We found this place completely by accident! We happen to drive by and decided to stop. We were warmly greeted and helped. We were overwhelmed at the selection of sausages and our favorite pepper steaks. We hadn't found a place close to home that had those so we were thrilled! We ended up getting some chicken bacon ranch sausages, a couple bacon wrapped fillets, couple pounds of bacon and some pepperoni sticks. We've devoured all but the sausages, which we are cooking tomorrow. We will definitely be going back! Miles above our local market!

I love this place. Every time I walk in the door, it makes me happy. The brats and jerky are amazing but I picked up a couple porterhouse steaks that were so beautiful, I had to cook them on a skillet and in the oven; just thinking about it brings a joyful man tear to my eye. Beware! We gave a couple steaks to my in-laws for their anniversary and now everyone is looking for that white paper on their special days.

Excellent customer service and were really helpful. I wanted a couple different types of jerky to bring back home in the east coast and while they didn’t have the game jerky I was looking for they were so awesome about it that I decided to get their beef jerky. I shared it with some office mates and everyone agreed that it is hands down the best jerky they have tasted. The super teriyaki is the best but honey is a close second. Definitely worth the trip!

So cool! My husband and I want to make a special dinner for an early Mother's Day that includes pork roast with crackling, and this is the only place we could find that could help us with a skin-on cut. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, the butcher was proud to show off this amazing cut, and the meat looks like really good quality. Great prices, too. We'll be back later this week to pick out some nice big steaks.

When I was a little girl, "Grandpa Becker" used to give us kids a pepperoni stick when we came in the shop with our parents. It's so nice to see that this shop is still family owned any carrying on the same tradition. The brats and pepperoni are still amazingly delicious too.

This place is fantastic, truly. The best meats around and you don't pay a dime more than you would if you were shopping at Fredy's or Safeway or wherever. You can truly TASTE the difference though. Give them a try, call your order in early and they'll have it ready for you. Try the beef teriyaki kabob's, they're excellent (the country pork ribs are really good too).

Be warned, this place will makes the meat you buy from the grocery store taste like plastic. Everything I've gotten from Mayers has been absolutely delicious. It's all fresh and local and you can taste the difference. The staff is also lovely. I never go anywhere else. 10/10

Best butcher shop in the county. The only reason they don't get a fifth star is the lack of sirloin cuts in their beef selection (specifically, sirloin cap aka Picaña). Best jerky and beef sticks, the beef is well marbled and thick cut, and super fresh.

My go to for fresh meats! Absolutely love the honey jerkey, twice baked potatoes, chicken cheese pepperoni, garlic brats, tried tip, teryaki pepperoni and tonight tried the jalepeno cheddar brats! Wow! I'll remember those very well for the next couple days due to burning the top of my mouth given my lack of patience. Buying more tomorrow! So lucky to live down the road. :)
