had Brossmans cater my family reunion this weekend, got to say the 35 people we attended gave the food major points. food was delivered when they said it would be. Hot and excellent quality. Nice gentleman delivered, well mannered and polite. Also very reasonable for the amount of food we got. I will use them in the future. Excellent Staff.

One of the best butcher shops in Racine. You can buy any cut of meat even half a cow when on special. They also sell other items as well. Worth the drive out there.

Employee helped a customer before us and got him raw chicken with no gloves. He gave the customer his change back, and proceeded to take our order, also with no gloves or washing his hands. His fingernails were dirty as well as his hands! Apparently cleanliness and food safety/contamination isn't a concern here.

I buy ground sirloin every week and on the way home I eat it with my two dogs. Quite a conisour of it. Today I got a bunch of fatty, not even red meat, hamburger which the manager insisted was ground sirloin. My ass buddy Last year my fresh venison sausage I picked up had freezer burn. What does that tell you? Who's leftovers did I get? Hope you enjoyed it

I had Brossmans cater my wedding, and I've shopped there for a long time. They have great catering and great meat. The reason for the three stars is because the do not make there own beef jerky. And they also do not make there own beef sticks. They do however make there own beer sticks. And they are very good. But any great meat market would take pride in making there own jerky and beef sticks and trying to make them the best. So in my opinion, until they do make there own, they are just an OK meat market.
