We visited for the first time on 5/26/2018 and the lean ground beef made amazing hamburgers. Not dry no flare up on the grill and juicy. Quite honestly the best ground beef we have EVER had. We bought steaks for Monday and pork chops. The staff was very friendly and we will be there every month for our meat. Super clean store.

Love this place and they have great meat, but the bacon has a weird taste to it. Some kind of smoke flavor? Anyway, hate the bacon (as did the rest of my family. The grandkids wouldn't eat it) if they just made it taste like regular bacon they would get 5 stars.

Had 3 pigs butchered and everyone that got some from us was very satisfied, we also are very happy with the cuts, packaging,cleanliness and knowledge from the employees and the owner. Excellent Customer Service, from Owners and Staff.. Facility is clean and spotless... Amazing variety of Pepperoni, Jerky, Brats and Summer Sausage along with the Steaks, Chops, Ribs and Bacon. Can feel confident that when you take your meat in for custom processing, you will get your meat back. Worth the drive!!

Mike took care of a few cows for my friends. The staff was very nice, giving us a variety of options on what cuts we wanted over the phone. The meat was ready to go in a few days. Great experience. We plan on using them again next year.

We purchased a beef and 2 pigs from our local Fair's youth livestock auction in Olympia. They where sent here because our local meat shop's are too busy. This is the cleanest and friendliest shop I've ever been to. I would highly recommend this Family owned and operated business . We will be sending all our business to them.
