Best place to buy steak, burger or any meat from cur to your order.. Then to top it off its the best damn home cooked meals you'll ever eat

Bought two filets there today. Very disappointed. There was so much cartilage-like connective tissue that they were inedible. Plus, they were quite deceptive. The steaks looked beautiful on top but when I got them home and flipped them over, that connective tissue was everywhere. A filet mignon should NEVER have all of that hard cartilage running through it. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE MEAT THERE AGAIN. APPARENTLY, THEY EITHER DONT CARE OR ARE CLUELESS ON HOW TO CUT MEAT!

Be careful when ordering. I thought I asked for the large burger and got the jumbo instead. I ended up with a burger that filled a dinner plate and left 3/4s of it on the plate.

This place will rob you! If you call and request a pan of pasta salad, they will tell you their largest pan feeds only 20 people. Therefore, you better order two pans, right? Holy cow, two pans can feed an army and their families! They charge $6 a pound! Therefore, to feed “40” people you have to pay $145 and my husband didn’t know what to do when he saw the pans because he preordered. He was forced to pay! I hope you like eating leftover pasta salad for the next 20 years because you’ll have plenty left over.

Local folks. They are very nice and want to help you when you need it. They sell fresh meats and other food items, such as bread, potato salad, ham salad, etc. There is a very small eating area. A lot of people go here for lunch.

The food and service are ALWAYS top notch here. Anything I have ordered here has always been prepared fresh while I waited and have never been disappointed. Try the Elk burger and the banana bread both of these will have you coming back for more!!

what a clean cozy place to stop and eat they have a different lunch special everyday that is always delicious they have a small dining area or a place to sit outside if you like the owner and staff are very very nice people they have been established here for many years I recommend this place to anyone that wants something good to eat

Great little place to have lunch. Very friendly staff, fast service, great food! I had the Thursday Special, steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and salad for 10.99. my wife had their in-house pepperoni roll. Very fresh! I'm highly recommending a visit!
