Places like this are rare. Attention to quality and detail is king here, grass fed goodness. Its pricey but being a business owner I get it. It takes money to do this kind of quality as a small business.

For my husbands birthday dinner we had a few friends over for a nice sit down dinner. I bought the meat from Burgundy and our friends were amazed at the taste, tenderness and quality of the meat. I told them where I bought it from. They now shop there. I have not used the delivery service as I live about 30 minutes away and the drive is a beautiful one through country, horse farms and small towns. My husband and I go there when we want to get a good burger on Saturday or Sunday. You definitely can taste the quality difference between their burgers and any other restaurant that makes burgers. It is a small place with picnic tables inside and out (made by a local Mennonite family), large refrigerator units on two walls that hold beef, pork, chicken and locally made things (eggs, cheese). The staff are nice and helpful. This is not a Central Market, however I like the fact that they do well what they do, offer quality meat.

Great selection and even got some goodies for my dogs. Iva was super nice and helpful!

Instead of going out to celebrate our 32nd anniversary we picked up some absolutely delicious filets and grilled them. They are the most tender and flavorful steaks. Better & less expensive than any steak place.

1) The restaurant: nice, laid back, and hand's down the best burger I've ever had in my life! It is worth the drive. 2) The boucherie: the meat is local and grass-fed. Good selection on their website and the meat is super tasty [duh! because it is actual meat and not a bunch of fillers]. My digestive system loves it. They deliver and since I live in Dallas, this is extremely convenient. I buy almost all my meat from Burgundy, its a regular part of my grocery-shopping approach.

Not a restaurant. No food served. Otherwise, or raw meat, things like a fantastic place!

Fantastic food, fantastic people. I've been shopping here for the last 7 years or so--you can't find food like this anywhere else in Tarrant County (We live in Fort Worth). The steak is very lean but is the same as that purchased by several area restaurants. The food is as natural/organic as I think you can find locally and is just that: local. All of the beef, chicken, pork, eggs, cheese and occasional vegetables are all locally raised/grown and harvested. I only wish it was more conveniently located--our trips down there end up being more like pilgrimages. Ask for Iva--tell her I sent you. Highly recommended!

I have been buying meat from burgundy pasture beef for over a year, about once a month. I like that the beef is grass fed, not from a feed lot (much healthier!). They also have free range chicken, pork and lamb available. I have never been disappointed with the quality, and I have tried about everything they have. There is more flavor to grass fed meat, and I like the texture a lot better than regular store bought meat too. The kind of fat in free range meat is healthier (it is leaner though, compared to conventional meat). They deliver to the Fort Worth area every other Saturday, and to the Dallas area the other Saturdays, or you can drive down to Grandview to pick up your meat.

One of the best hamburgers ever and their fresh/frozen meat options looked great.

Awesome Butcher and Meat Market!

This place is fantastic. Great cuts of beef, pork, and chicken, all of which is grass-fed organic. They have tallow, bone broth, organ meat. I wasn't expecting to see it, but my favorite thing by far is their ungraded, farm fresh eggs. I highly recommend dropping in here. Its not cheap but the quality is unparalleled in the area.

REVIEW OF MEAT PURCHASED ONLINE. The meat itself is good and of high quality. My complaint is that Burgundy Pasture needs to hire a new butcher. Some of the steaks I have received from them have been cut unevenly (especially the new york strips) leaving some parts to cook faster than others, and other times the steaks will not really look like the cut they purport to be. For what the meats costs, it should be butchered better.
