Have used Jeff and the team at Big Horn extensively for both wild game processing and domestic meat purchase over the last 20 years. There is a reason I don't hesitate to drop antelope, deer, elk, or moose with Jeff and his staff. I know it will be taken care of as well if not better than I took care of it in the field. The smoked pork chops are the best and whenever I roll through Buffalo these days to visit family in MT I always make a stop with an empty cooler to fill up. Very good people and very good service! Been to many butcher shops over the years and Jeff is always one I tell my friends about. Keep up the good work!! Much appreciated!! Barry
