I have been buying Bay City Sausage's Andouille sausage for about five years now. It is hands down, the best Andouille I have ever tasted. This includes samples from Louisiana, Florida and Seattle's venerable Louisiana Sausage Company. Very rich smoky components add to the almost perfect texture. This has none of the typical graininess I have experienced in other Andouilles. To really put the topping on your gumbo or jambalaya try this link. It is the bomb!

Small but mighty... I almost missed it the first time I went there... But I've kept coming back ever since. There is no *wrong choice* here. They also sell equally addictive local jams and taffy. I try to come here every time we go to the beach. The wallet may be a little bit (okay a lot) lighter when I leave, but that is 100% aokay with me. Also makes my car smell ahhhh-mazing. The dog looks longingly at the cooler she's sitting next to... Cause she knows Mom and Dad have those pepperoni sticks (her favorite) in the bag

Best peppered jerky hands down! Their pepperoni and cheeses are great as well, and I love that I can get their scrapped jerky for dog treats; all for a reasonable price too. If you're going anywhere for any of these items, I recommend Bay City Sausage!

I don't usually like Teriyaki pepperoni, the guy behind the counter asked us to try it. OMG! It's the BEST that *I* ever had. Along with their cranberry sausage we tried, which was VERY delicious. Well make sure to visit every time we are here in this part of town.

Get their combo meat & cheese vacuum sealed pack. Absolutely awesome. Friendly staff, have smoked fish, cheese (including curds), sausage and more! Yummy!

I'm vegatarian and this place had jerky good enough to make me eat an entire bag in in 5 minute's. This has to be the best jerky of all time definitely going to get more meat there in the future. the man who served us deserves to be the mayor of bay city

German garlic sausage on a hoagie roll with sauerkraut and spicy mustard was the perfect thing after a busy weekend crabbing and razor clamming. Wish the sauerkraut was a bit more sour and the garlic wasnt evenly distributed throughout the sausage, but overall very good. Very friendly staff.

The owner and her kids are amazing people that are very helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The variety of snacks and food is perfect and yummy! You can even get a soft serve ice cream or your pup a huge bone! If your in the area the sausage company is a must to stop at!

Quality meats. We have enjoyed all the meats and cheeses we have purchased here. Bacon is thick and delicious. We love their snack pack of assorted meats and cheeses and if you are lucky enough to be there when they are cooking german sausages, try one on a stick or bun-yummy!

Stopped by there Tuesday, and let me tell you: This stuff is pretty darn delicious! Bought some landyager (great to snack on with a beer), German Garlic, and Mulligan sausages on my stop, and they made my time camping at the state park much better! Don't miss out on this great food!

If you don't care about not knowing what the ingredients are or how much salt is in the meat, go for it. I found the apple cinnamon sausage not very good. Ten dollars for four sausages, a bit pricey for salty dogs. The smoked turkey was in a brine. Meh.won't go back. If you have medical issues...be nice to know what additives are in this mediocre food.

I have yet to find a better smoke house. Everything I have tried is awesome. My favorite is the smoked sharp cheese. Get the variety pack comes with cheese and sausage. A must while exploring the coast. I'm telling you this is the place!
