Phenomal local butcher. We had burgers and tater tots on a Saturday for lunch and they were delicious. We also had a chocolate croissant which was one of the best ones we’ve ever had! Bought some chicken thighs for later, I’m sure they’ll be just as good!

Breakfast to go is delicious every day! Premade foods in the freezer are amazing! The meat is unbelievable! The staff is the best!

Breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Homemade biscuits, fresh eggs and sausage = yum. Chocolate croissants and ham and gruyere croissants were also delicious. Nice that the butcher shop has a few of these breakfast to go items!

The locals love this place and I have to agree 100 percent. They only do breakfast and lunch however its amazing fresh and tasty for sure. The food is homemade with lots of flavor. They dont have tables just a few bar chairs and a high top.

Best grab and go sandwiches in town! $5-7 for high quality ingredients and taste, can't be beat. Also, incredible meat selection, local raised and fresh all the time, someone's carved off the bone right in front of you!

Staff was so friendly, be sure to ask for recommendations. I got the beef jerky, which was fresh and delicious, and one of their pre made breakfast sandwiches with all the fixins! So good!!!

Okay...from Florida...this LOCAL shop...is a gem! Purchased some 15 month old cheddar... DAMN! $25.00 average block of cheese... DEFINITELY worth it! Beef jerky .. awesome! If your visiting...go by and have breakfast AND lunch!

If you haven't yet, you should. Top notch cuts of meat that have flavor for days! Lunch, you shouldnt eat it anywhere else! Plus all the peeps are friendly and knowledgeable! Not so hidden gem in Jackson!

A really great butcher shop with a lot of extras. First, if you have never spoken with a real butcher about a cut of meat this is your golden opportunity. I was able to get help on picking out the right steaks for the right recipe with a little extra knowledge for best cooking proceedures. I even got bones and treats for a dog. Second, they also sell cooked and uncooked meals. Great quick bites for the morning or lunch, plus you can pick something to take home for dinner. Just all around helpful staff and great food. I think my only complaint is that I wish they had some more room. In the Summer they have outdoor tables, but in the Winter it can feel a little crowded.

Best butcher shop in the entire world. Prepared food is always amazing, happy hour (Tues and Thurs afternoons, check insta for details) is the best restaurant in town. They break down whole animals and they've always been able to get whatever cut I can think of (corned beef tongue, boneless pig head, lamb ribs, etc etc). Much love to Nick, Nora, and Nick.
