Quality - Can't go wrong when you buy quality meats. For the longest time I was convinced nothing was capable of beating the grain fed western beef and this shop made me change my mind. Excellent meats from within VT and the surrounding area. Pork, lamb, beef, poultry and lots more! Absolutely worth the visit....... you will not be disappointed

Great local meats with a very large selection. I ordered a pork shoulder for pulled pork and it was amazing. They also have bacon infused ground beef that makes some of the best burgers you will ever have!

I think I was customer number 3, I anxiously awaited their opening, and have been amazed ever since. My favorites are the breakfast sausages, and the smoked chicken. Just picked up a flatiron steak marinated in their one and done marinade. Best local sustainable sources, friendly people too.
