Quality meats, excellent service and good prices

Called to check on whole pig pricing for a pig roast. The woman who answered says that she is not allowed to give out any pricing over the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor thinking that he would be able to discus a price and am told that he is in back with no offer for me to hold so that she can get him. Pretty poor service experience over the phone.

*Great Butcher Shop* I found this store this summer just after they opened. They are located in a building was previously a poultry wholesaler so it takes a little turn up a side street in order to find their retail store. I have bought meat from them on multiple occasions and it has been of high quality and I found their price to be the lower on some items than any other store that I shop at. The butchers behind the counter were very helpful and performed custom cutting to my specification. Along with meat products the store has some fresh produce and some ethnic specialty items. One of the items that anyone visiting their store should not miss is the unusually flavored candy suckers available next to the checkout register. I hope that they do more of an online presence so that I can see what they have on special each week so that I can plan my shopping.

The store has the worst meat I have ever seen sold in America period! No cuts of anything just flattened out cat and dog meat , with a side of horse. It's ridiculous they advertise as a butcher shop. They should be imbarresred to sell that. Not sure how the Health department hasn't closed them yet.

Best hamburger in town! I won't buy my meat anywhere else. Give it a try, you won't be sorry. They all speak enough English, you get excellent service, wonderful selection and great prices on bulk bags of catfish nuggets and other hard to find items. Produce selection is great. Would have given 5 stars if the parking situation was a little better, but that's really not their fault I guess,just shows how busy they always are!

This place is the best in downtown Kenosha. Fresh meat and produce. If they don't have it they will order it for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing bad is they need more parking space.
