Had my deer processed by Pelkin's the first time. They did a magnificent job. Excellent quality and used my deer exclusively. (A must!) What impressed me the most was the quality of the people at Pelkins. The young man that helped me was polite and helpful beyond anyone of his generation. Not only is the deer meat and sausage excellent, the bacon and polish sausage are as good as I've ever had. Also, very conveniently located.

Always a good buy. they will make a cut just the way you want it. trim it just the way you want , and you select the portion of meat you want from the case. if what you buy is frozen it is just as good as from the case. Never have we been disappointed .

We found this place on accident and figured why not stop? Well we spent enough money here but worth every penny! They have every kind of seasoning you could use for cooking your meats. They have lots of fresh meats and frozen. They have flavors of beef stix and brats I would have never expected, but they are all good. They have lots of cheese as well. Our accidental trip the one time turned into a stop everytime we go camping. The store is very clean and friendly staff. We will be back many more times! Cant wait to see what we pick out yo eat here next!

Used the Maple Leaf Whiskey on oven baked chicken thigh ~ ~ ~ OUTSTANDING addition to my spice rack for sure. Made a tempura batter for sheephead/hen of the woods fall mushrooms & generously shook in the Blackberry Orange. Deep fried the mushrooms. Family ate them SO FAST I didn't have time to take a picture! OUTSTANDING blend of flavor Pelkins. Thanks :)

Best Beef Jerky I've ever eaten. I live in the Chicago area but go up to the UP a lot, on my way up I make sure I stop here and stock up on beef jerky. I think I spent over 30 dollars last time in just jerky alone.

I use to go there often. I use to buy some we're between 300 to 500 dollars of meat snack sticks and jerky about every two months. Love all of the variety the taste. The unique meats and food the brats are all pretty much amazing. I have been to many meat places with meat snacks, Jerky, brats and cheese. I have been to hundreds I should say!. I am a fanatic of jerky, brats and beef sticks. to be very honest if I could afford buying there entire stock I would nothing compares to theres. I buy steaks there because my wife won't let me buy them any were else. I buy brats there because my wife won't let me buy any were else. Thanks Pelkin Meats for the wonderful foods. I seriously live six hours away and drive there with coolers just to buy meat. I don't buy anything from a grocery store when it comes to meats. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful taste with us.
