Not really a commercial butcher, only one fresh cut available today. Small store area with beef and bison jersey that's cut too thin and meh.

We purchase the smoked turkeys every year for the last 3 year’s for the holidays, and my whole family loves them. They are moist and delicious and they are so easy to warm up. We usually by extra to freeze to have later in the year and they are always great!!!

Terrible customer service. Tried to charge me over $200 for my sons antelope after they told me it would be $85 plus a little extra to make up the sausage before hand.
