I couldn't give them five stars because I feel some of their products are too overpriced like herbs that cost more than herb plants but they do have a very good selection of specialty meats and other products. If you stay around Spring Valley and feel like making some West Indian curried chicken stew you can find those ingredients here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even with their prices, I appreciate them being in the Valley since there is no longer a grocery store with fresh produce. This shop has filled that void.

Bought some incredible steaks today and they were amazing!! They definitely know their way around beef. Tried 2 cuts of sirloin a Denver and a coulette. Not familiar with them but I couldn’t have been more pleased with them! Tender and flavorful beyond belief!! Going to go back for more soon!!!!

A Butchery Shoppe is an incredible grocery store that offers much more on the inside than the outside: Don't judge a book by it's cover. Huge variety of specialty meats cut and prepared by Kevin. Although this store is called "A Butchery Shoppe", it offers so much more. Great selection of produce, confections, and kitchen made goods. There is even a large meat case/deli for delicious food on the go.

Awesome selection, many kinds of cheeses and meats and many other items such as chocolate, maple syrup, and honey displayed beautifully. Customer service is excellent Kevin remembered us and packaged up some pork chops fresh off the cutter.
