Oh what can you say about this place that hasn't already been said..... if you live near here, work near here, or drive past here and dont stop to hit up the deli.... well you've just cheated yourself out of something great. It doesn't matter what you get, or what day you get it on..... it will be amazing..... oh and if you lucky enough..... to be in the area... swing past for breakfast.... if you do be prepared.... very few things will be even close.

Mc Carrolls is known for their overstuffed fresh made to order breakfast, deli sandwiches, soup and salads. They also offer top quality butchered meat (Beef, Chicken, etc......) that is cut daily. They stock a great selection of locally made products from all over NY and the Capital Region plus an excellent selection of grocery items to bring home. The employees at the deli counter and cash registers are always friendly, polite and willing to help the customer.

McCarroll's has, quite honestly, had a huge positive impact on my life. I have referred no other place more than McCarroll's. Jim, Little Jim, Christine are all family friends. Their breakfast sandwiches are legendary. Their subs are amazing. They have SUCH good pastries, chocolates, and cookies. If you EVER pass through Albany/the Capital Region, you NEED to stop here.

Located inside Delmar Marketplace, this shop serves quality products as well as the best breakfast sandwiches in town (add the hash browns and hot sauce for a truly unique taste)! I've been coming here since I was a kid. If you're visiting Delmar, adding McCarroll's to your itinerary is a must.

Yesterday my wife and I came in on 4/8 in between 12 and 1230. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. They came out, i handed them to my wife, who proceeded to checkout. I sat down and waited. She came up, we ate our sandwiches ( my b,e,c was gross, by the way, bacon burnt beyond recognition). Then as we were leaving we were promptly accused of not paying for our sandwiches and told not to come back. We asked the cashier who confirmed the transaction was complete. I will not be back, I am spreading word of mouth about the disrespect and telling everyone I know not to patronize this establishment. Maybe you should ask all your employees before making such accusations. If I could put zero stars I would. Good day to you!
