Good but expensive,hot bar outrageously high.Clean and neat.Restroom nice.In early evenings kids from schools in area ,are rude and disrespectful to other customers.Guess they were brought up to think they are better than everyone else.

I called for a specific item and the price, after waiting patiently and getting passed around to three people I got the answers I was looking for...I said thank you very much and the phone was hung up quickly without a you are welcome or anything, so I'm giving 3 stars only for the first three people that picked up their extension with a pleasant attitude.

Libbie Market is one reason we choose the location of our new home. It has many great values. Some of the higher price items are offset by the convenience. I recommend their ready to eat selection. The best discovery is they offer breakfast pizza. With the departure of Martins, I think Libbie Market may be the only place left in Richmond now offering breakfast pizza.

It is so nice to know that there are still REAL BUTCHERS left in this world, especially here in Va. I was able to get the exact cut of meat I wanted, cut while I waited. Great customer service large selection if they don't have it they will get it for you. Thank you Libbie Market....I will be back!

I love Libbie Market's cooked food, however the sweet potato casserole I ordered from the Thanksgiving dinner was extremely disappointing. It was two scoops of mashed sweet potatoes with maybe a little cinnamon. I could have baked sweet potatoes and seasoned them and would have been better, Needless to say they were not eaten.

The best thing about Libbie Market is the prepared foods. You can get breakfast or any other meal. The parking lot is usually packed but it never seems overly crowded inside. There are also a number of grocery items you can't find at some of the larger chains.

I had a somewhat pleasant experience visiting Libbie Market. Nice staff, wonderful selection. Over the weekend, I had a very unpleasant encounter with a manager in front of the store. She had short grey hair, and a skirt, along with glasses. She was very rude and short with me, after I asked a question. She did not allow me to finish. Then, she walked away from me in the middle of our encounter, and I could not catch up. She seemed to have no idea what she was doing, walking around the store multiple times, I was actually quite uncomfortable. The next day, I came back in the morning, and asked a lovely, blonde lady in the deli where an item was. She was very pleasant and cooperative. She even walked me to the isle to find my coconut water.

I really love Libbie Market. Unlike many other shops in town, it's just the right size, with a great selection of foods, both local and specialty. The staff is very friendly and the deli is fantastic. I've managed to find the products of many local merchants here, which is great since it provides a centralized spot to shop for them, and there is not a huge mark-up on them. I love that I can sit and eat in the cafe and that the wine selection has never trumped the food options. Well done!

First time, last time going here. I bought a few of the seemingly good quality prepared foods. I was hungry so on my way driving home I started to dig into the deviled eggs I purchased... They were ok, I make better deviled eggs. But I was hungry... On reaching for the third, I glanced at the tray and noticed a large dead grasshopper (my friends think it was a roach) on top of one of the eggs and I nearly crashed. I called the store because I had just spent $30 on a bunch of stuff and a good part of it from their prepared food section, and I was not about to eat anything ever from here again. They were very nice, even came by my house to bring me my money back... They kept telling me that they buy the eggs from another vendor and its a mix (gross, how hard is it to make this yourselves) and that they only prepare in store. This is no excuse obviously since this dead thing was sitting on top of my egg.. I feel the management did what they could but it's an experience I can never forgive.

Friendly independent grocery with personal attention from staff. Some items are slightly higher than the megatron grocers, but personal attention makes it worthwhile to shop there. Carries the bacon I love and haven't been able to find locally anywhere else.

I don't think it is good to put down other businesses that are coming in town. That's what the guy said in the meat department. We should support all businesses that are in the area even if they're big or small. I think Publix is going to be a good business in this area. It's bringing back ukrop's values. Where's the values at Liberty market.
