I brought a beautiful steer that I grained for about 6 months to butcher and my tbones and rib steaks were so tough you couldnt even eat then and my less choice meats were so tender you could cut them with a fork. I grow up on a cattle ranch of 750 head I know how to raise beef. Not happy with this butcher at all.

We got the pork and beef box. Got plenty of meat to last us for a couple of months. So far the sirloin was amazing, best bacon I have ever had, and the smoked pork chops we bought on the side are awesome. Can't wait to go back. If you know you are ordering a box, call that morning or the day before and if you have to travel to get it home take a cooler or a freezer bag with you. Make it easy.

Very poor customer service. I have a large family and try to be as frugal as possible with meal planning. When I asked about monthly specials or box deals I was then treated like I was asking for a handout. I wasn’t at all asking for that but when you feed a family of 8 your not serving $15 dollar a pound steaks I promise.

Great meats. Good selection. Decent prices. Not really much more to say than that, but I will anyway. They have an amazing marinade, whiskey and sweet onion. They use it on their tri-tip, and it is to die for. I have come in here many times over the last few months and have never been disappointed. You won't be either.

The steaks here are fantastic! The butcher was extremely helpful. We also picked up a garlic infused olive oil. It's nice to have a place in town we can stop and get nice gourmet ingredients.

I called to ask a simple question and a gentleman named Caleb answered. I was asking them if they provided a specific PAID service, quartering a very large bird and how much it would cost. He told me to look it up on YouTube. I told him it was just too large to do myself and I didn't have anything big enough to even cut this thing. Then he told me they are too busy. I said okay and went to hang up and told my friend, "they are just too busy" as I took the phone from my face. Caleb yelled back through the phone as I hung up. I was simply asking if they provided a service, for a fee obviously. IDK if he had a bad day or what but I won't be calling them again. I should say that the reason that they were recommended to me was because somebody close to me worked with Leanne and I was told how awesome they are. If it's not a service that they offer I completely understand that, but that isn't what I was told, I was told they were too busy. Being too busy is also fine, I just did not expect that kind of tone from anyone. I appreciate the explanation and apology, hence the change in my review.

Best meat shop ever. Great tasting high quality meat, very friendly and helpful staff and they are more than willing to help you out if you have a question on what cut is best for a certain dish... Last time I went in I was looking for sirloin and they were out, so the lady sold me new york for the price of sirloin. Will always go here for beef, bacon, sausage, chicken, and the service!

This is the best place to get meat ! The bacon is amazing. Most people think it's bacon of course it's good, but it can and does and I get it here. Love it ! The service is top notch, go check it out and you will not be disappointed. Knutzen's Meats you guys are the best !!!
