If you love meat...pork...beef..chicken...fish....fresh from the field/pond it came from then this is the place to get it. LGCM known as the butcher shop in this area does a wonderful job processing meat for personal use also they have a large variety of cuts, sausage, ground beef, fresh produce, fresh dairy products, wine and spirits. They also have in house deli to obtain a fresh cut of deli meats. Located off of highway 50 3-4 miles east if Lake Geneva, stop in and check it out. Perfect place to go if your looking for great meat for a special event

So many different flavors of bratwurst! It is a challenge to try them all, although the portabella and swiss is a favorite. Can purchase the brats frozen or fresh! Thank you for opening Sundays so we can shop more often.

Honey Mustard Brats are a KNOCK OUT; so full of flavor and juicy. A+++++. The Bourbon and Teriyaki Chicken are both also good choices. Keep up the great work!

I enjoy the quality of products at this store, as well as the very friendly staff. I generally stop to get an assortment of meats, but also the cheeses, and beers. The ladies behind the counter are great about my requests for special cuts or sizes. If you come on Thursdays, they have the freshest brats, but if you come on a weekday, you can also talk to the butchers and get their tips on cutting the meat, as they are slower and have more time to talk to you. Top notch place!

LGCM processed my beef from Gary Hookstead. The cuts are perfect and the meat is incredible. If you can buy beef from Gary Hookstead DO IT and have LGCM process it. Top shelf all the way.

It sure is hard for a working man to pick up an animal that they processed with the hours there open Sunday sure would be a good day to be able to pick something up but they're closed would be nice if they gave you an hour to on Sunday to pick something up

Maybe it was an off day, but this was my first and only visit. I asked if there were any steaks that were thicker than the ones in the case. Apparently this was considered an affront. The steak that I bought was wrapped and then weighed. I could have forgiven it all if the steak hadn’t been riddled with gristle.
