Great variety of meats and sausages. Always something new. The guys are chefs, you don't have any trouble getting cooking tips from them. Sou vide anything is good. Great sloppy Joes, when they have it, hint, hint.

Great meats and local eggs & big chickens, 2 chefs operate this store and will give cooking advice, many specials in cooler and custom cuts, good to call ahead for special cuts, dry aged beef/steaks, everything excellent, worth the trip as we export their meats back to Chicago friends.

BEST BRATS EVER! And everything else is spectacular too. I've been a fan of Chef Tom since he introduced me to fried potato salad in Chicago 16 years ago. The man is a culinary genius. My Cardiologist - Dr. Johnson and I make the trek up to Troy from Chicago periodically to stock up on anything they have available - sausages, bacon, ground beef and steaks. Their meat is life-changing.

This place is awesome. They have very reasonable prices, a great selection, and their meat is WAY better than grocery store meat! They are very will to work with you and will do their best to get you what you want. Really good sausages, I love all the varieties they make. We don't buy our meats from anywhere else anymore!
