A very nice meat shop with all kinds of choices. Many selections are award winning. Deli selections, summer sausages, many different kinds of brats, dried meats, plus a large selection of jams, spices and the like.

Everything about the Lodi Sausage Co. is EXCELLENT!!!, except for one little thing... once you buy meat here, you will never be able to buy meat at a supermarket again!!! Their summer sausage is lean, not all fatty, and the flavor is out of this world. Make sure you try some garlic summer sausage! Their bacon is 10x better then supermarket bacon, and their hams - oh my - their hams are to die for! Pork sausage is perfectly seasoned and on the lean side. I just can't say enough good things! Service it top notch, Quality is excellent, clean, reputable and they even willing give back to the community! Everyone should buy their meat here!
