The many flavors of their homemade brats are incredible! Lots of places claim to have specialty brats but when you try them they don't taste like anything. We buy many packs at a time and as a tradition they are served on Sundays at our home. Highly recommended!!

If you are shopping for meats, Springbrook is your classic hometown butcher shop. I have done business with Randy for years. He is always my go-to choice for game processing and has processed dozens of deer and bear for me over the years. Cutting and packing is done to order and that works out very well for our small household. The recipes he uses to create his menu of end products are outstanding and award winning (we especially like the spicy Italian sausage and brats). Also, this is one of very few places that only use your trimmings for your products without commingling trimmings with others. .

One of the best places to buy meats! Their pulled pork is amazing as are their brats! We all love their sausage and bacon as well! It's a nice shop with a great country feel to it and they have always been nice to us too!
