Monarch meats is total ripoff.cows with no ribs or steaks.says lost the meat.the meat we received was from older cow,mixed.gave us a refund of 200.lost over that in lost meat and grief. Had to threaten to sue to even get a response.took our last meat to MASON'S YAY!THE BOYS KEPT THEY'RE WORD.got meat on time and yes the whole thing.thanks guys.

I didn't understand why one of meat buyer backed up, after she found we will use Mason Meat Packing. They are FAR FAR away from honesty. Hanging weight of hind quarter 231 lbs, and after processing 116 lbs. Barely 50.2%. Cow wasn`t fat. Do You math before they will. Average should be around 58-64% for this particular part. One star, because they packed nicely, otherwise 0.

I will not evening give them a one star. They cheated my mom and I with our pig we took up the there to be butchered. They didnt even give us our pig. The bacon is mostly fat and it has a rancid taste. When I've cooked the bacon, the grease has a orangish color to it. The pork chops also. Then I pulled out a package of sliced ham and it was green all through it. The ham looked very old and green. All the meat is frost bitten.

Just got our elk back b, prcoessing we have ever had. The staff and owners were amazing and more than accomdating. Best tasting elk we have had yet. Plan on going there every year from now on .
