I called looking for chili grind ground beef. The owner was more than helpful with taking my order. The beef was super fresh and delicious. I also purchased bacon to render the fat for cooking. I have never smelled or tasted a bacon that had this symphony of flavors. Anytime I have a special dinner to make I'll by my meats from them.
