They are extremely friendly and helpful. Their meats are also very delicious. They have some great marinades and such that are well worth buying. They also great jerky and sandwiches other things there besides just typical butcher stuff. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Always a great experience! Family owned and very friendly. They have the best variety of brats and flavored meats I've ever seen. They're very inventive as well - recently came up with a variety of chicken, pork and beef "bombs." Their 1/3 lb burgers are simply the best. They also do a great job processing game. I recently cooked up some elk burgers and they were awesome. Well worth the trip up to Morgan for their ground-breaking meats!!

Stopped in here as part of a day trip with my girlfriend and decided to pick up some beef jerky and a few peppered beef sticks for the road. WOW. The beef jerky is proper, old-fashioned stuff - dry and kind of hard at first, but quickly becoming moist, tender, and flavorful as it rehydrates in your mouth. The original recipe is good, good stuff - can't wait to try the rest. The beef sticks are similar to German landjaeger style sausages - moist and fatty with a satisfying "snap" as you bite into them. Can't wait to go back, try more, and maybe pick up some of their fresh cuts...

Fresh, quality, local meat. I’m particularly happy about their “smoker” selection. They have lots of fun things like bacon wrapped cordon Bleu (SO GOOD). If you have a smoker you HAVE to go see all of their “smoke bombs” they’re so good!!!
