Hands down thr BEST butcher. We dont buy our meat for anywhere but here. Anytime we have a meal somewhere other than home we can taste the difference in the meat. We have tried other butcher shops and nothing compares to DelFox. Definitely worth the drive from Darrrington!

I just picked up a whitetail I brought in. I had them male 20lbs of summer sausage, never having had it from them before. All I can say is wow! Idk if its the white tail, or how they did it, but they'll get my business here on out. Breakfast for months! Delfox summer sausage, avacoda, egg. Must have a dog to keep you company for optimal dining experience.

Follow them on Facebook for their monthly specials!! We went for one of their January specials, $1.79 a pound ground beef. They had 10lb bags of 1lb rolls made up and ready to go for a quick in and out! The meat is great quality and I love supporting local businesses and local farmers!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Since they built the new showroom and handicap access (about time) their prices have gone up and quality WAY DOWN. I just opened a 4 lb roast and cut just over 2 lbs of huge, thick fat out of the roast. We used to get trimmed meat, but this has been consistently happening since the remodel. The Rib Eye steaks are full of thick pieces of fat - there is nothing wrong with a little marbling but when you have to cut away 1/3 to 1/2 of the weight in fat it is time to find a new butcher. What a shame, because they used to be so good. Their lean hamburger also produces about 1/2 cup or more of grease out of one pound. You can actually see large chunks of fat pushed down into the end of the tube of lean hamburger. I can't afford to give them another chance and see if this has changed - it is too expensive to experiment.

It's a small shop with a big selection! This is my first time going and I can already tell I'll be back. It has that nice hometown feel to it. And the prices are A+

I will never go there again. The Cutting and wrapping instructions we're not followed as requested. They increased the price by $0.14 per pound without notification. They did not save the bones as requested. I would not recommend anyone going there to have their meat cut and wrapped.

Del Fox has better prices than Costco and other grocery stores. They are a great shop and have things pre-cut and ready to go, but also will cut to order. They have a smoker onsite and process a great many products right in the shop. They run different specials monthly which is a great time to stock up as the prices are a big help in keeping the budget under control. Shopping local and saving money can't be beat! Thanks Del Fox!

Complete waste of time...ordered half a cow was supposed to be ready friday...called monday to pick up was told by Stacy, that a quarter of cow took priority and that i must be lying...also cow has not even been cut yet...horrible service and horrible customer relations. Brought from them for years. Will never happen again.

Hands down they have the best bacon and pepperoni around. Really good meat prices and most of it seems to be locally grown. Update: Since the remodel there red meat products have gone down hill, typically tough and cuts are not very good. We now get our steaks and roasts at Haggen's but the pepperoni is still.

Fabulous as always! I'm a pig farmer and won't use any other butcher for my pork! I do both my custom butchering and USDA butchering through them and they never disappoint. I've purchased beef from farmers who use other local butchers in the past, only to be highly disappointed in the end product. From now on, Del fox or nothing!

In an era of big box stores, our local butchery has long gone the way of the dinosaur. However, Del Fox remains, handling traditional farm butchering, along with game all the way up to USDA meats. Byron led me on a tour of the facility, and I was thoroughly impressed with the operation. Along with those services they have a great retail location. I picked up 3 different types of Chicken Wings, and picked up their amazing salmon spread..And for my Oktoberfest party was the only place for a wide variety of brats and sausages. Highly recommended!

I brought in trimmed, bone-free bear meat, ready for grinding. When I picked up my order they had shorted me 13lbs, or 29% of my total order weight. I called and after the runaround they gave me, they said I could come pick up the rest. They gave me 8lbs of ground of what they claim was my bear meat(machine packed instead of hand packed like the first batch), 1lb of breakfast sausage that "isn't necessarily bear", and 2 pepperoni packages of more mystery meat for my "troubles." Wow, you're too generous. I weighed that out when I got home and still 2lbs short. I'll never go to Del Fox again! I work too hard for game meat to have someone steal it from me.
