect.(Liz told me and my sister that if we had any issues with our vehicle within the timeframe of the the service contract that we could take it to any mechanic that we wanted to pay and have it diagnosed at( so naturally we assumed that, that would also be who performs the services to repair the vehicle, we were wrong; they have a shade tree mobile mechanic that more than likely isn't ASE certified to repair their customers vehicles. I want to reiterate that they never mentioned they had their on mechanic or else I would have never spent 350 at the dodge dealership.).......Here's my story....... Me and my sister came here looking for a vehicle for her and her year old daughter. We saw a Dodge journey that we were interested in, but ended up getting a Honda CRV instead (paid around 1200 down), due to the sales people making excuses on why they could not sell it at the time. I drove the vehicle for a couple of days and noticed it needed front struts and also that it appeared to need wheel bearing due to the roar coming from the front tires that were basically new tires. On the fourth day I took it up there being that they have a 3 day "like it or return it" policy. April gave me and my sister a hard time about the issue and told us that we would have to pay for the repairs ourselves. There was no way I was going to pay for those repairs after only 3 days of having this vehicle. They had gotten a white n Nissan Armada in by this time and I was interested in it, but April said that she could not sell it until it sat on the lot for a couple of weeks and that I could not wait for it. Liz said y'all had wanted the Dodge journey anyway rite....so we looked at it and eventually 350 down and took it home. After only two weeks the transmission started making some weird wining noises...and the check engine light came on a couple of days later. Two days later me and my son were headed somewhere and the transmission would not shift gears at all. I got it to the Chrysler dealership a couple of days later and they got it diagnosed with a faulty alternator and also a bad transmission. Repairs were quoted at over 5000 dollars. I took my bill and statement of the diagnostics to Carmart. This is the point where I found out that they had their on little mechanic, that as one of the managers says comes on Tuesdays. Granted I have already been without my vehicle for going on a week already, she said she could not let me know how long until I received my vehicle back repaired until the following Tuesday when the mechanic came up there. I then addressed my concern with having just anyone working on my vehicle and asked was the mechanic certified she didn't really want to answer but said they would not have anyone not certified working on customers vehicles. At this point it's hard to believe or trust them. I wanted to speak with. She was rude with me, told me me she wasn't going to talk over me, and had an obnoxious attitude and demeanor. Because I was concerned about non of the mechanics work being guaranteed, warrantied or if he broke anything else I would be liable as contract states. Sorry so long I wanted to be as detailed as possible. Good luck!

Probably the worst car customer service I have ever dealt with they charge you way to much for the lemons they sale .the only credit they report is bad credit. The person running the place was rude and does not care about nothing but holding a hand out to take your money .threatens me says I tampered with a device that was never installed correctly .the vehicle is now broke down and I've only had it 8 months under warranty but they will not fix it told me it was my fault and my responsibility.oh but I still have to make payments on it or pay for all of the repairs myself and they have seasonal payments as if they havnt takin enough of your money through out the year.I dnt even want to give them a single star
