Amazing selection. Got a huge aged ribeye roast. So many choice and picked up a rub. If it isn't as good as I think it will be then I will change this review if I don't change it then you can believe it was amazing.

Absolute best meat market ever. This is the cleanest meat market you could ever imagine in your wildest dreams. They have a huge selection and even pre-made ready for the oven meals. Lots of specialty items and other stuff....their jerky is top shelf and the staff there is always on point and super friendly- if you get your meat at a regular store you will be absolutely amazed when you taste the real stuff you've been missing when you get it here

Why has this place gotten 5 stars? Ask the bearded teens behind the counter to hatchcock a chicken and wait for the doe eyes. Most of their meat is blue. Their is no pride in what these people do. Readfields in Bryan spoiled me. This place is worse than a Chinese street meat chop shop. Avoid at all cost.

I picked up some slap ya mamma seasoned chicken breasts, a legnth of venison sausage, and some maple and brown sugar bacon. So glad I stopped in. Cant get this quality stuff at a regular grocery store.

Armadillo eggs and bacon wrapped shrimp with cream cheese were outstanding. Stuffed jalapenos were the best I have had. What a great idea to put bacon in stuffed jalapenos...awesome!

Excellent meat market. The quality of the meat is superior. The staff is always willing to freezer pack the meat for you. We gotten the stuffed chicken breast, stuffed pork tenderloin, aged beef, ribeyes, tenderloins, and shrimp diablo. The garlic butter is a nice finish to any meal. We drive from Orang to buy meat here. YES, it’s that good. The staff is absolutely kind and willing to do anything to accommodate the individual. We are forever customers.

One of the "Last Mohicans" in the meat-market world! I saw on the news one night that the owner was attending the "Best Butcher" competition. I knew I had to check this place out. The prices were beyond fair and the quality of meat was awesome!! The store is one of the cleanest meat-markets that I have been to. I tried the "firecrackers" and became addicted to them. I took some to work and had at least 4 colleagues drive to their location 50+ miles away from their home. The associates there are also very attentive and knowledgeable. They never pressured me, just asked questions to help me in my decisions. I also found out that they make the sausage for Corkscrew BBQ that ranks top 10 in USA on many different websites and magazines.

The sheer quantity AND variety of product offered by this market places it orbits beyond anything I've encountered. In order to grasp the scope, you must visit their website. If this is your first visit, please set aside ample time to explore. Every corner, shelf, refrigerator and freezer is filled to capacity. Samples are available. If not sitting out, ask and receive. QPR will always be a sticking point because the owner is not "giving away" anything. Secondly, some of the cured sausages lack distinctive flavor. It's more a quibble than a demerit.

They have a great variety of meats! A lot of their fish is farm raised but I did buy some wild caught red snapper that I am looking forward to! Most of their shrimp is from the gulf. They also have a lot of meats that are marinated and ready to cook along with seasonings and sauces for sale. I love supporting local businesses when I can and I definitely recommend this one!

This is the place. This is an old fashion, honest, real deal meat market. One of the many things that makes this place special, is you can always find the best cuts of "prime" beef. Want a prime porterhouse steak with the filet part the size of a softball, they have it. Want a prime ribeye, filet, or anything else, if they don't have it, they will get it. They use the filet parts, that are small, wrap them in bacon, season them, put them on skewers, and for about $10 bucks, they are a great appetizer or even make a damned good meal. They will custom cut anything. Want a whole pig with the head on, so you can cram an apple in it, they can make that happen. They make some outstanding homemade smoked sausage. They stuff chicken breasts, make bacon, and they sell other sides, that are oven ready. I can't not list everything they have, but you can see from that steak alone, it is worth you visiting them.... I highly recommend this establishment, as it is a locally owned business that sells quality products that can not be matched anywhere else, and are they are owned and staffed by good folks that understand service! Oh, and give them your phone number, they have a loyalty program too... :-)
