We purchased a 1/4 cow from a friend and he recommended using this place. Having never done this i was very unsure of how they would process and package the meat. We just asked for a verity. We picked up our “cow” this morning and I’m beyond happy with how they packaged it. They hung it for a few days and packaged it the day before we came. All the ground beef was in 1lb package perfect for our family of 3. Everything was packed for perfect portion and vacuum sealed and labeled clearly with printed labels. We have enough for a year and we will def be back next year.
