Outstanding! We ordered 10 lbs of ham and everyone at the party stated it was the best. It was pre-sliced per our specifications. We were very pleased with the quality and highly recommend! Rumps staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they have several varieties of bacon -YUM!!!

Everything here is amazing. UPDATE: called a couple weeks ago to preorder some brats and dogs for a party. The guy I talked to was more than rude. I wasn't sure what flavors I wanted for the brats so I asked what was popluar. He said all of them. I said I was thinking something spicy what do you have. He said they have a bunch and I wasn't making this any easier. I had to beg just to have him rattle affordable a couple flavors. Then I wanted some sweet ones..... well the same rough short answers. Went in to pick up my order a couple days later and the same guy helped me. After picking out a few other things we went up to the register and on the way he made a point to show me the brat cooler and how many flavors they have. He than said that they make plenty of money and they don't need to mess around with customers that don't know what they want. Long story short this place has good meat but if you are looking for happy helpful people go somewhere else.

We stopped at Rumps to get something besides chicken for supper. We decided on some thick pork chops. We grilled them, I was only going to eat half of mine for supper but it was so good I ate the whole thing!! Excellent quality!

Called in an order for a pork tenderloin and brisket for Christmas. The call was a bit lengthy but I patiently listened while the owner discussed why he only carries the flat and not the point of the brisket even though I pretty quickly mentioned I was fine with either. He also discussed that they don't do things like tenderloin pinwheels which again I was fine with ,but listened patiently then handed him off to my wife so they could discuss what she wanted for a pork tenderloin. So a couple days later my wife goes in to pick up the meat. She calls me from outside the place and tells me how the staff was rude. I also hear that she spent almost $20/lb on the tenderloin so I told her to open up the package and see if they gave us beef tenderloin instead and found out they did give us beef tenderloin. She goes back in and talks to the owner to see about getting the pork tenderloin and he argues with her stating that he never makes mistakes and that we ordered beef tenderloin (sorry, but you are for sure wrong there!). Then he takes back the full order, including the Christmas brisket. My wife starts to cry from the abuse and he tries to give her $20 with the voided receipt to shut her up and send her on her way. Instead she took a picture to capture the moment for you. Thank you for doing your part to ruin Christmas grinch!

Rump's is a great shop. The people know what they are doing and they provide a quality product. They have a wide selection of meats, cheeses, beer, wine, etc. The space itself is open, inviting, clean and overall comfortable to be in. Highly recommended!

Awesome butcher shop and meat market that also sells beer. The smell of the place is fantastic and the building itself is clean and well light. Any dude could easily spent over 100$ every time they walk into here. Check it out as there are no other quality meat markets in the area unless you want to drive all the way up to Sokups in Downtown Chippewa Falls.

First of all,if you don't eat pork,the selection, here is limited.If you like sausage,this is the place to go.When you walk into Rump's,you are immediately welcomed by the wonderful smell of smoked meats. The staff was pleasant,and offered free samples of their meat sticks and jerkey. The jerkey was excellent but a bit spend$19.99#. They also sell wine and liquor,as well as some craft beer. If you are in to quality meat than Rump's is worth a stop.

I only buy from local butcher shop's in the surrounding area's, and I am so thankful that one is now near to home. The guys were so helpful in catering to my needs and assisting me with my order. This is a great place to go for all your meat needs! They have more than just meat, they have a great variety of fresh goods!! Wine, cheese, snacks ect ... Fresh and free of additives and tastes so delicious

This is the best butcher shop in the country. Priced at essentially the same as grocery stores, the food is perfectly fresh and the service is amazing. The interior is beautiful as well. If you go, get the beef jerky. It's fresh beef jerky, which sounds like an oxy-moron, but it's not.

Awesome. This is not your average small town butcher. The store is very open, and offers an amazing selection. Everything tastes amazing, and is surprisingly inexpensive. I paid less here for better quality meat than I would have gotten at a grocery store. It was only my first visit, but I will be back for more.
