This is meant to be constructive criticism only. I called to see if I could talk with management and an employee answered. I asked to speak with management and she said it would be her. I asked if she was an assistant or manager and she said very matter of factly and not real friendly (my opinion), a supervisor. I was in the Lemmon area for about a month awhile back and shopped there. Today I called just to verify with store management how it comes up with credit cards because I saw on store sign Lemmon IGA and my credit card company said a charge, I was wondering about, comes up Lemmon Super Value Grocery store. She answered my question but wasn't very customer friendly. Speaking with her, I felt as though I was a bother, should already know the answer, and felt she was too busy to take the time for me and my concerns. I want to add that the month I shopped there, there were friendly employees and a couple employees who were not real customer friendly. If you want recurring customers, put on a smiling face with a customer friendly attitude sometimes even when you don't feel like it. I know we all are people and sometimes don't feel like being around anyone and it's hard to "fake" the day. I know.... I've worked in customer service for several years. I would shop there again as the store is a clean store, quality of merchandise is good, and I had more positive experiences than negative. I'm expected to be in the area again in the future and plan to shop there. Remember this is meant to be constructive criticism only. With everything, there is always room for improvement.
