Just had two hogs butchered, and the end product is to die for. I've tried three other butchers in both Skagit and Whatcom county over the last three years and was disappointed. You should feel confident that your meat will be cut and wrapped professionally and confident that your cured product will be delicious. Nice work guys!

I will never use andals again I went in for a fresh 4 bone prime rib the guy said he had one but it was frozen someone ordered it without picking it up. I don't what the heck I was thinking but I agreed and even payed full price. when I went to cook it I realized it had absolutely no marbling The family said go ahead and cook it were hungry. needless to say it was not good . Can't trust anybody anymore.

Very professional, quality meat selection, awesome smoked meats; hams, bacon, beef jerky, pepperoni sticks. I heighly recommend them for all your farm butchering needs they are very fast and clean.

I purchased 1/4 cow from my neighbor, this is the butcher she uses. Honestly, I have never seen such horrible looking cuts of beef in my life. If i saw these in the grocery store, there really is no way i would purchase them, regardless of price! The meat is tender and delicious, a testament to how they were raised. The butchering however leaves much to be desired. I definitely won't be purchasing beef from anyone who processes through this place.

Excellent meat. Some of the best steaks and ham steaks we've ever had. Steaks were trimmed perfectly. Not too expensive, especially for the quality and good trimming. We will be back for more!

Good meat but I have had better . And the prices have gone up and up Hamburger almost $6 a pound rib eye almost $14.99 a pound bacon $7 a pound chicken $3.59 a pound Hot dogs $ 7.99 a pound . Better than the local chain stores but not at these prices . Probably won't buy there again . Service is ok . But I think they got the $ bug and think there the only game in town . I think when the old man was running the store it was better for us all
