Affordable butcher nestled in the Spokane valley. Quick and efficient i picked up half a beef, they did good work.

Very easy to work with. I had so many questions about getting my side of beef cut and they were very patient. The wrap job is excellent.

It may be a haul, but for sanitation reasons and quality please go to CPOW Livestock in Odessa. Phenomenal qyality, sanitation, and its USDA *meaning they're strictly monitored in sanitation Husband worked there, no druggies, he loved it but we had to finally end from carpal tunnel if thats too far go to Smokey Ridge in Chewelah also USDA and they ranch!

I shot a nice deer over labor day weekend. These where the only guys I could get the deer in for processing. Well long story short I wont go back. It took 6 weeks and most I what I got was not very good. Pepperoni sticks where awful, there wirts jerky was like eating a salt lick and the brats where terrible. They only mixed meat product I liked was the breakfast sausage and the teriyaki jerky. And finally the price was over $400. If you want great game processing go to Eggers!!! Go in a meet the guys there, get there cell number and Eggers will meet you after hours to take in your deer or elk. There processing is outstanding and prices are fair.

Kerry and his son showed up on time. Put two beef cows down, cleaned up and were pulling out in 1 hour later. Julie was excellent in helping with how we wanted our beef package... EXCELLENT all the way, would use again.

Dillon Tourville

Great meat and friendly service.

We couldn't get the men out to down the cow....had to over winter. Now again, waiting to be on the schedule since April and its Sept....called and called, now they say that there was 40 ahead of us........since april???? Can't get on the schedule.......rude.

Terrible cuts. Had to cut away about half of every package of venison steaks because of fat and talon left on it. Also every package of venison burger has pieces of bone in it.

They don't do a good job processing game meat. I processed my deer myself the next year and ended up with much better meat.

Let me just say this I WORKED for them. Had to quit because the guy i worked with got stoned and came back in and messed everything all up because he was high as a kite. And cussed me out and threw things at me and threatened my life because "it was me." The management was careless. All they cared about was getting a customer and the money and nothing else. Not the product. Nothing. Just the money. Happens a lot with small businesses ran by families or whatever. Awesome people. Terrible at running the business. The machines i worked with were probably 40 years old. We did NO cleaning when working with them. Not one minute of it. It is UNSANITARY. GROSS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I PROMISE. I sincerely apologize to all those who ever brought their meat and had us (me) work with it. I had probably 30 mins of training. I am sure you worked so hard for your meat (hunting it) (raising it) It was all a waste. I am sorry for my part. Please please please go to a REAL place. I am truly sorry! READ OTHER REVIEWS!

We took our 2 deer here to be processed, needless to say we won’t be going back! The burger tasted off and I found pine needles and other things in the ground burger. And our tenderloins were horrible, never seen such bad work. We will be processing our own game from now on

We have used them 3 years now for processing our wild game. Specifically venison. The first year we were happy with how they cut the meat and the hamburger. Last year was a disaster. I have pictures to show my back strap. They did a horrible job. The hamburger was fine. This year we decided, due to lack of time to debone and process ourselves, to take our 2 deer to them again. We cut out the back strap and tenderloins. They had to debone and turn rest into hamburger. Well, we have bones in the hamburger. I called about it and they couldn't tell me much. Don't waste your wild game with them. I'm upset with how poorly everything was cut up. They destroyed my back straps. We won't use them again. We will take the time and extra money to go to Eggers if we aren't able to process it ourselves. They are nice there. That is a plus.
